This is what happens when you order two whopper jrs with no bun. Avoid Noblesville fast food options.

Soggy French toast mushy bread. It's a five piece. Really????

Poor service every time. Today was no different. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches and the 5 piece French toast sticks. At the window they gave me my bag and said everything was in it. As I was driving ways only the French toast sticks were there. They forgot the sandwiches. I had to return. The drive up window was too busy so I had to go in and wait in line. So much for a window. (But maybe that was for them to collect my money and just say hi. But probably not. Just mediocrity at its finest.) They didn't apologize. I got the sandwiches and left. When I got to where we were going to eat, the French toast sticks were a soggy mushy mess. See the pics. Avoid this location. The king treats customers like peasants.

    "NO pickles" except.... pickles.

For a place whose tag line is "have it your way" BK consistently screws up easy orders. Order a burger with no pickles, get pickles and no tomatoes. I stopped asking for customizations and I'd just pick off what I don't want. I give up. Today's order was missing ketchup AND onion. The drive-thru at this location is busy, which is understandable during Covid, but the lobby is now open. Today they didn't have someone working the counter during lunch rush and the guy who was working the window had to hustle between the drive thru and the counter to take care both - and kudos to him, he was rocking it. He was very friendly, the order didn't take that long once it was placed, but since I can't seem to get what I order I think I'm just done with BK from here on out.

A symbol for what to expect here.

Some of the worst food poisoning I've EVER had. Tried calling to talk to a manager, they cut off their calls before you can get through. Pathetic excuse for a food establishment, save yourself and run far, far away.

    Really?!
    Joshua B.

I don't do drive-thrus -- doors locked during posted business hours (and "Open for dine in" on the marquee)... terrible customer service, completely unacceptable.

I genuinely don't think I've ever had better ketchup and I ask every time if I can take home a whole vat of it. My husband always gets the spicy Mexicali burger and says it's the perfect balance of spicy and savory. It's always cooked well and consistently full of flavor. The portions are also really good for the price, which makes it an easy go to for us. I love the three cheese garlic burger, but fair warning, it comes with what feels like nine garlic cloves on top. I usually end up pulling them off after they drop the burger at the table because the flavor is already soaked into the burger anyway. The fries are a solid 10 out of 10, and the service is always great. It's just an easy, reliable spot for a good burger and a relaxed night out.

We walked in and were seated quickly, even though we arrived a little earlier than our reservation. Our server was Tad M and he was awesome! We were both really happy with our food, it was prepared perfectly! Tad checked on us a few times to make sure we were having a great time. This restaurant was really cute inside, I loved the lights and the old pictures displayed. This was my first time in Noblesville, and I'm so glad I chose Grindstone Public House. My wife and I were loyal customers of Grindstone Public House for six years, going every single…read moreweekend without missing one--more than 300 weekends. Last Christmas alone, I purchased $1,000 in Grindstone gift cards, and we've routinely tipped the bartenders 30-40% because the bar staff has always treated us extremely well. Unfortunately, after six years, that relationship has come to an end. We had brought Grindstone three cocktail recipes we enjoy--two from a favorite restaurant in Illinois and one based on the Liquid Love Affair from 1933 Lounge in Fishers. Management eventually created a special POS button for our cocktails and charged $10.50 each. We were recently informed that ownership had decided to increase those drinks to $15 each--a 43% increase overnight. I understand prices increase. Had they gone to $11 or $12, I wouldn't have thought twice about it. What I found unreasonable was charging $15--the same price as Grindstone's signature cocktails--for recipes we supplied ourselves. One of those drinks is based on the Liquid Love Affair from 1933 Lounge. I can literally walk from my house to 1933 Lounge and purchase the actual cocktail for $15. Why would I drive 20 minutes to Noblesville and pay the same price for Grindstone's version? We were also told a dirty martini at Grindstone is $13. This wasn't about being unable to afford another $4.50. Someone buying $1,000 in gift cards and tipping 30-40% isn't being financially devastated by a few dollars. It was about how six years of loyalty was treated. What happened afterward was equally disappointing. After I posted reviews elsewhere describing our experience, Grindstone publicly responded, acknowledged our six years and 300+ weekends of loyalty, specifically acknowledged the 43% increase, and asked me to email management so we could have a "meaningful conversation" and they could have the opportunity to "make this right." I did exactly what they asked. Three days later, I had received no response, and Grindstone had deleted its public response asking me to contact management. I retained a screenshot of that response. The bartenders deserve none of the criticism here. They've always treated us wonderfully, and they're the part of Grindstone we'll genuinely miss. There are simply too many locally owned restaurants and bars whose owners work hard to earn and retain loyal customers. Another local restaurant owner has already gone out of his way to stock the liquor necessary to make our cocktails and charges $12 for them. Grindstone didn't lose two six-year customers because we couldn't afford another $4.50. They lost two six-year customers because of how six years of loyalty was handled--and unfortunately, management's response afterward only reinforced our decision.

When I was eating in the parking lot , I watched how they did it, there was always somebody coming out and bringing food to the cars. I remembered taking a large group of colleagues visiting from India last June and having a really nice dinner and the menu had a variety of offerings to satisfy their dietary preferences. There is a parking lot adjacent to the restaurant although we were able to find street parallel parking nearby and my mother and I enjoyed the walk on a beautiful summer evening. We were greeted by a kind and friendly hostess who was able to fit us in as this was an impromptu dinner for two without a reservation. Our server, Sabra M, was friendly, upbeat and very professional, and patient. We ordered a half portion of the Noble Chop salad at the recommendation of our server. It included bacon, egg, white cheddar, heirloom tomatoes with a buttermilk dressing. The salad was very enjoyable. On this Friday evening, we were treated to a wonderful bonus of live music that was set up in the bar section, but we had a nice vantage point from our table which was a comfortable c-shaped booth. As I recognized multiple songs the artist was playing on his guitar and singing songs I remembered from my youth ( (Ie., Alison by Elvis Costello, 99 Red Balloons-Neva, Everybody Wants to Rule the World- Tears for Fears). My mom ordered the Filet Sliders for her entree which were seared tenderloin with horseradish and arugula (she passed on the red pickled onion) . She's very tiny, so the portion size was fine. I ordered the scallops which came with angel hair pasta and Chef selected seasonal vegetables and sauce that was delicious. For dessert, we chose to share the seasonal Peanut Butter Pie that was very tasty, rich in flavor, served with some caramel and chopped nuts to complement this treat. Not a crumb remained. For sides, they have french fries, onion rings, mac & cheese, baked beans, and chips. They are priced separately. They serve Coke products, which we really like! Our tenderloin sandwich was served hot and fresh. We got it with lettuce, tomato, pickle, and onions. They have a variety of sauces you can add as well. Since the seating area is small, my wife snagged us a table while I went to the counter to order. This was probably our mistake. Our order was priced incorrectly in that we only got the tenderloin Tuesday discount on one of the tenderloin sandwiches. We probably both should have gone to the counter and ordered separately. We got sauces on the side and my wife got the ranch and I got the fiery ranch. However, when we picked up our bag at the counter, my sauce was not included, although it was on the printout of our ticket. So, technically you could say both our order and our bill were incorrect Although the bill, you could say, was also our fault since we did not order separately. That being said, we have gone to other establishments on Tenderloin Tuesday and had one bill and we both received the discount. The tenderloin sandwich was OK and fairly priced given market conditions. Would we return? If we were on the far east side of Carmel, we would stop in again.
