This BK just keeps getting worse and worse. They are pretty quick but, in being quick they mess up the orders! I can almost see in the drive thru but, we were dining in and they still couldn't get our order right. 2 Whoppers with cheese - one with no tomato, pickle or onion. The other with no pickle or onion. They got ALL of that right but left the cheese off both Whoppers. I almost wouldn't care but, when you ask for cheese... they charge you .50 cents for cheese, it better have cheese! This seems to be a trend happening a lot lately. The past few times we've been here something has been messed up. Seems like the staff needs to be retrained and more diligent about checking the orders before they give them to customers. read more

Holy cats. Avoid this BK. Brought the boyfriend's son here to get something to eat. 40 minutes later we are just getting it. No one else in the dining room. 6 or 7 people on staff. No napkins ...no ketchup...and NO STRAWS!!! I love Burger King but these people act like you are in their way and keeping them from socializing...ok so maybe that was a little unfair. To be fair I have to say that the last several trips to this location have been a roller coaster of experiences. My daughter and I stopped in for sausage biscuits on our way to work last wk. the biscuits were doughy in the middle and tasted like they had been brushed with vegetable oil instead of butter. The sausage also seemed under cooked. We were only able to take couple bites of our biscuits, I tried to eat the sausage by itself but it was a 'no for me'! We were handed an extra saus. Bisc in our bag that my daughter refused to take in to the other folks she works with. She was afraid they'd never speak to her again if she offered them something so atrocious. My next trip wasn't a quick trip through the drive through we went in for breakfast. I have so say everything tasted pretty good (we stayed away from sausage and biscuits). My daughter loved loved the French toast sticks. The lobby was clean, but the employees were unfriendly and borderline rude. The next trip my husband and I being in a hurry ran through the drive through. Our food was great. The manager that handed the meal out was friendly, but honestly lacking in skills. We weren't given straws, napkins or offered ketchup. Normally it wouldn't be such a trouble but this particular day we were in a pretty good hurry so... Later my daughter and I again stop by for breakfast, this time we order the croissant. Everything was pretty good considering I'm not sure why I keep coming back (except when we're running late this is the most convenient stop for us lol). I love Burger King. I have had both good and bad experiences here at this location. I think this place could be great with some proper managing and employee training. read more

SO DAMN SLOW!!! Oh my God. We waited nearly a half of an hour for our food!! And there were 6 employees on the line!! Don't make no damn sense! When we asked the associate working at the front of the line what was taking our food so long. He says they were short of staff. Really though? They had 6 people working that line making orders and a 7th person leaving to go take a cigarette break. It doesn't end there! When we FINALLY got our food. The onion rings were disgusting. The soda machine was soooo gross. And in conclusion we asked for ketchup and the server threw it at us! Terrible Customer service by the assistant manager! On Thursday January 17, 2013 at 5:30pm, myself along with a guest had a terrible experience at the Burger king located at Hampton Way, Richmond, KY 40475. The manager was rude to the person in front of us before attempting to take our order. When I ordered, I tried to pay using a BK gift card and the manager did not know how to use it. The manager himself printed out a receipt showing that the card had the correct balance, but still could not take our order with it. Instead of asking for help or apologizing, the manager blamed Walmart for selling a faulty card. As I walked out he just yelled "cancel order number seven". I understand getting an order wrong, but not taking it and behaving in that manner was totally unprofessional. read more

Worst Burger King I've ever been in, my fiancé and I stopped here today on our way home from Indiana so we are tired and ready to get home so we just stopped here because it was convenient. He ordered a double whopper with cheese and no lettuce or onion and I got the bacon cheese whopper, well he had lettuce and onion and both burgers were Luke warm and the fries were cold. We should off followed our instinct when we went in because the place wasn't clean and no one seemed to care. We even called the manager on our drive because neither of us even ate the nasty food and he seemed to not even care. Pretty sad and they want to ease minimum wage give me a break...
