I stopped in here to grab some lunch on my way back to Chesapeake, VA from Charlotte, NC. This BK looks like it's brand new from the outside, except for the parking lot. That needs some work filling pot holes, repaving and new parking lines painted. However I digress. I walked inside and was able to order right way. The time was about 2pm so the lunch rush had passed. While waiting I noticed there were maybe 3 or 4 customers spread out throughout the dining room. No problem finding a seat. I found the establishment to be newish, clean and very modern. Tables were clean, etc. My service was fast, and the staff was decent. My Whopper wasn't the prettiest I've ever seen, however the cooking and taste were exactly what they're supposed to be. The fries were also excellent and filled the container to the brim. Based off the other reviews here I got lucky or other people that were satisfied with their visit haven't reviewed the place. I dunno. But there were no complaints from me this day. read more

I ordered a spicy chicken jr sandwich and this is what I got. It was as hard as a rock like it was sitting out for hours. Not to mention the thin piece of chicken they give you in this sandwich. Also the rudest employees work the drive thru. Never going back. read more

It took a while for me to write a review on my visit but here goes. My experience should have been quick service and the food should have tasted good. However, it was far from that. Only one cashier was available to operate for the walk-ins which had four patrons but it took her forever to complete one order. Once I arrived at the cash register, I understood what took her so long to complete the orders; she had to repeat multiple times what the patron wanted and asked them to do the same. I only ordered a whopper junior and fries. The fries were mildly decent as always. They were only great when the crinkle cut were available but then the portion size was very small. The burger could have been ok as usual but the bun had a horrible taste. I wasn't sure if the bun was stale or if it was due to poor hygiene of staff. For the staff, I observed a guy coming from the parking lot and limping in with the assistance of someone else. He then went to the kitchen area, I saw him hopping from one spot to another with gloves on touching everything to help him maneuver around and keep his balance. He was touching the food to make sandwiches but I am not sure if he ever changed his gloves. Food preparation and contact is too important in the food industry for restaurant staff not to put forth an effort to maintain high standards in the kitchen. I definitely would not return this location and since that visit I haven't gone to another Burger King which is sad because I like their burgers. read more

If zero stars was an option, that's what this location would get. The worst customer service I've EVER experienced! I'm blown away by the incredibly poor attitude of the employees here. Went through the drive through today and ordered 2 10 pc nuggets and a Ice water, Today was payday and hadnt went to the bank today so used all silver change exactly $3.18 and you would have thought i had a disease or something, I told the girl at the drive through that it was all silver change and she rolled her eyes took the change and shut the window, then she came back and asked if could park so they could count it?? The manger told the blond hair girl to leave and go home and their were bussies. We came in their and no one was in their to been seen it was her and the cooks no manger. The only reason why we went to burger king was because we heard their was a friendly and helpful girl up their working now. She was one of those people I would be proud to have working for me because she was so sweet and helpful and always gave you a smile. We waited 5mins before placing an order or before we could get any help. The blond girl was busies in drive their and was trying her best to get up front and drive throw done. We sometimes frequent Burger King when traveling since they now have a veggie burger and their new fries option has less grease than others. The order taker at the drive-through was clearly inexperienced and could not seem to get our order straight. A woman then took over and I don't think I had ever gotten so much "attitude" at a fast food place before. She said that the problem we were having getting our order correct was our fault. Then we she asked for the money at the receiving window, the cost seemed to be much higher than in any other Burger King I'd ever been to. When I suggested that combo meals shouldn't be that expensive, she said we hadn't ordered combos, that it was our fault for not saying "combo meal" at the outset. If we hadn't been in a hurry, we would have just driven off without paying for and receiving the food, never having had such horrible service at a Burger King before. read more

I have been to this Burger King 4 times. I'm not going back. They have gotten my order wrong 3 out of the 4 times Ive been there. When I get a double cheese burger, I expect 2 patties NOT extra slices of cheese. The service is terrible. The last time I was there, the server was a young "lady". She was in a conversation with another server, ignoring me, and when she went to hand me my food, she wasn't even looking at me and nearly dropped the bag. What was the conversation you ask? Well, as they were practically shouting it to each other, was about getting AIDS and having sex with guys and how they liked it. And I didnt get a thank you or have a nice day, actually now that I think about it, she never even spoke to me. The burger I got that day was also nuked with the bread being very hard on the edge's. Will never go here again. We live in Oxford, this place has the worst service. Most people that work there look like they eat there. No offense but when the whole staff weights over 250 each how fast can you most. They all including the manager have poor attitudes. They could care less when you get your food or if it is even hot. I applied there and every time I would call the employee who picked up the phone was extremely rude. I get it, you're busy. No need to take it on your customers. I called and asked to speak to a hiring manager and the employee said she wasn't there, I asked when's the next day she's working.
