The people you hire to put together the sandwiches need better training! On Wednesday, March5, 2025, around 6 pm, I went to your Nanticoke, PA location. I CAREFULLY planned out my order and even wrote it down and read it to the person at the drive thru microphone. She read it back to me TWICE after she got it right. She was Totally correct! 1 (ONE) DOUBLE WHOPPER JUNIOR NO CHEESE NO PICKLES In other words Only tomatoes, lettuce, onions, ketchup, mayo, NOT CHEESE! NOT PICKLES!! and 1 (ONE) WHOPPER JUNIOR WITH CHEESE NO ONIONS, NO TOMATOES, NO LETTUCE. (In other words ONLY PICKLES, KETCHUP, MAYO AND CHEESE!) NOT LETTUCE OR TOMATOES!!! And 4 mozzarella sticks and 1 medium Coke. They were fine. I was5th or 6th in line when I ordered. We waited a long time to move even one car length toward that 2nd window goal. Another 5 minute wait as the next customer was served and moved ahead in line; i don't know how long between the next 2 cars but 5 minutes while the car in front of us got to window 2, and another 7 til they got their order and drove away. When I pulled up, The guy at the window was just taking over for a girl who wanted out of the drive thru. I guess i don't blame her. They were REALLY busy! After I got to that 2nd window to pay and get my food, I waited 5 minutes just til he got the orders straight that she left him with. Then he was able to take my money. I watched or heard several orders get bagged and ready -- another more than 6 minutes until they got to mine. I heard someone give him a bag, saying "here, it's for them." He asked who and whoever was talking said "I don't know, them I guess." The guy repeated the order exactly as I had given it. He then repeated it to me correctly. I had been waiting in that line over a half hour by then and debated making everyone wait while I checked my order. But what he read me was correct so I was OVER-confident it was right. I LEFT WITH MY ORDER AND got to where I was going only to find out the double whopper jr DID HAVE CHEESE AND THE WHOPPER jr w/cheese DID actually have lettuce, tomato. It was for an elderly couple who couldn't eat just any food. Especially cheese. I've encountered this too many times at this very Burger King. I avoided it for YEARS ..... AND I'm SORRY I HOPED TO TRUST IT AGAIN!! Everyone I have brought this up to agreed and haven't gone there for quite a while. You've lost our family - and it's pretty big! read more

Absolutely horrible. The people they have working there do not care at all. Every single time I go there my order is screwed up, Or the food is a greasy mess that looks like it was heated in the microwave. I go out of my way to avoid this Burger King. Once in a great great while I will give in and give it another chance and there is always some kind of issue. It's really a shame. It's worth taking the few minute drive down the road and go to the location in Hanover Twp. I wish corporate would get involved and investigate the Nanticoke location . read more

At 7:15 am, Burger King won my business because they were open. So there's that. Drive through wasn't as fast as I've seen elsewhere, but the gal who took and filled my order was easy to understand and efficient. My order was correct (a ham, egg and cheese croissanwich with large coffee) and there were more than enough hash browns in the box with plenty of napkins. The coffee was okay for fast food coffee, not too burnt and plenty hot. I have no complaints with this BK. It was A-OK. read more

Can't go less than no stars. I live right up the street Will never go back. I haven't been there since 2010 I can still remember the poor quality of food and it was prepared by people that clearly didn't care if it was prepared and bagged correctly. They probably are using the same oil. Food was always wrong and missing items or even double charged. Not clean and over doses in the bathroom was a normal thing. Hopefully somethings improved since then but I read the reviews and it doesn't appear to have. I have known people that worked there and admittedly had taken it as a joke. For the second consecutive Friday in Lent I have gone to this Burger King for a fish sandwich. For the second consecutive Friday I have left without one. The first time I was told they ran out of fish. While I would have found this understandable at say 5pm alas it was 2 in the afternoon. I then began to think to myself how did they run out so fast? They've only been serving lunch for say 3 hours. The second time I waited in line for 11 minutes only to get up to order and hear the girl say "cash only, card machine is down". I have no idea if they had fish in stock this time as I just drove away. I don't know what can be done to fix this problem. I don't claim to know how to run a fast food chain but I once renamed a 9 year old dog. I trust my dog to run this chain more then the current staff and management and he doesn't even have opposable thumbs and is well a dog. read more

First off. They got my order wrong after girl in the first window gave me an attitude for not knowing which meal I wanted. It's kind of hard to pick a meal if you don't have your lunch menu up. I'm not psychic. The girl seemed irritated and spoke with an obvious attitude. This place has gotten more orders wrong than they've gotten right with my food over the last few years and this will without a doubt be my last trip to this Burger King. I don't frequent Burger King, or any fast food restaurants for that matter, but in my 30 years I've been to a few cheap fast food joints. This one is by far the worst. I've been here a handful of times because of it's convenience being a few blocks away, and I must say I immediately regret it. No matter what time of the day or night, it always takes at least 10 minutes to get anything, even just fries, but everything's always ice cold. I understand it's fast food, and I never have high expectations, but you shouldn't have to wait 10 minutes to get food that you have to microwave before you can eat it. I know it's fast food, but I'd rather just skip this Burger King and eat a $5 bill. read more

I used to work for Burger King in NJ back in high school and once when I needed a job later in California. This is the absolute WORST RUN Burger King I have ever seen. Food is nearly always incorrect, sloppily made and frequently cold. They always have to go "find" condiments and their soda is so watered down I stopped ordering it after the second time I was there. Unfortunately if you need something quick to eat this is the only place available or I would never order anything. This is the WORST Burger King. I have bought food here several times. Never ONCE has my order been correct. I ordered one of the Tendercrisp chicken sandwiches and it was so old I couldn't even chew it. I have worked in the fast food industry before. I am Servsafe certified, so I know how long the chicken is too be held in the warmers. Good try guys. Also you would think that asking to add pickles on something would be an easy request. Went to Burger King in Nanticoke got a Carmel frappe and I was handed just the coffee itself in a plastic cup and a FLAT lid! No whipped cream NO CARMEL on a Carmel frappe!!! What the actual hell!!
