So freaking SLOW. Everyone moves like they are under water. Took 30 min for them to make my food. I ordered 2 luxe boxes and a burrito.

Food was hot and well made, but the staff were terrible. Only one lady was working (bless her soul she was so stressed) and the Manager was screaming at her for not working quick enough while 4 other employees sat around. Fun to bike there with friends late at night to get quaint snack. Employees at night are nice and get your order in well. Only problem is that it is hella slow and employees during the day are dunces and have no clue what they're doing. Other than that it is quite a nice place to eat! read more

Went through the drive-thru With a Huge Work Order For me and My Coworkers, and Jayla was amazing With Customer service ! She Gave me a really great experience that I didn't expect to have from a Taco Bell Drive Thur . I feel that she is Strongly qualified with customers service and should be training others to be as professional and outgoing and Amazing as she is rather than just working the drive-thru. She definitely Made a difference as one person, but if she could multiply her skills within the company I think it would go a long way. This experience made my day ! I have had more negative experiences at this specific Taco Bell location than I have had at any fast food restaurant ever in my life. The biggest issue is that they close early...every single day. The hours listed on Yelp, on Google Maps, on Waze, and even on the door of their store are NOT correct. They close 2-3 hours early every single day. I have asked them why this is, they say it is due to staffing....I asked locals that live here and they said that they've been closing early like that for years. I even called corporate and asked them if they could update their listed hours and corporate said that they did not approve of them closing early. I have gone to this Taco Bell 4-5 more times after this call to find out that they continually close early...at 9-9:30PM. They are also the slowest drive thru I have ever been to. I once went in the early afternoon and waited 27 minutes in the drive thru line before getting to the window. I have never had a negative experience at Taco Bell until I went to this location. So I know that Taco Bell HQ will not be pleased when they hear how poorly this location is operating. Please do better. read more

This location was a real sh!th@le for years, but last night I was impressed with the friendliness of the man that took our order. He was clean, spoke clearly, and even smiled! Our order was taken without delay or mistake. Now the food still has a way to go, I don't know if they hold on to some of the pre made ingredients longer than they should, but it most certainly does not taste fresh, not horrible, but not to par with what Taco Bell used to be able to deliver. I only had one item, the Crunchwrap supreme, and there was absolutely no crunch! What the heck? My wife had nachos and cheese, don't think they could mess that one up. I have already waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for my food(it actually made me late for an appointment.) Today pulled up to the drive thru and there were two cars in front of us waiting to take their order. Ten minutes later one cars order was taken. Don't know how long we would have waited if we stayed. Basically plan for a hour if you are going to eat here. That should give you enough time. Then again maybe not. read more

Would give 0 stars if I could. They close at 11pm on Thursdays and I got there at 9:30pm. We drove away from the window after it looked like it was closed and we saw a girl walking around.
