I usually get a biscuit sandwich on work day mornings at Burger King along Cutting Blvd in Richmond, CA. because the employees are efficient. I've learned to appreciate them from the several times I've gone through their drive thrus. There were days a month ago when it took 15 minutes plus for an order, and I could not take out my ire on these employees as there were only 2 of them - one in the kitchen and the other (who has become my friend from familiarity) was manning the drive thru and front counter. These were very hard workers who did their best, and I saw it. Management should add another worker in the mornings to get the lines out faster, both inside and outside. You might get lucky to get someone during the day time but after 7pm? Forget about it. I got here at 8:30pm and nobody answered when I came up to the drive through. There was a car behind me so I drove around and checked the time that shows they close at 10pm. I saw them standing in the kitchen area talking and I knocked. Nothing. I knocked 3 more times. This is a location being run into the ground. Everything about this spot is dirty or in disrepair. From the parking lot to the dining area to the kitchen to the bathroom (no soap in broken dispenser and hand dryer not operable). To top it off, when I received my food I was presented with a sad, undercooked, flat croissant that appeared to be assembled and rejected by the local gas station. I've only been to this Burger King a few times (most of them being drive thru), and if it wasn't for the service provided during my most recent visit, I wouldn't rate it very highly. It seems like this "hidden BK" as I call it is never very busy. The reason I rate it so highly is because of the Angry Whopper. A few years ago, my girlfriend had the Angry Tendercrisp and loved it, but they never seem to bring it back with the Whopper. Even though I've tried to have them make an Angry Chicken, they never would, until I went here. I asked if there was any way they could make an Angry Whopper, but with a Tendercrisp and they did it! I love this Burgerking!! It is right off 580 fwy...i always do the drive through as just looking for a quick bite sometimes when i get off of work....i order always just either the Whopper or Whopper Jr....and the burgers are always hot...the lettuce crisp and not soggy...the people that work the window are very nice and polite! And yes every once in awhile there is a panhandler but he is harmless...i think that people that wrote on this review of course jad problems--and i bet if all the others would take the time to write positive feedback they would outweigh the negetive for sure as it is always busy!! read more

This place is right by my work (nearby warehouse) I go to the drive thru today (03/19/19) a woman takes my order I pay at the 1st window then she has my wait at that 1st window for my food.
