The staff knows my order, and they know me. That kind of connection is rare in fast food, and it's worth celebrating. Nikki, who became manager last year or so, brings a lifetime of experience and a heart for service. She listens, leads, and often works the drive-thru herself with the same kindness and attentiveness that define her team. Nick, always steady and thoughtful, contributes that same calm spirit--working hard and treating customers with quiet kindness. The food is consistently hot and fresh, the restaurant is clean, and the atmosphere feels more like a neighbor's kitchen than a corporate chain. On a recent visit, I was glad to see Nate had returned after being away for about a month or so. His calm spirit and steady presence at the drive-thru bring a sense of ease, especially during the busiest moments. Even when the line grows long, Nate moves with quiet confidence--and somehow, the wait feels shorter. It's a testament to the kind of presence that can make a fast-food stop feel like a sanctuary. I've seen negative comments online, but I believe in grace. As Ephesians 4:32 reminds us: "Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgiving each other, just as in Christ God forgave you." We never know what someone's carrying that day. So instead of tearing down, let's build up. If there's an issue, speak kindly and directly. Words matter--especially the ones we choose to share publicly. What we say online can ripple far beyond the screen--into kitchens, cars, and quiet hearts. Our order was forgotten and we had to go and get them to make our order 20 minutes later. Then both of our burgers were made wrong so that took another that took another 15 minutes. Neither of us could eat the burgers, meat tasted like it had a chemical on it. So we just ate our fries and onion rings and left. But the store is nice and clean though. read more

Been there twice since the new remodel and both times the line was out the door and the drive through was all the way out of their parking lot. The workers were running around like it was their first day. They also seemed very understaffed with no management. read more

Only 3 cars in front of us when we pulled into the drive thru. 42 minutes later, we finally were handed our food by a worker who was completely frustrated and not happy to be there. No apologies offered. When leaving, we noticed about a dozen people standing around the front counter and the line at the drive thru had grown all the way to the parking lot entrance. This was our 3rd visit since the restaurant re-opened and will be our last. read more

Ive been to the newly rebuilt BK multiple times and the service has been terrible. Orders have been getting messed up, I order a double Burger, they give me a single burger. I order a medium tea, i get a large sprite. The cooks in the back look more lost than a country girl at a dubstep rave. The Burger King across town is better by miles. They have never messed up one of my orders. read more

3.5 Stars: I have been to this location 4 times now, but only ate in the dining room once. The store was clean and the staff have always been friendly, even through the drive through. The last two visits I had the whopper meal then the impossible whopper meal. Both burgers were okay. The impossible whopper had a ton of veggies so don't know if I would have tasted a difference. The fries seemed mixed, half warm/fresh and half cold/stale. Both times there was a line so I'm baffled about the cold fries. Will probably pass for another location in another town, but if I had to I would return. read more

Got the Impossible Whopper last night for the first time. Not a fan. I don't think it tastes just like a Whopper. Had an off taste to it, but maybe it's just me. But as a whole I like this location. Usually pretty fast service. And the food is good, most of the time. The cleanliness of the dinning area is not as clean or kept up as I would like, but it is acceptable. read more
