I don't know why thls burger king is so rated. We went last week and went inside and ordered our meal and the service was quick and burgers were very good.I did notice a lot of these bad reviews were a long time ago and trust me this is a good burger king. Also most of the bad reviews were on drive through and I never go to drive through because the service everywhere is slow and difficult.We always go inside and have never had a problem eating in or picking up. I don't ever come to this burger king, but today I chose to. I waited in line for 30 minutes for fast food, and I had to get to school. The woman that took my order looked me up and down and then handed me my bag and slammed the window shut. I ordered a PLAIN biscuit, PLAIN. And it had egg and cheese!!! The one star rating is accurate. I do not know how they stay in business!? Service--1 star. The doors are locked--no customers are inside. I thought to myself that they must be short staffed (they weren't)... so I hit the drive thru...three cars back and it took me more than 30 minutes. I heard the car ahead of me...their total was $8.72. Mine was less than that. How are they going pay the lease, light bill, and employees if they can't move a drive thru faster than this? Not my problem apart from patience and time, but I'm being practical. Food--1 star. My daughter's greasy, cold 'croissanwich' got thrown away at Mister Carwash after two bites. My coffee tasted more like chicory. I endured it, but come on! Don't get me wrong - I'm proud to have establishments around to employee people and offer selection & convenience. Mismanagement really bothers me, though. and before you say anything about staffing issues... through the drive-through window I could see one employee wandering around aimlessly are acting like a clown, one teenager playing on her phone,, and One lady who appeared to be doing all of the work. Literally the worst burger king I have even been to. We waited 20 minutes in line being told multiple times "we'll be with you in a moment" when we finally got to order and pulled up the window 3 people were in the window just chit chatting and 2 people at the next window were just standing around inside. Then one of the employees asked us if we had paid for our food and wanted the receipt like wtf? They do not fckn care here at all, I will never come back here!!! read more

Don't understand why these folks only have a 1 1/2 star rating? I haven't been in a Burger King in a few years... I went in and ordered an 8 piece Buffalo Chicken Nugget and it was really pretty good. Spicy but not too much, not greasy, and the service was on point. Dawn the cashier provided excellent service. The interior was inviting and sure looks different from the BK Lounge that I worked many, many years ago. The only thing that prevented me from giving them a 5 Star review was that the stainless steel covers facing the customers and behind the cashier stations was a bit nasty looking. Don't know if it was because of age or dirty. Either way I'd probably go back. Good job. read more

We tried the new tacos at Burger King last night. They are advertised heavily in this area and are only $1 each. I realize the tacos are an experiment, but my advice to Burger King is stop the experiment before someone gets hurt. The BK tacos are a candidate for the worst tacos in the world. The hard taco shells are not edible and the small glob of meat in the middle soaks through like they have been sitting under a heat lamp since last month. Give up the taco experiment and stick with burgers. read more

Just came through the drive thru and had the worst customer service experience. We were the only car in the line and no other cars in the parking lot which should have given us the first clue. My father simply asked about a senior citizen discount and they were nothing but rude. Basically thew our bag of food out the window into our car. My mom was in the middle of trying to thank her after getting her card back. Not to mention our order was wrong. Hard swipe left for this place. read more

Just the worst. I waited in the drive through for 15 minutes and we only moved 2 cars in that time period. Most of the other cars drove away too and went somewhere else. Burger King as a brand continues to be terrible in the North Alabama area. If you're hungry, do yourself a favor and go to CFA, Bojangles, or even McDonalds. I have been coming to this BK since it opened and it is one of the cleanest I have ever seen. I have been in long lines and waited my turn but my food is always hot and I have only experienced one rude employee; and she didn't last a week before they canned her... and that was over a year ago. Maybe I am more patient than most people but my standards are pretty high. I have to trust my food and I always have at the Hwy 72 Madison location. All of their long term employees have always been nice to me and therefore I come in pretty often. read more

I was happy when this Burger King opened because it was closer to my house...but I have been disappointed since it opened. Service is usually slow. I wouldn't go during lunch time! There have been several times that they were unable to make burgers because their broiler broke down. I mean it's a burger place, it's in your name... your burger maker better work! The bacon and cheese chicken sandwich is not worth the price. They must use the 99¢ chicken version and throw lettuce and tomato on it. I've had this sandwich at other BK locations and the chicken was much more substantial. My advice...drive the extra mile or two or 5 and go to a different BK. read more

As Burger Kings go, this wasn't my best or my worst experience. The food was standard and always good in my opinion but the people that worked there totally ruined it for me. I was eating in the dining room and every single one of them, including management, was standing around gossiping and not in a quiet way. It completely took away any enjoyment I was getting from my food. And I purposely go at a time when there is almost nobody in the dining room so it will be quiet. read more

This place decided to close the lobby because of house busy it was not only that they didn't make my rodeo burger the way I asked them to did not receive a medium fry I got a small the only thing that came out right was my drink because I made it they constantly were letting people out of the lobby because they had the doors locked but while I waited for my food they turned down 6 people I do not think this was a pleasant experience so I'm all honesty that's why it gets a 1 star if they had less stars I'd rate it a 0.000001 star read more
