There is an incident tonight where it took 20 minutes for me to get my meal and some people were coming in complaining that they had been waiting for around 40 minutes. Josh handled all of it really well, even though he was not to blame for the wait. He and a few other people, maybe two seem to be the only ones really doing their job. I'm not sure what the kitchen staff was up to, but it was too long of a wait time for fast food, like ridiculously long. I enjoy this location, but it does need employees that do their jobs and listen to their manager, which, from what I observed may have been the case here. I walked away tonight incredibly pleased because that manager offered an upgrade to my meal for my wait. Things like that can make a break a business, and while McDonald's is doing just fine I'm sure people would be happy to take their business elsewhere if good customer service isn't offered. It was tonight, and even though I had to wait, I was still very pleased.
