I have taken my son 3 times for breakfast on a Saturday and well third time was the charm to officially say never again. This location has an employee named Amy who is beyond rude. 1st time we had an issue with the order and they were out of something- I know refunds aren't always a easy thing so I asked for something else. She literally started yelling at me, and wanted to short change me. I asked to speak to a manager and she continued to yell at me. When the manager came out she was really unhappy. She made a few comments to Amy that let me know her bad attitude is a trend. 2nd visit my son went to the counter and yet again Amy refused to give my son our order. Started yelling at him accusing him of stealing our food. When realized that wasn't the case she came out from behind the counter and grabbed my arm. As I'm trying to move away from her she kept getting in my personal space want to apologize. Everytime I moved away she moved closer to me. She was literally inches from my face at one point. Today was the final nail in the coffin, as we waited to place and order Amy spent more time making snarky comments at an elderly man talking down to him, than showing kindness when he was clearly struggling. Instead she berated him and made him feel bad. We walked out. Very much done with this location. I would have no issue being there if she wasn't.. but I'll pass. read more

Has this ever happened to you? The BK I am dealing with is in Silver Springs Florida On friday night I ordered the family whopper deal with cheese. When we got back to the hotel we found that we were missing a whopper with cheese. We called the restraunt, spoke to Cortney and she said that she would put my name in the book and we could come back anytime. Our name would be in the book. Tonight we went to the store and was told we had to come back on Monday by Emaly. My family and I are on a limited budget and going back and forth costs money. Well any way I called, spoke to this Emaily (she told me she was the store manager) and I m without the food that we already paid for. One star if I were able to give negative one star I think I would see I've been in Ocala resident for about 8 years now and there has not been one year where this Burger King hasn't consistently been the worst eating establishment in the community there have been multiple amount of times where it was either under staff or the staff there were just I guess rude incoherent and unable to complete most of their tasks I don't know what leak entered the gas pipes of this set establishment but it seems like every time I've gone there the past 8 years and is consistently been very very bad which makes me upset because as a food enjoyer I would love to have a great welcoming fun feeling experience there are other establishments within the region are very very fulfilling and have yet to disappoint this one however has yet to not disappoint the numbers don't lie nothing Lies when it comes to this Burger King beside the workers I would hope that this review helps and embellishes a more productive approach to the way they handle things because in 8 years without change that's just that's just played out to president I'm not even going to say that fancily so to the Burger King that is consistently got me wine dined and let's just say booty hole shine screw you bye-bye read more

They never repeat back your order. When you pull up to the speaker they do not welcome you. They just say "order when you're ready". Then when you are done ordering they respond in a dull tone "Is that all", or they just say your price. You can tell that they don't give a Shit. read more

EAT AT YOUR OWN RISK. I don't usually leave reviews but this time I think it's necessary. I've never been a big fan of Burger King but a coworker gave me a gift card to here so I decided to use it. My husband also likes BK and I tried his Bacon King Burger one time and it was great! So we go get some BK and when I got home, I didn't even get halfway through my Bacon King burger (the #4 meal) when I started having HORRIBLE pain/cramps. This may be a TMI, but it was coming out of both ends. This experience has ruined Burger King for me permanently, it's sad because the burger was really good, but it's not worth the risk. read more

I always seem to have high hopes for Burger King. They used to be good actually but always seem to fall drastically short in the last few years. This specific location has strange people walking around the parking lot, probably homeless people which doesn't help. But any time I grab a quick meal through the drive thru at this location, it is always just thrown together, usually wrong and onion rings under cooked. Burger King has gone down in quality and up in price. They do have some good promotions right now. I just got the 2 whipper meals for $10 dollars. I got full, but whoppers don't taste like they used to 15 years ago. This BK is clean inside and convenient location out in front of Walmart. I do not recommend the whopper wrap. It looks great on the menu, but the taste is a huge let down. read more
