It seemed like a good idea at the time, but I should've known by the one star that this was rapidly going to be a huge mistake. Most fast food places that have a low rating are usually because they mixed their order up or because a customer found a hair in their food etc. I didn't find a hair but they did get my order completely wrong. I didn't order sausage actually the guy taking my order didn't even bother asking me if I wanted bacon or sausage now that I'm thinking about it, but anyway me and sausage equals blah! The egg tasted like a sponge. 2 bites in and I wrapped it back up and threw it back in the bag. After, I reached for the French toast sticks I ordered as back up, but even those were hard to eat since they tasted like they were under a heat lamp all morning. Very Bad Customer Service! Hair found in my burger. I did 3 mobile orders and they were missing one whopper. When I asked for ketchup they only gave me 3 packets knowing that I had 3 separate orders. First time at this location. It was good, not the best, but good. Our "server"/ the employee who served us was Jullian. He was nice and helpful but he seemed to forget things. Aside from that he was respectful and patient. The employees on grill and frying, etc. were not exactly fast, but they managed, only actual issue is they don't take the time to properly set up a burger it looks like they were thrown onto the bun in a messy and rushed manner. Given they are small such as forgetting a straw, not putting in sauce, no napkins ect. one mistake fine but constantly forgetting to put these things in bags is unacceptable.
