Ok. First off I haven't eaten at a Burger King in a decade. The food quality had gotten so bad and too many other good, fast options. However, I've been watching the new BK CEO touting getting back to the way it originally was and working on quality issues; so today I stopped in at my local BK to give it a try. Stepping inside I was surprised by how clean and inviting it was. Service was pretty quick and food took about 5 minutes. Whopper with cheese and halfsies (fry and onion rings). Whopper was actually pretty good. Bun soft, tomato and lettuce fresh. (No onion for me). Fries were hot with just the right amount of salt. Onion rings were my only disappointment. They were fair. Overall, I think it was a good meal at a fair price. It's not a steakhouse and cannot be compared to such but for a quick, fast food establishment, I thought this was a good stop. read more

Once again, waited 30 plus minutes for the dumb as a brick employees to hand out a mobile order. The management here either just sucks or totally needs to be retrained. I'm sick of the employees standing there with their backs to the customers as if we are somehow an inconvenience to them. I'm about tired of giving this place second chances. read more

Kept my change and wouldn't give it back. Had to get a manager but wasn't even the manager who told the girl to give me my money

I know this is a BK and you can't expect much lol but when I found myself in this town with everything closed I needed my impossible whopper fix. Stood at the counter with two others while the workers slowly prepared orders without acknowledging our existence at all. A quick "be right with you" goes a long way. It's been over a year since I've been here. And, over 2 years since I've had an original whopper. So, I was craving a whopper (added my own cheese), but didn't want fries, since I've already had my weekly allotment. Therefore, I decided to try the Mozzarella Sticks. When I was at the drive-thru (ordered at the first window, and picked up (in less than a minute) at the 2nd window), I was shocked to see a sign saying, Due to a National Coin Shortage, please pay exact change. Or, use a credit card (No problem, as I put nearly everything on a c/c). Since I had both the Mozzarella Sticks, and Whopper, within 1 minute of ordering, I knew I'd be heating things up. Upon returning to my place, I nuked both the Mozzarella Sticks, and Whopper (after adding a slice of cheese) for 30 seconds. I was surprised at the coating, and cooking method, on the Mozzarella Sticks. Not only didn't they have a bread crumb crust (used corn meal), they didn't deep fry (they baked) them. :-o While the cheese was of good portion, there was 0 stringiness. And, with the corn meal baked coating, there was a bit of a mealy aftertaste. And, sadly, the Whopper wasn't much better. So, I can't give better than 2 Stars. It's been a while since I've had some of the other menu items. So, I'd like to try those again. But, not sure if I'd order the Whopper again. I got the Impossible Burger but I asked for lettuce so I could wrap it and they customized it for me beautifully without even asking. When I walked in the cashier just looked at me and didn't say a word. Then I decided to ask her if she was ready. Meanwhile other employees are in the back singing and talking very loud. The manager didn't even address the noise or the talking. On my way out an employee who was the lobby eating his lunch walked around coughing as customers were eating. They need some training. When I worked as a shift manager at another establishment , this type of behavior was unacceptable. read more

Pretty standard Burger King with nothing special about the food here; tastes and costs the same as other BK locations. I will say the Bacon King lacks in the amount of bacon to be a king. And the fries are always cold. Service here is friendly, but slow. While all the staff is pretty nice it does take a while to get your order. read more

Behind the counter, I witnessed employees eating straight from the order ready area. Greasy French fries & onion rings on the floor. Employees are rude, talking about sex and other things that are inappropriate. Management joins right in with inappropriate conversations. Food is cold, have to pay for sauce, can't get orders right. Play area is downright disgusting. Calls to corporate go unanswered. If you want it your way, stay away from this location. read more

Good food; tasty prepared quickly and served hot. Gal taking our order was unable to communicate beyond mono syllables. Unfortunately, they had Fox "news" playing in the dining room. Run of the mill Burger Joint. They have good Bad Days but overall OK. The 2 GLARING CONSTANT Problems are Coffee Grounds in Self Serve Coffee Dispenser Several times different days. And the ever ongoing EMPTY Ketchup dispenser. read more

I've visited this location several times at different times of day. The service is always sub par, but this time was horrid. 11 minutes waiting to be greeted at the drive through and give order. 15 minutes waiting for food to be carried out. Food wasn't fresh. Unfriendly staff. Totally ridiculous. One could only wish this place would go out of business. read more

Terrific customer service! Took our softball team by on the way to a game and we had speedy service! Very friendly! Sandra was fabulous!
