I went to this location 2 days in a row. My first order was an egg cheese croissant sandwich with a mocha ice coffee. Great fluffy egg sandwich. The coffee drink was blah. Customer service was great. My 2nd visit I got the same sandwich, and French toast sticks. The egg on the sandwich was flat not fluffy as the day before and the French toast sticks were fresh and delicious. Disappointed with the driver thru employees service. I understand it's fast food but atleast be respectful. I have ordered from this location several times and each time i pay for cheese on the chicken sandwiches and they always forget to add cheese. I told her to please double check that the order is correct because it's been an issue every time. She was unpleased with double checking, saying " it's too late the order is already made"... at the end of the day no need to be rude to a paying customer. She rolled her eyes and took the food in the back and came back a few minutes later. It's not like inflation isn't hard enough on everyone right now, I've honestly begun to think this location is to simply ripping people off on purpose! Easy enough. They keep your fries. They CHARGE you for them and APOLOGIZE when you call to speak to someone about it and then they allow you to go back out in the cold, SPEND MORE gas money, simply WASTE MORE time and drive back over and they will replace them. This may be the worst Fast food establishment on the planet. They get your order right about 50% of the time and constantly run out of things. Can I give a negative 5 as a review? We had an order for 4 people. It was written on a piece of paper, so it could easily be read to whomever takes orders, with no mistakes. What a joke. I asked for an XL BBQ cheeseburger meal, with fries and a coke. The photo shows what I received...which was a 5" long bun, with two tiny burgers side by side, cheese, lots of onions, wilted lettuce that looked days old, and an obscene amount of warm mayo. No BBQ sauce. No onion rings sitting atop the BBQ sauce. No decent sized, let alone XL, sandwich in sight. Nope. My burger was disgusting. The other 3 in my family agreed. One said the mayo tasted rancid. Yep. But I still had fries, right? Nope. Ice cold. As in, 'been sitting out for 15 minutes before the customer even showed up' cold. Insult to injury - they weren't salted, and most were partially burnt. Rather than drive back to the place and have some dimwit screw up the order I would have demanded to compensate for the garbage I received, I threw it all in the trash. Hello everyone so yesterday i came to BurgerKing and they had made my order wrong and i also got no receipt, i noticed when i got home and i decided i would just come the next day. Today i go back to BurgerKing and i pull up to the window and kindly ask for a refund and when i spoke to the employee she had to get a Manager. When the manager came to the window she started off by cutting me off being very disrespectful and rude. I proceeded to ask for a refund and she told me she cannot give me a refund and continued to be extremely disrespectful and disgusting towards me after i was politely asking for a refund and had got one before no problem. I went there for the food and stayed for the workers, they were very nice and talkitive. None of the workers were rude and very helpful. I know working in fast food isn't great but while sitting and eating in the lobby you could see all the workers talking and laughing with eachother, it really made my day the little youngins having so much fun, even being at work. read more
