Like others we sat in line for ten minutes. None of the six cars in line got to order. All six left. Whoever works here needs to be fired.

Sat in the drive thru for 5 minutes and no one said anything. Parked and went inside to pick up my order and stood at the counter for 10 minutes before someone acknowledged me. Another 20 minutes to get my food. And my whole order is wrong. 10 hours into a 13 hour road trip with 3 kids and this set me back 40 minutes for $30 worth of awful food. read more

The Burger King location is getting a little better. I have eaten here a few more times usually by drive thru and so far been happy with the quality, price and services I would go here again and recommend to others read more

Tried to go inside to eat at 8pm but all the doors were locked. There were no signs explaining why it was locked. But there were customers inside eating and waiting for food. The driveway was still operating but it just didn't make sense for the doors locked when it said that it closes at 10:00PM. Disappointed in this business and decided to go elsewhere. read more

Dining room is closed due to Covid - no way to know this before going up to door. People just keep trying to go in. Drive thru is slow and they only have 1 lane open. The food was fresh and our large order was right - they have a 2 for $10 meal going that is really economical. Traveling so came here to hit drive thru and restroom - now had to stop at the Speedway nearby to have my little one pee. Giving 4 stars for food quality - that's the important part - 1 star for large sign that dining room is closed. read more

This Burger King has to be the very worst I have ever been to. We spent 40 min in the drive through. I'm not even joking. I'm sitting here now typing this out as we speak. What are they doing?? The line wasn't even that long. The lobby is closed. You can see people standing around doing nothing. And this is off a major freeway. People need to use the restroom. I guess the saying "People F**k us on yelp" is true. This location has a 1.5 star rating yet it's the best fast food restaurant I have every visited. Manager took my order and was super nice and personable. Food was hot and fresh, inside is clean and on point. People left 1 star reviews because the dining room was closed during Covid, hey dingdong THEY WERE ALL CLOSED AT THAT TIME! read more

Not a bad place at all. Deserves more stars, so I'm leaving this here to try to boost the score. We stopped here while driving across the state. The place is clean, updated, and our food orders were accurately and promptly filled. My kiddo enjoyed the play room which was also clean, if not a tad bit chilly. (We visited in late December) It's a good fast food joint, and I'd definitely stop here again. read more

The drinks were watered down and barely drinkable. We drove from Sissonville to this particular location because it had a playground. This was my sons 9th birthday and all he wanted was to eat at Burger King and play in the playground. Once we got there the door to the playground was open but it had a sign that said it was closed. When we asked if he could play they told us no. No reason. We should have just went and played since the door was unlocked. We even explained we drove 40 minutes and it was his birthday. This Burger King was at a good spot for us to spot in our long road trip. The woman at the register was nice, but she didn't ask sizes for anything. They were out of a certain type of bun, cheese, nuggets, and who knows what else. When we got our order we were 1 meal short and they gave us the wrong sandwich for one of the meals. I went up to have them fix the sandwich, and found out they totally didn't even make a 4th meal. We waited for them to get the 4th meal, which was a salad, and they brought out brown lettuce with a few pieces of chicken. We asked for cheese and some dressing, which they proceeded to tell us they were out of. They were fairly polite about fixing our order, but I don't recommend this site to anyone. read more

This was probably the worst fast food experience I have ever had. They were out of everything: fries, tomatoes, ice cream, etc. They also screwed up our order after we had to repeat it to them at least three times and the customer service was awful. The cashier was rude and talked to me as if I were stupid. I'm glad that we will NEVER be coming back here again. read more
