0 Star I have never experienced customer service this poor. On the night of July 10, 2026, I stopped by this location on my way to work. I was charged for an order of mozzarella sticks, but they were missing from my bag. Because I work overnight, I couldn't return that evening. The next morning, July 11, 2026, between 7:00 and 7:15 a.m., I returned to the drive-thru and asked to speak with the manager. I politely explained the situation, showed her my receipt, and even had the order label from my bag. Instead of trying to help, she immediately told me there was nothing she could do. She repeatedly blamed me, saying it was my responsibility to check my order before leaving the night before and that I should have returned immediately. I explained that I was on my way to work and simply asked for either the item I paid for or a refund. She refused and told me I would have to come back at lunchtime if I wanted a refund. When I told her that wasn't good customer service, she accused me of giving her a hard time, even though I remained calm and respectful throughout the conversation. I then asked why she seemed so upset when I was only requesting what I had already paid for. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, she became visibly agitated and slammed the drive-thru window in my face. I am 39 years old, and I have never been treated with such disrespect over such a simple and reasonable request. The manager's behavior was shocking, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Based on how she acted, I genuinely believe something was seriously wrong, and I strongly encourage upper management to review her conduct. Not only that but he got my order wrong and I noticed as I drove up to the second window. This is a Whopper-sized disaster at Burger King that makes fast food look bad! Rated 0 Stars if I could. When I went to Burger King recently, I was hoping for a quick and easy fast food experience. Instead, I got a lesson in poor customer service, poor communication, and general stupidity. Here's what happened in my sad situation: The First Mistake: I placed an order for 3 cheese Whoppers, 1 cheese and ketchup Whopper, and 2 medium fries. When it came time to pay, I saw that I had only been charged for two Whoppers, the tweaked Whopper, and the fries. It bothered me that the kid at the window didn't say a word when I told him about it. I wasn't sure if my worry was being taken care of. Not True Promises: He came back and quickly shut the window after telling me, "Everything has been taken care of." There was neither an explanation nor proof of any changes. I waited a moment to make sure everything was okay, but it looked like I was fine because he started taking the order for the next car. A Second Chance to Go Wrong: They recounted the incorrect order and I told them again at the pickup window that I was missing a Whopper. The employee shut the window to talk on her headset, and a boss with a bad attitude promptly showed up. What did she say? That the price I paid was only for three burgers. I was aware of this and tried to use my bank card to pay for the missing Whopper. However, I was rudely told I would have to drive around and place a new order. Why? "We can't take orders at the windows". No Responsibility or Common Sense: When I asked why the first worker told me everything was taken care of, I got more condescension instead of an answer. On top of that, my order was pushed at me without any consideration for the bother. This case brings to light a major issue in fast food these days: customer service is getting worse and worse. It's human to make mistakes in conversation, but how you handle them defines your business. At every turn, I was met with rudeness and lack of interest instead of an explanation or a way out. If Burger King can't teach their workers how to talk to each other well or give them the tools to solve simple problems without (literally) passing the buck, they might want to rethink why they even hire people at all. Why should customers put up with rude and bad service when fast food chains employees are always complaining about their wages? If they want to earn $15 an hour for not doing their job, Burger King should get rid of them and hire computers instead. My review is about how this location handles Service Dogs. I was there 2/6/2025. After placing my order I asked to speak with a manager. She came to the counter and I asked what their policy is on Service Dogs. She told me Service Dogs are not allowed inside the restaurant. This is a violation of ADA policies. Service Dogs are to be granted access to all areas of restaurants EXCEPT where food is being prepared. She wanted to argue with me. I told her she needs to read the ADA website, to which she rudely retorted, "YOU read the ADA policies because YOU are wrong!" I do not have a Service Dog but I DO advocate for those that do. I was told by the off duty manager at a different location that they only allow Service Dogs that are wearing a vest. BOTH policies are a violation of ADA policies! I liked working here until today when i quit. I was told I needed to have more experience before I could be a manager because I wasn't even doing a good job at my current job as a cashier and table busser. Mind you I showed up to work every day,cleaned her store, bagged and passed orders and customers bragged that I was manager material and a hard worker yet my manager got upset because I was talking about my degree and aspiring to be a manager. Keep in mind the only thing needed in order to be a manager in a fast food restaurant is a Ged or High school diploma. I have an associates degree in Business Management, achieved multiple Honors awards in college, Honor Roll, Presidents Honor Roll and Deans Honor Roll. Maintained a GPA of 3.5 and above all through college. To hear my manager April felt attacked because I was bragging about my achievements and expressing a desire to be like her was not only hurtful but degrading. It's terrible when you work really hard for a degree and then people get mad when you talk about it or want to be greater than a cashier. A good manager does not try to stop employees from being successful or make an attempt to isolate them to one job area by constantly cutting them off from learning and growing. A great manager creates more great managers and delegates duties and responsibilities to people who fit the positions they need to fill. A micromanager does everyone's jobs for them and suffocates job growth. She can be nice to her employees at times and is very well versed in different departments of the company but the managers she's training don't even hold a candle to her and they should, that in itself says enough. Having experience does not make you a good manager and neither does a degree but a degree is the basic foundation for great managers to be built from and most people can land a job in management with an associates degree and be trained from there. Boycott Burger King on Rte. 200. They do not deserve our business. Just got back after placing order for$16.04. Out of four sandwiches, they got three wrong. When I showed them receipt, I was told I ordered wrong. Problem is that my grandson told the woman what he wanted on the sandwich and she (the manager) said he was wrong. I was very specific with my order and they got that wrong, too. When I asked them to remake items, they argued with me and told me they completed the order as made. I asked woman to look at sandwich and was told she already threw it out, but she would be happy to take it out of the garbage so I can eat it. I was amazed and asked for my receipt. She told me she threw that out, too. The owner came up and told me we ordered wrong. She did not like the tone of my voice, so she offered to refund my money. She gave me a refund of $5.05. I asked why and she told me my grandkids were already eating part of the order. I was amazed at the lack of customer service and arrogance, offering me to first eat a sandwich they put in the garbage, then to give me $5.05 as a return on a $16.04 order, most of which they threw in the garbage. With myriad fast food restaurants in the area, they do not deserve patronage and should lose their customer base. It is important to note that at no time did anyone say "I am sorry". All that any customer would expect would be for someone, anyone, to apologize, re-make the food and have us go on our way. That did not happen. They argued with us, told us we did not know what we ordered, and then, adding insult to injury, they gave us $5.05 as a refund for a $16.04 expenditure. I have been going thru the drive thru ever since they opened up 3 years ago. I go thru at 11:15-12 noon. I have always ordered the same thing. #7 meal with no cheese, small fries, small coke and a Hershey Pie. And I always ask for the Veterens discount of 15%. The crew see my white pick-up truck and automatically enter my order. The crew has been wonderful over the years. They call me Mr. Jim. Until January 28th. The girl at the pay window was very rude to me. I don't know her name but she was a short black woman that said she had been there 2 years.
