Terrible food from delivery. We ordered the California burrito and the tuna melt. Both were $20 each. The tuna melt looked like a blindfolded 5 year old made it with zero taste and so soggy. The California burrito was to have "thinly sliced sirloin steak". Evidently "thinly sliced" means hamburger. So disappointed spending $40 plus fees on this garbage. I'm always a fan of these old school diners. They have decent amount of seating inside despite being a small diner. I ordered their cheeseburger with everything on it. They use mustard and mayo for sauce, which was a bit weird, but tolerable. I'd definitely skip the onions next time because they were overpowering to the point it was burning a bit. Everyone hyped up the fries but they're a bit too expensive for my taste. I did end up getting the Oreo shake though. I wish things were a bit cheaper but it's hard with inflation. The griddle/flat top cook station was CLEAN and maintained clean as I was sitting there eating. The cook takes pride in what he does. The son of the owner also kept busy keeping things clean and tidy. Now on to the taste, the burger was real juicy, had good flavor and all the ingredients were fresh. Thier system on how the cook and put the food together works. All the food ordered is cooked to order and not precooked not even the fries. The bread is toasted when rhe order is placed. Very small little lunch counter in a random spot off San Pablo Ave. I wanted to go to Nathan's but my uncle told me they fell off and took us here instead. What's more, is that they charge a 4% fee (on top of the $80) if you use your card.
