Their maple bacon is indulgently delicious. The service is impeccable. Caters towards Americans and you will be comfortable without Spanish. But unlike other American centric spots on this beach, the Mexican food at Colin's is really good. Drinks are great. Beer is great. They always have the right game on the tv. Outdoor seating. I highly recommend Colin's for a casual, delicious, inexpensive meal, good drinks, and fun people. Breakfast lunch or dinner. (Note the photo I attached is from years ago.
