This use to be a decent place but now with new bldg and new staff it's just a mess. They're always rude here and always slow af. Update 5 months later: They're still rude for no reason, especially at night. If you specifically ask for hot food, they won't give it to you. If you ask for sauce, you better ask again at the window because they won't give it to you.. or they give you any random sauce. This time they forgot my fries and I got some black nasty shit at the bottom of my cup. When confronting the shift manager he said that we were written down in the 'compensation' book for the fries and he "didn't know nothin' 'bout a drink". He said he didn't know what to do about it. 1 Star cause I couldn't give less. Not much open at 1 am and where can you go wrong with a burger from Burger King... How can anyone explain a bunch of blond hair in my burger. Easily noticeable when unwrapping it. I'm only person there so they weren't busy.... disgusted and going to bed hungry. Thanks Burger King! The other burger we got was dry and hardly any sauce on it. If you get a chance to eat here punch whomever offered to take you and walk somewhere else - anywhere else - instead. Illiterate incompetent inattentive counter staff, stale food from a warming lamp, ass-dragging slow service, and a filthy interior. The next time I need a 'quick meal' on my way through Ponca I will either grab road kill from the median or eat whatever is under the truck seats, as both options would have been better than the dried out crusty garbage we were unable / unwilling to consume from this hole in the gastric earth. Time and time again I have went against my better judgment and dined out at our local Burger King and yet as always the food was a disgrace. The fries are always cold, the buns are hard and stale, and the extremely long waits and customer service is the worst Ponca City had to offer. The burgers and chicken are on point in size and flavor but that is meaningless with low quality buns and condiments. I will return to the establishment after a lengthy period of time in hopes they figure out how to run a restaurant. read more

I don't eat a lot of fast food, but I do like Burger King on occasion. This is probably one of the worst I have been to. I've never been inside, but went through the drive through on two separate occasions. Fist off, both times there was a mass of flies right outside the drive through window each time I went there. I'm guessing there is some dropped food on the ground near the window maybe? You think someone would take the time hose or sweep the area to keep the flies away. There were so many buzzing around I didnt want to open my window. Both times I visited the buns were on the stale side. Not fresh at all. On the plus side the staff was friendly. The other night I went thru the drive thru before work and ordered a double cheeseburger and small fries after a very long wait w only one car in front of me I got to work and opened my burger there was so much mustard and ketchup all over it and dripping out that I couldn't even eat it I only received a single patty even tho I ordered a double and the fries were so cold and stale I didn't receive a receipt so I couldn't get on mybkexperience.com and leave any comments I looked up the number online and called and it wasn't even a working number and by the time I got off work at 11 the lobby was closed this isn't the first food issue I've had w the Burger King in Ponca City and it is very unlikely that I'll ever return to that one again it was disgusting I'm sorry read more

Let just say..... for breakfast.... avoid this place like it has a std! Only went 2 times, both to start my morning off right, well they fell short. 1st time wasn't bad, or good.... the 2nd well ........ ordered my food, asked for no cheese. So I checked the receipt, says no cheese- no problems right? Get to work, bite into my breakfast sandwich... BOOM- cheese! Luckily I left something at the hotel I was staying at so I was like , I'll swing by and get the right order. Greater again , lady remembered me says what happen? Smiled and said he ( the guy making the food) put cheese on it. Show her the receipt, and the guys says I did t mess up( with an attitude ). Show I ask the lady , it says no cheese on it right? Looks at me says yes it does. The guy continued to say he didn't F*CK up!!! At that point with and attitude, I'm done. I was like ya know what, I don't want the food not worth it. Came back in to fil my drink up, and there is another cashier giving me the death stare...... I'm like who's the manager? She said we have 2..... and the guy looks at me again saying he didn't mess up , the girl did! I'm like bruh, it says no cheese..... argues with me and I hear the other manager---- tell the guy and girl---- you can't talk to him that way. Refund in hand. There are times in your life when you think why is if you go late at night they can screw up what you order and think it's alright ? When you order a sandwich that comes with bacon and order plain just pickles they think that means without the freakin bacon? Really ? Fries weren't even warm they were cold. Ordered kids meal and whopper with cheese, kids meal fries were cold and over cooked, whopper came with no cheese, service was slow and soda had no carbonation. I don't recommend getting food to go from here. read more
