Ordered through the app and worst experience ever! I assumed it would be like other fast food places such as chipotle, McDonalds or Taco Bell and it was not. The app never notified the restaurant and I arrived and double paid because even though I explained online I paid they didn't have my order. Manager stated it was a known issue yet nothing was done. I reached out via Burger King corporate with no assistance as well. I ended up going to McDonald's across the street. No help at restaurant and no help from corporate. The reimbursement was a hassle I had to call my bank and go that route. Save yourself the headache and just go elsewhere. No accountability from anyone. Well, it's Burger King, so there's not much to say about the menu, but the staff was so nice.

12 October 2019 John the manager is great as well as his staff. Our Burger Kings in the South Bend, IN area could learn a lesson from these people on how to treat there customers. My friend and I both received our Military discounts which the Burger Kings in the South Bend area tell us we have to be active duty. If I lived closer I would come to this one. BK at this location takes care of there customers. The nice thing is the order is correct and hot unlike were I live. Old Review This is my first time here. I went in tonight to get food. While I was there I noticed not one person was wearing a hairnet. Only two of the staff were wearing gloves but obviously they had no fast food training. The guy handling the food and bagging it kept scratching his face with no gloves no hair net and putting it in the bags. The dumpy looking manager had no hair net on both like he hadn't washed his clothes in a week and the food was very delayed. Perhaps some of these people in this local area want to give high marks for their local Burger King but the truth is it's a very unprofessional and unsanitary place to eat. read more

The manager and the staff here are belligerent and disrespectful. They like to antagonize their customers who are upset! The one person who is any saving grace at this location is Amber! I waited for 20 minutes to be able to order my food in the drive through and had to say hello a couple of times. No one came on the speaker and said "I'm Sorry for the wait but I'll be right with you", that statement would go along way and help calm a frustrated customer. When I received my food my spicy chicken sandwich was lukewarm, hard and had almost no spicy sauce on it. When I returned to the store and went inside to get my money back, I was ignored again by a girl running the fry station. She saw me three times and was not overly busy so she could have acknowledged me and said "someone will be right with you" and kept on working but she didn't. She appeared to have no desire to help me rectify my problem. Yes my body language said I was up set but I had yet to open my mouth. When I finally had to speak up I asked her to get me a manager. She stated she was the manager, when I angrily vented why I was mad and then stated I wanted my money back for the sandwich that shouldn't have been served, she went to the back of the store. The "manager" a heavyset short man, was completely rude and addressed me like he didn't even care that I was upset. There was a rude customer that thought he should intervene and tell me I was horrible for being angry. The more the customer berated me the more it fed the manager's nasty attitude toward me. Amber did come over and stated that it is their job to acknowledge customers and she would bring it up in the next meeting. I was grateful for her and appreciated her customer service. The rest of the crew there could learn from her. I can admit that I was overly upset but if Amber had handled the situation I probably would have calmed down and appreciated her help! As I made my way threw the drive thru, I ordered 100 chicken nuggets along with 5 of every single sauce that they had (apparently marinara is a sauce that they have). When I reached the window I was in awe of the state of the employee working there. You could absolutely tell that their souls have most definitely left their body years before Burger King sucked the life out of him. The man looked like he died years prior. The employee told me that I owed 4 million dollars. The audacity of him. I have never in my life have had so much disrespect from an employee. I said thank you as he handed me my food and he just grunted. I then proceeded to ask for their world renowned crowns. He just handed me a full sheet of them. He made me cut them out and make them myself. Such disrespect. The nuggets were quite pleasant though at midnight. I went back, parked my car, walked in and took a shit in the urinal.
