    Garlic Parmesan Fries

I tried the smash burger on this latest visit to the Burger Spot, and I was glad that I did! This was the first smash burger that I've had that really lived up to the hype. It has crispy edges and exterior that was so flavorful. I like the toppings of the smash burger sauce, cheese, and grilled onions. I would order this again. I got some garlic parmesan fries that were first rate. They were made even more delicious with a side of ranch. Great visit to the Burger Spot!

Very good made to order burger joint where customers have to ability to customize the size of the patty (1/3 or 1/2 lb), meat doneness, type of bun, type of cheese, and a host of toppings to finish off your personal Picaso! These are well made and tasty burgers that are much better than the typical burger you would get at most restaurants in the area. Aside from the burger the seasoned home style fries with skin on that I ordered were very good and quite tasty in their own right. Definately a superior French Fry. Relative to the facility, the restaurant itself is clean with a bit of a spartan vibe to it. Not much in the way of decorations just tables and chairs and clean environment which is OK by me. They also have indoor and outdoor dining options where a small gripe on my part is the outdoor tables need umbrellas for those hot sunny days, which it was on the day that I dined. Relative to staff, this is a counter order operation where the food is brought to you after ordering where the order line can slow down when people are reading the menu and deciding on the spot how they want to tailor their burger. As a suggestion, grab a menu before approaching the order line so you know what to order in advance as it will definately speed up the operation and be appreciated by the other folks standing in line to order(: Aside from the ordering process, I noticed the staff in general was very friendly and helpful in ordering your burger. Of particular note, even though it was a counter order operation, restaurant staff did come by several times to check up on me during the meal which was unexpected and speaks well to their customer service. Nice! Overall, I was quite pleased with my initial dining experience here and would definately consider going here again the next time I am in downtown Plymouth. If you are a fan of well made burgers and are in the Plymouth area than this is absolutely a business you should check out.

The Burger Spot is a nice fast casual burger restaurant in Plymouth. They have some pre-built burgers, but the better option is to customize and build your own. 1/3 LB Angus Burger w/ Cheddar ($8 + $1.25) - On a brioche bun with lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, and slider sauce. The hamburger patty is juicy and has a great beefy flavor that plays well with the rest of the toppings. The brioche is soft and absorbent, and most importantly holds up to the rest of the burger components. The slider sauce adds a tangy component that complements the burger well. Garlic Parmesan French Fries ($7.50) - I always get these fries here. The fries are crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. They add a ton of garlic and parmesan on top, and soak everything in a garlic oil. Super garlicky and delicious. The burgers are good and the fries are great. What's not to like?

The Burger Spot is located in the Westchester Square Mall in downtown Plymouth. It's probably easier to find parking in the lot west of the building complex as opposed to Forest Ave which runs one way from north to south. The concept is build your own burger, or you can order preset combinations from the service counter. The meat patties came in two sizes, 1/3 lb or 1/2 lb. Standard toppings like lettuce, tomatoes, onions, pickles, ketchup, mustard and mayo were free. Premium additions like cheese, mushrooms, and bacon were available at a surcharge. I didn't feel like creating my own so I ordered a small Swiss and Mushroom burger cooked medium on a brioche bun. A server brought the food to the table by looking for the order number given upon paying for your meal. My burger was hot and juicy off the grill was very good. If anything, the buns became soggy from the drippings off the patty. Overall, I gave my dining experience here a 3.5 star rating.

This greasy spoon is the place to get a burger in downtown Plymouth. I've only ordered takeout because the restaurant isn't particularly appealing. It feels like it needs a good scrub down. The burgers are excellent though. I recommend the Ring of Fire and the Sunrise burgers. The burgers are large and the meat is thick and juicy. The toppings are excellent. Everything is very filling and prices are reasonable for Plymouth.

