Because of that, I always go into a review looking for the positive, and this Burger King location definitely has some great things going for it! I stopped in on a Sunday close to dinner time. While there weren't many people dining in, they seemed to be doing an OK drive-thru business, and the **restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained**--which is a huge plus right off the bat! When I placed my order, the **staff member at the counter was genuinely friendly** and we had a good, lighthearted chat. That kind of positive interaction makes a difference, and the team member was great! I placed a straightforward order for two people: "2 Whoppers with cheese, 1 medium fries, 1 medium rings with spicy sauce, no drinks." I even wrote it down on my phone to make sure it was perfectly clear! Unfortunately, what I received was **2 Whoppers with cheese, 2 medium fries, and 1 onion rings (no spicy sauce)**. The extra medium fries meant I paid more than I intended, and by the time I got home and realized the error, it was too late to go back. As for the food quality, I like the Burger King brand and what to expect from it. However, this time the items were a bit hit-or-miss. While the **onion rings were perfectly okay**, the Whoppers with cheese were only barely warm, and the fries were cold. A little disappointing on the temperature front. ### **The Verdict** Overall, I appreciate the friendly service and the cleanliness of the store. However, the issues with the incorrect order quantity (leading to an overcharge) and the sub-par food temperatures for most of the items are definitely negatives. **Would I recommend it?** I'd say that if you're feeling adventurous and willing to double-check every item in your bag before you leave, go for it! Absolutely disgusting. I wish I could give zero stars. The drive-thru experience was a disaster from the start. The guy taking my order was mumbling, distracted, and clearly not paying attention -- which led to my order getting messed up. Then I got to the window and was handed my food by someone with dirt packed under every single fingernail. His hands were filthy. Totally unsanitary and made me question why I ever pulled in. While waiting, the drive-thru window was left wide open -- bugs flying in and out while they're handling food. Really?! That's disgusting. My family and I were passing through the area today and decided we'd stop for a bite to eat. We stood at the counter for over 5 minutes. Multiple employees looked at us, but not a single one even acknowledged our presence. - Meanwhile, the employees in the back were clowning around. They had gloves on, but were touching each other's bodies and shirts, then proceeded to make other customers food with the same gloves. - As a former restaurant manager, I was disgusted! ... I would give zero stars if I could. I got the two bacon cheeseburger meal deal thing with extra Pickles. When the lady gave me my bag in drive through there was orange soda all over the bottom that got all over my leg (thankfully not my white shorts). I got home to no bacon on either burger, my extra pickle was 3 pickles on each burger which I paid 40 cents extra for. I have two meals already waiting for me due to prior screwup's from late night ordering at Burger King at this location. I just got food from there again and initially From the beginning I could tell it was not going to be good. There was all kinds of noise through the intercom and the person taking my order was not listening to me obviously or else it might of been a little bit right. I ordered two whoppers with cheese no tomatoes or pickles with diet Cokes and onion rings instead of fries in a meal coupon. The person taking my order at the Drive-through kept asking me to repeat myself because she was involved in another conversation. I get my food and I look at it and immediately see if there's tomatoes on both sandwiches and I am so allergic to tomatoes that if I eat one L suffocate before I go to a hospital. I do have an EpiPen but I don't trust those so I always double check and it's a good thing for us Burger King will be looking at a wrongful death suit right now. It also has pickles on it as well and I just don't like them but it wasn't bad life or death situation with pickles. And as we asked there was no cheese added to either burger. The onion rings had no onion in them bc they were burned out. So all there was the burned up shell. They Actually hurt to try and two. I will be contacting the board of health as well as the Better Business Bureau perhaps even an attorney. This Burger King is at the intersection of US-422 and Gibraltar Road. I was surprised that the parking lot had so many cars on a Sunday evening but crowding didn't seem to be a major problem. Overall, I'd have to say that the food was average for the chain but service wasn't bad at all. They just need to clean up the tables a little bit better. read more

They were gonna charge me 50 cents for cheese on a cheese burger that comes with cheese on it. That is why they are called cheese burgers for the cheese that comes on them. Also told them only cheese n onion on them got them home and they had mayo n mustard n catsup. Ordered food from the BK app tonight. Arrived to pick it up and there were already 4 people waiting inside for food. The shift manager walked away from getting orders ready to check trash cans in the lobby and the bathrooms. He then walked back up the food and started putting it in bags without washing his hands! All of us waiting for food were telling at him to wash his hands. After waiting 20 minutes for food he tells me they don't have all the items I ordered and I need to pick something else to replace it. I tell him I want a refund and to cancel my order.
