Went to this Burger King for breakfast. The gal behind counter was extremely pleasant and friendly. We asked for fresh hash rounds. The gal asked the cook for fresh to be made and several minutes later, I heard her confirm fresh hash rounds were down. When our meal was brought out, the hash rounds were cold. Or half and half. Half fresh and half old. Eating them was a game of chance. Would we get a hot one or a chewy cold one? My ham and cheese croissanwhich croissant was hard. It was warm, but the croissant was hard. Would rate this minus 5 if possible because: On July 29, around 2 p.m., we stopped at the BK at 209 E Norris Dr. in Ottawa IL. The dining room was empty. There were 2 people preparing sandwiches, and one person operating the drive-thru window. No one was at the front to take orders. There was no signage to indicate the dining room was closed, and no one spoke up to acknowledge our presence though they clearly saw us waiting. We called out to them, but were completely ignored. After looking at other reviews of this place going back several years, I'm surprised they're still in business. read more

It's not too bad at this location, it's kinda the luck of the draw they have good days where everything smooth and you're in and out fast food is good and then other days where they're confused ,lost, waiting forever for your food. If they don't forget you're outside still waiting, but I've had more positive than negative. read more

This place is a RIP OFF!!! I ordered chicken nuggets at $1.99 on the board and when I got to the window they said it was $2.49. I said that is not fair and they said we can't change the board. I can't vouch for anyone else's experience there, but my family and I had a great meal. Usually Burger King is nothing to write home about, but the burgers were tasty and the fries were hot. This location doesn't even offer all day breakfast. Every other location that I know of serves breakfast all day. A burger is not what I want at 10:37 AM. At least extend it to noon ffs. read more

If Looks Could Kill I Would Be Dead. I pull up and immediately am welcomed by a half destroyed drive up menu, the glass cases that hold the menu are opened and hanging, the paint is chipped and the fluorescent lights are burnt out, if this was the zombie apocalypse and it had been weeks since civilization stopped than I would understand. However the world is still turning and I'm just looking for a quick lunch. It is exactly 24 minutes before I make my way to window 2, while I can understand that during lunchtime the rush can be pretty hard on restaurants however it's 2:30 in the afternoon and there were only 4 cars ahead of me and 2 of them had driven off by the time I finally made my way to the window to pay for my meal. I have finally arrived and expected things to move along at this point, which I was sorely mistaken, after bickering with the window guy about my order of which was 2 rodeo burgers and a small water and not the other two drive offs in front of me it's an additional 3 minutes before I finally receive my meal, it seems like I have finally made it to the promise land, however the window promptly closes and a second person a lady is here now.. As I keep my hand stretched out of the vehicle in hopes they see I want my small water, I wait an additional 3 minutes before they decide to hand it to me and tell me to have a nice day. After further inspection, I notice the wrapper covered in grease on my rodeo burger and both buns are completely stale and my food is cold and hard by the time I start eating it. Needless to say, I am less than impressed with this service, if I wanted a sit down meal id go elsewhere, and if I wanted stale food I would have went to the food pantry and picked up week old bagels or bread. I strongly recommend avoiding this BurgerKing until they can get things in order because this is not a place where I can "have it my way"... read more

I've tried this location three times. Every single visit resulted in a longer than normal wait for a fast-food place and poor customer service. I once waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes. There were four cars in the drive-thru on a Saturday morning, which seems like a pretty normal number of customers. The extraordinary amount of time seemed like they were unprepared to wait on four cars; it wasn't busy inside. When I finally received my order, there was no apology or any sort of acknowledgement for the slow service. I tried again a few months later and went into the restaurant to order. I was the only one in there, with three cars in the drive-thru. It took close to three minutes for someone to even ask for my order and come to the counter. It took another 14 minutes to get my food. I will not be back to this location. read more

The Burger King restaurant in Ottawa needs a new manager or at least employees who either do understand English or just are able to comprehend what an order is. What is so difficult about a whopper with mustard and bacon and when the whopper is opened it has ketchup, mustard, onion and pickle and mayonnaise? The person at the window continued to report the order and each time 3 times, the request was made as mentioned above. I seriously doubt I along with others will choose to cross the street to MacDonalds rather than visit Burger King in the future. read more

I went to Burger King on Norris on August 24 it was at like 10:16 AM and I had to wait 15 to 20 minutes for my food and once the food arrived it was cold so I went back into the main dining room advise the manager that I was sorry but the food-was cold so I wanted a refund on my money and she advised me since I paid with a debit card it had already been paid back to my checking account on my debit. As of today 3 September has not been put back to my account. read more

this burger kings is pretty fancy! theres couches 4 u 2 sit on. theres a huge tv on the wall. it looks like it was just remodeled and it looks fabulous! the food is what u would expect it 2 b. chicken tenders with sweet n sour sauce - yum! i dont frequent fast food places but since my friends wanted 2 go here so i just found sumtin on the menu. read more