Burger spot has been a favorite for my family and I for years! The place is so approachable and inviting! Casual and fun vibe! We sat outside on this visit and the food and the service was great! How do you top those qualities, well...The food was amazing! The burgers are spot on with so many variations and the classics! Tiffany and her team were in the kitchen cooking up marvelous meals and lots of friendliness! I ordered a chicken sandwich with mushrooms and Swiss and it was delicious! Cooked just right and very generous with the toppings! Another absolute favorite here are the homemade onion rings! I love onion rings and they make them just right! Perfect fry and flavor! I also enjoy tots and we had to have them as well. Their fries are great too so it is hard to decide, we got them all! Burger spot is truly a Plymouth gem! if you want a scrumptious meal, give them a visit! Excellent to go place as well! Oh, I also love their pop machine, so many choices! Shout out to Burger Spot!

I thought I've been to most of the restaurants in downtown Plymouth but it appears that I missed a few, including a stellar burger place that rivals some of my faves. Burger Spot is hidden in Westchester Square, among an optical store, a toy store, and a dog bakery. I did not realize there was a door by the parking lot so I walked around the building to reach it. Inside the mall, the small tables by the restaurant were occupied. However, the majority of guests were waiting for pick-up. I had placed my order online and was a few minutes late so my order was ready by the time I reached the counter. Ah, the smell of the burger and fries were wonderfully distracting, as I drove through charming Plymouth on my way home. I liked that there were a number of burger creations ready for order but that I could also modify them, which I did. To the Pineapple burger, I added an egg and avocado and selected my bun (brioche, pretzel, sesame, Texas toast, etc) and cheese (cheddar, Swiss, Gouda, provolone, etc). As well, unlike many burger places, I could also specify that I wanted a medium-rare burger, instead of the medium that I am usually forced to accept. The burger was incredible - so delicious. Guests can also select chicken or a vegan burger instead of beef. Regular fries are available but also sweet potato and tater tots. I only noticed later on that onion rings were also available. The thin planks of sweet potato fries were made the way I like them. Service was friendly.

What a hidden gem this place is. You wouldn't just happen across it because it's in the middle of a crummy parking lot.. but boy is it ever worth fighting and going inside and trying some of the most amazing french fries I've ever had in my life!!! My burger was great my son's black bean burger was also awesome. We shared the Parmesan fries with a side of ranch. What an absolute delight to find a restaurant that really knows what they're doing with a burger, keep it simple, keep it delicious, keep it Goin burger spot

Happy customers! We were too impressed by the food to get a good picture of it, we instantly dug in!

A drool worthy establishment! Luckily we ordered a ton of food to try and had leftovers the next day which were equally amazing. The staff made us feel welcome and at home even though we were the chatty loud kind of customers who took up a booth for far too long. We got burgers, fries, tots and the shake of the week! Can't wait to be back to try more of the menu.

I have myself a BBQ bacon cheddar burger 1/2 lb Added the onions rings

Disappointed that they stopped serving small sliders years ago. I don't want 1/3 lb burgers. Not sure why they made the change.

I ordered a fish slider, a chicken slider, and a bacon cheeseburger slider, and they were all really good. The fish slider was especially tasty and probably my favorite. The fries had a light crisp to them and the flavor was pergect! My custom order took about 15 minutes, which seemed pretty reasonable, and it was definitely worth the wait. The sliders had a fresh, homemade taste that really set them apart from typical sliders you might get somewhere else. The prices were pretty fair too and seemed about the same as other similar spots around here. My order was $23 which included the custard shake My to-go order came in a sturdy cardboard box, which I liked. They also included ketchup packets, and napkins. The only downside was that it was packed so full the lid didn't close all the way. With three sliders, fries, and a couple seasonings all in one box, everything got a little squished by the time I opened it. Using two boxes for bigger orders might help keep the food in better shape and make it look a little more appealing. The staff was friendly and welcoming, there was plenty of parking, including handicap parking. I also liked that the drink station was self-serve, so you can grab your own drink and refills. They even offer catering, which is a great option for parties and events. Overall, it was a great experience with fresh food, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for a great customer experience!

They listed what pop products they have (Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, lots of great choices!) in a concise manner. It took roughly 5 mins for our food to be ready once we pulled up to the window. Food smelled delicious in the car, and was very satisfying to eat. The buns are brioche and went really well with the burger. Fries were a 4/5, thicker and adequately seasoned! Onion rings were very crispy and had a lot of batter on them, they were a 4/5 as well. Overall, a good experience, and I'm excited to go again! I would imagine eating in the restaurant right when our food came out would've enhanced the experience.
