Food is great, restaurant is nice, service is usually a 5-7 out of 10. When you work in the food industry your main goal is customer service. I don't care for the fact of it being a whole 30 min before closing and I can't get almost any ingredients on my salad or sandwhich because "they're out" no just go prep and just some more, it's your job! The food is always very tasty and never old but that was my one complaint. Please try to have extra toppings available as this has happened to me numerous times and I'll just walk out as to me that seems very unprofessional. Please change this and step it up FOOD IS ALWAYS 4-5 stars but because of the other issue I'm giving it a 3 read more

I placed an order online for pickup and it was really easy and user friendly. I was able to pick up the food in a timely manner as well. I had placed an order for a large sandwich but did not receive the full sandwich. Unfortunately, I didn't check at the store but did notice at home. I called the store to ensure that a large is more than the 6 inch sub I was given and the employee told me a large is a 12 inch sub. She told me she would write my name and number and have the owner refund me the next day because the owner was not in and she didn't have access to do a refund. The charge has been finalized on my account but there was not refund. Initially I would have given them 4/5 because the food taste good and we love Deli Delicious especially the beer battered fries. I'd like to say I Drove over 3 hours on a quick trip and after soccer practice with my daughter I decided to take her to her favorite spot. My daughter made sure to politely order what she wanted on her sandwich; repeating twice the order. I order the chipotle sandwich that was being advertised so much, I said to my self why not ! Our Order was for take out so we didn't bother to check until we arrived to our hotel. My daughter's sandwich was made with extra stuff when she made sure to repeat her order and mine, let's not say it was over sauces! Since we visit the store around 30 minute to closing I felt that the customer service wasn't provided for us! We paid for our order and was told how we'd like our meal and yet they made it how ever and provided horrible service! Regardless the time they close the customer service should be provided at all times, we unfortunately had to pick the extra stuff the sandwich and my chipotle sandwich wouldn't recommend it!!! read more

When you're on the road, you don't want surprises. We stopped for gas and scoped out the food choices next door... Starbucks, Deli Delicious, Chipotle. We decided to go traditional sandwich'y. Service was great. We got back on the road in no time. The sandwiches came fully dressed and were a sight to behold. Everything tasted fresh, even the tomato. My husband rolled the dice on the tuna, which was amazingly good. It wasn't overly mayo'd and the condiments were a perfect complement. The wheat bread was really good, too. Like when TOGO's used to be good kinda good. We'll roll by again the next time we're on the 99. And I'll look for a store closer to Los Angeles. read more

I placed an order yesterday for the same day pick up. It was 2 tray of mini sands. They were put together tight and the sand stayed together thru the night and they were wonderful. Never have I ever purchased a sandwich that stays together so nicely that isn't soggy and kind of put together in a mushy it's kept is its shape and the meats were wonderful that there was plenty of vegetables I can't say enough if you're running late and can't get anything together. First time navigating the traffic and poor parking to come have a sandwich only to get back to the office and it was WRONG!! Turkey avocado SPROUTS. No SPROUTS , ugh. Went there for the first time yesterday, I order a wrap asked for a few items to be taken out because of an analogy, took my order home. The first bite that I took both items that I asked for to be taken out was still left in there. Luckily, I had an EpiPen to avoid a catastrophe. The newest location to the Deli Delicious brand just opened Saturday in Selma & I got my first chance to go for lunch today. A co-worker & I got there on the early side (around 11:15) and had the place to ourselves. But it didn't take long for it to quickly get busy. Guess the news of great food travels fast! This new location is fresh & clean, service is fast & friendly, and of course the sandwiches & fries are in fact...DELICIOUS! The sourdough bread was especially soft & yummy. The fries were hot & crispy, & they happily obliged my request of the "secret" chipotle & bbq sauce for dipping. If you think you like sweet potato fries now, wait until you dip them in a mixture of their signature chipotle sauce + bbq sauce. To die for! Get there early if you can to avoid the rush. But if you do have to wait, it's worth every minute you'll spend in line for one of their fresh made sandwiches! I placed an order for pick up and the worker said 5 minutes in my head I was like 5 minutes is too short for a tri tip sandwich and fries let me go to Walmart and pick up the food after. The whole time at Walmart I was checking my phone to make sure they didn't call me about the food. So about 1 hour later I went to pick up the food and they threw it away.
