A large order was place at the drive through window, when I attempted to pay with a $100 bill, the wheels just came off. I pointed out the order was for over half that amount of that bill, but all I got was "I can't take no hundred dollar bill". I pulled out my wallet and showed her what cash I had and said "It's the $100 or nothing"... you guessed it - she can't take no $100 bill. I had breakfast here yesterday, and it was one of the more pleasant Bojangles' experiences I've had. The line moved quickly, I purchased a Country Ham Biscuit, Coffee, and OJ. All for $5.69. It was a typical Bojangles' experience: Pleasant personnel, yummy greasy food, hot coffee. What made it stand apart from others is that a matron (for lack of a better word), was stationed in the dining room to ensure that each table was properly bussed, and helping patrons as needed. read more

Went through the drive thru, waited about 10 minutes in line, no big deal. I was told to pull to the side after I paid, no big deal. I then waited for 15 minutes and received nothing so I decided to go inside, I'm not the angry type so I waited in line for an additional 10 minutes before I saw a lady walk past and take food outside, on her way back in I asked if she had mine and I took it in left. 45 MINUTES TO WAIT IN A DRIVE THRU IS RIDICULOUS, NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION. I have given many chances over the period of years considering it is the closest bojangles to where I live, every time it's something small like forgetting ice in your warm tea or not giving you your sauce after you ask for it 3 times. By far the worst bojangles location in all of history and time, I have never once had a good experience here. read more

I went to Bojangles on the way home from soccer practice and this woman at the window was SO RUDE! I tried taking something off my order and she immediately got an attitude with me for no reason. Bojangles we still need to talk. The inconsistencies in the chain are getting worse. I know we've talked about this many times, but how can one store be excellent and the next one be terrible? In the last week we've been to seven locations in seven different regions and had seven different experiences. Sounds like management needs to help these locations out. Take this one for example great service as you order your food and then by the time you get your food you realize some of it was cooked properly and the rest wasn't. And we waited seven or eight minutes for them to cook our Chicken Supremes because it was in the morning. We are happy to wait and didn't complain at all but we expect things to be done correctly. It's first thing in the morning so please explain to me how french fries can be so overcooked and cold when you get them? And when I ordered to Pecan twists how in the heck can they be harder then chocolate chip cookies? And have almost no frosting. I just don't understand. Why would you give food like that to customers? Keep in mind this is somebody that has been to more than 50 of your locations and has supported you for more than a decade - not a hater. All we're asking is for consistency. When you go to a Raising Cane's every chicken tender and every french fry, and every glass of sweet tea you get in the entire country taste exactly the same. Worst Bojangles I have ever been to. Literally an embarrassment of a Bojangles. First the cashier stood and stared at me for 10 minutes and waited for someone else to come take my order because she didn't want to. Even the girl who came to take our order said, "girl why aren't you doing your job". We were asked to wait in the seating area for the bo-rounds to be made and after 30 minutes we asked about them and were told they were waiting for them to drop. 10 minutes later we were told there were no Bo-rounds. Why did I wait 40 minutes tor Bo-rounds that were never there? Service sucked so bad and they gave us nothing to make up for no bo-rounds that we paid for. Get your shit together! I have called and talked the manager several different times about the staff that works the drive through window. They are Rude, do not speak except to speak your total amount due, hand your drinks out with drink dripping all of them, no thank you kiss my ass anything!!!! Like most fast food in Oxford, NC this place moves EXTREMELY slow. This is true for both the Drive-Thru and inside. Fries are usually cold and hard and the biscuits are flat not fluffy. Would not recommend this place at all. read more
