I rarely review fast food places because its fast food not fine dining or a particular hot spot, that being said this burger king served up one of the worst dining experiences I have had in a while. Let's get into it. First Everything was cold, or lukewarm the fries were stale and cold and not edible. The whopper burger pattie with cheese was cold the lettuce and tomato and pickles appeared to be semi fresh, the bun was cold and not warn or toasted at all they were so lazy they didnt bother to toast the buns! The person in the drive through window had an non customer service attitude and seemed like I was more of a nuisance, to boot they did not give me a receipt, i suspect they probably knew they had given subpar service and food, now I had gone to this location because the burger king by my house is awful but this one was 10 times worse!!! The economy is bad and places like this can ill afford to give terrible service and awful food, but I guess burger king doesn't care to have a good reputation or food! Stay away from this horrible burger king! We should have gone to portillos like we had picked but wanted cheaper with the flame broiled taste, guess what there was no charbroiled taste, as for the taste it appears that the food was probably cooked long before we arrived and ordered! The lesson here is for a few more dollars and the flamed broiled taste go to Portillos! Burger King is not good!! read more

I chose this Burger King location to try the candied bacon Whopper. It was ok. While the candied bacon was indeed tasty, it got lost with everything else. A regular Whopper with cheese is probably a better choice. The fries were hot and perfectly salted. I dined in and felt noticed that the restaurant/seating area is very clean and open with plenty of natural light. The employees seemed to be really enjoying themselves. They were singing along with music and laughing. All the while appeared to take the work seriously. Looks like a good place to work. I recommend this location. read more

Alright so I go to this burger king cuz the one on eola is taking forever and what do i have to say about it? Alright so I order a number 10 meal (big fish meal) and all I got was 1 cheeseburger but the drink was a large coke(,) I needed that. The drink was correct. But i had to drive all the way back because they got my order wrong. But they charged me at the window and the price looked correct so how do they screw up? And I noticed the closed thing to mix it up with is number 5 which is 2 cheeseburgers but thats weird how I only recieved 1. so were they just harassing me? like what is the logical excuse for that. and how was the drink correct. I thought Popeyes employees were terrible, but this Burger King location tops it off to the next level!! I came to the drive thru, and ordered a spicy chicken sand which meal with onion rings. The lady gave me the sandwhich, and it wasn't cooked! Only the exterior part of the chicken was lightly cooked, but not the inside. In addition, she forgot to add the bbq sauce I requested. She also gave me fries, instead of onion rings. The sad part is that I was unable to complain with the company because she never gave me my receipt!!! I'm never coming back here. So I can't top the "f you" written in the wrappers review (I can see how that happened at this location). But we got some audible "eef's". Not from staff but guests. The staff did nothing, however, to mitigate the situation. Subpar management is true but this really falls back on corporate for hiring a teenager to be a manager, a kid who wasn't much older than the offending group who came into his store and turned it into their own personal middle school cafeteria without adult supervision. There were roughly 10-15 teenagers who entered when my 3 year old son and I were half way through our meal and absolutely ruined whatever scrap of dining experience a Burger King has to offer in the first place. As a female without her husband along for the fun and with a three year old to tend to, I didn't feel right extending my neck solo to tell this large group of teens to stop dropping F bombs and references to Milfs. I've done so plenty of times with smaller groups, but this was a restaurant take over that needed more attention than a teen manager could bring. Had he said something, he would've at least had two other employees to back him up. Also, if you haven't already heard, the story of a family being brutally beaten by a group of teens at Six Flags not far from here for a similar situation, that's still playing in my mind. The kid manager apologized when I brought it up later - that, as "manager" he should make sure all of his paying guests are treated respectfully and not made to feel uncomfortable especially with small children involved. When confronted he merely said (surmised, of course) "if I hadn't had to deal with the drive through traffic then I was about to come out and say something to them" Think he even said "yell at them". I can't imagine that confrontation going well either. My only excuse for not saying anything directly to the group was 1. Being vastly outnumbered in the store and 2. being a mom with a three year old to care for. We just moved into the closed off play area until we had to leave. Won't be back to this location despite being the only "kid-friendly" indoor play area. Not a very difficult tie to break after being left humiliated that you can't say anything and the management isn't capable of taking care of their restaurant to make it comfortable and inviting for families. My mom just brought back food from here and my meal is disappointing as all hell. This is the second Burger King that's effed up my meal with quality so maybe it's become a corporate thing I have no idea. My pickles on my burger were not crisp I had to spit them out I couldn't bite through it. The cheese wasn't even melted and the burger patty is smaller than usual. The fries taste like they've been reheated over and over since yesterday when they were probably first cooked. The kid on the speaker was quick and only if you are a sensitive sally would you think he was rude and rushing. Pull around to the window and this kid was running around like a mad man doing everything himself looked as if there were only two people in there. Today September 29th around 5:45pm at Naperville, Illinois Burger King on 95th Street. At the drive thru I ordered a double whopper no cheese no ketchup large coke large onion rings. I arrive home 5 minutes later and I was given double whopper with cheese. I returned to the same Burger King and I explained my issue, a new correct sandwich was provided to me. However, I saw and noted a Burger King male worker in my clear view from the drive thru pick up window preparing burgers with no gloves and no mask...the time was approximately 5:50pm. I feel that this is definitely unsanitary and not in alignment and in compliance with Covid19 protocol and safety standards. This is an ok location they won't let my friend play the quarter game anymore because he won to much. Plus they yelled me for only putting ice in a water cup. It needs major improvement. Some of the staff is a little rude. They were acting rude when we tried to order and almost kicked us out for bringing in our own drinks from wall greens and if we smell like sweat after coming from the ymca they yell at us.
