    Grilled balsa lunch special
    Betty P.

Stopped in the other day for lunch. They had their fried or broiled fish, 3 choices of fish, a side and a beverage for $8.99. I chose the broiled balsa, fries and a drink. The woman who took my order was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, friendly ... better than many servers in sit down places. I got my drink, waited maybe 5-7 minutes and another woman brought the food , inquired if there was anything I needed, and even checked back when she was on the floor again. Great service. The fish was delicious, the fries a little too seasoned for my taste but hot and crispy. The place was clean, including the ladies room. If I'm on that side of town agin, I'll stop and try the oysters!

The food was AMAZING!! I had the seafood well shrimp boil and it had sausage, potatoes and I think about a dozen deveined shrimp but and an egg. I couldn't believe my eyes. Reasonable price too for the shrimp boil. My husband had the catfish meal and he enjoyed it. We also had fried okra, French fries and hush puppies. All delicious and well seasoned. We were treated very kind and I loved the quiet atmosphere. This place is epic. I hope to come back soon. I want to try the crab boil next. Now on to the photos of the food. Not to mention I guess he was the owner.. he was so nice to us and patient when my husband was trying to decide what he wanted. I on the other hand already knew what I wanted and I hadn't been there before. He even showed my husband the catfish before his cook fried it to make sure it was what my husband was wanting. Okay I'm done with the review.

We were staying nearby and saw this little gem and decided to come on in. You order up at the counter and bring the food to your table. The choices were plentiful. It was already super late (right before closing) and we had eaten a really early dinner so we just needed a little something to hold us over until breakfast. My husband and I shared a gyro and it was absolutely delicious! The fries that accompanied it were crispy and really flavorful. My son raved about his soft shelled crab. I believe it had some Cajun seasoning and the batter looked amazing! It was served with a couple lemon wedges. I felt that the prices were great and we may be coming back for another meal before heading back home.

Fried food HEAVEN, but guess what, you also have grilled blackened and even boiled (shrimp) options. And honestly, of the options we tried, the non-fried food was the best. A few facts: * Private parking lot * Counter service * Fast casual * Self serve drinks * Reasonably priced * Leans more toward a friend lunch that a date night atmosphere. The food: Fried Okra - good, heavy on the batter Fried Mushrooms - say what, these bad boys were really good. Fried fish sandwich - not a great choice Cajun Garlic Shrimp - oh boy, these were good but I have one caveat, they had the shell still on. So just recognize you will be peeling shrimp covered in garlic, butter and spicEs = messy, very messy. Really solid lunch spot and service was oh so friendly.

The food was delicious and the price was really reasonable in my opinion. The place was clean and had some fun decor. The server/ cashier was the sweetest ever and made us feel like we were at a 5 star restaurant. If we are traveling in the area we will definitely come back.

It's always exciting to have a new place to try. Graffiti is a mix between sit down and fast food. They have a nice selection of menu items (including fried chicken livers- which I love)! We ordered fried livers (delicious), steamed shrimp with a garlic butter sauce- shrimp were perfect cooked- but the sauce had an unpleasant margarine flavor which the owner told me they would change and start using real butter (I will look forward to trying them again) And a fried fish sandwich that was very good. Portions for sides were too big (and kinda pricey) a I think I'd rather they cost a bit less And be a more normal size. Black beans and rice were tasty.

This is in the old Domino's pizza building on Pine Ave. Not the best area of town and there are very few cars in the parking lot but let's try it. The exterior is very festive and I love the mural. The inside is immaculate, the cashier friendly but why is the place practically empty. I don't know?!? We get our food and it is delicious. Seriously! My husband said it was the best fish sandwich he has had in a long time. My son wolfed down the pasta and the seafood boil was great. It isn't overpriced for what you get either. We will be back for sure!

Seafood boil (minus a few crab legs and shrimp).

Unfortunately for me I was looking for a brewery experience and Big Hammock is not that. They do have a good amount of local craft beers on tap which is a definite plus. They just didn't have any of their own beer. Maybe they are brewing, but if they are not, they should change the brewery in their name to brew pub because the name is definitely misleading. It is really awkward making this review, because I really did not get the full experience. I walked in, looked around, checked out the beer menu, asked if they had any of their own beers. When that answer was "no" I left. The end.

Stella's continues to impress with fresh ingredients and absolutely incredible bread. I wasn't sure since it being 2 years since I was here if they would have the breakfast I had last time. I was surprised they did have it so I ordered the Spanish Egg Breakfast, which came with arugula, chorizo, heirloom tomatoes, ciabatta toast, and a preserve. The eggs were perfectly cooked, the chorizo added a great smoky-spicy kick, and the heirloom tomatoes were sweet and juicy. The arugula balanced everything out with a slight peppery bite, and the ciabatta toast was just amazing--crispy on the outside, soft inside, and perfect with the preserve. I also had the Jamón Serrano Sandwich & split it with my bf. It was just as good as it sounds. The jamón serrano, manchego, and basil pesto were a perfect combination--savory, nutty, and herby--all sandwiched between that same incredible ciabatta. Every bite was fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere is cozy, and the service was friendly, though the wait was a little longer than expected. Still, the quality of the food made up for it. Definitely won't wait as long to return next time!

It looks like a store from the outside but I did see someone sitting inside sipping wine so I was intrigued. As you walk in, there is a spacious seating area at the front of the store. Then it kind of transitions into a market store. There is a counter you order food at and pay for items. There is a small bar with seating next to that as well. We browsed the market items and picked up a couple of items. We went to the counter to pay and that is when I realized you can order food and drinks. If you order something that takes time to prepare, it is brought to you at a table. Since I ordered a glass of wine, I just waited there for it and went to sit. Hubs retrieved a beer from the fridge. The owner was the individual we interacted with and he was very pleasant. There was constant traffic the entire time we were there so I hope that means they will remain in business. The prices were not too crazy and it is a perfect place to have a drink and/ or gourmet snacks. I definitely want to return and try other items on the menu.

I started really staring at them which eventually worked. They asked my name, no greeting, no thanks for waiting, no apology. I waited 10 minutes. Had I not already paid online I would've driven off. The girl in the yellow hair wrap begrudgingly handed me my food as if I offended her for my mere existence. I got the 2 for you with the monterey club and the chicken avocado chop with a pueple haze (i unfortunately did not get a picture of them) but they were good quantity and quality for the price. The price of both is almost the same as if you bought any of them individually (they serve half the portion of each for the 2 for you) but i personally like the variety and trying both items.
