The people working there work very hard and try to do a good job but somebody wasn't watching when they put my vegan burger in the microwave. I was taking a bus I was on the bus with a hockey puck between a bun I mean I don't know if it was petrified, which century it was from it was in penetrable and my teeth aren't small anyway, I had a pickle sandwich which is better than nothing I guess if you have fries. I think it's great that they have a vegetarian option, but somebody wasn't doing their job and I waited longer than everybody else that was on the bus with me just saying, but the person that waited on me couldn't have been any nicer read more

I come here all the time so I don't understand this situation. I asked for no tomato on my wrap so I thought they could add in more lettuce to make up for no tomato I was charged for extra lettuce no big deal I asked and the cashier was just like you wanted extra extra lettuce no I wanted enough lettuce to make up for the difference of no tomato I'm paying for the tomatoes that I'm not getting so you can't just add a tad bit more lettuce it's cool I didn't make it a big deal or a inconvenience like she made feel like. If you spend any time traveling back and forth by bus between Boston and New York, you'll probably stop at this BK at some point. This is one of the few fast food joints on 95 that has a parking lot big enough for an entire tour bus to be parked. Your strategy for enjoying this restaurant (if you're a passenger on aforementioned bus) has more to do with the bus that with the restaurant itself: you should ideally be sitting somewhere at the front of the bus in order to get off first, and you should be ready to take your carry ons with you, since you perhaps may not want to leave them on the bus unattended. The service here is actually pretty fast, in my experience. Provided the line is not too long, the staff here does a pretty good job, and deserve some credit. The food here is standard, and the place is reasonably clean, as is the bathroom. There is also a drive thru if you're curious. This place takes both cash and card. read more

Specific to this BK: If you see the buses, sometimes as many as three, in the parking lot go across the street to McDonald's. The buses are traveling between Boston and New York and they bring in a lot of business for them but make the wait time ridiculous. All BKs: Their fries are horrible. Come on, this place deserves more than two stars. For a fast food establishment, it's pretty good. Stopped here on the bus ride from New York to Boston. Restroom was pretty clean, and all the employees I interacted with were super courteous and friendly. Fries and chicken nuggets were freshly fried and hot. My only qualm is that the batter of the chicken nugget is a little on the soft side rather than crispy, like at McDonald's. read more

Quick stop from Boston to nyc at 8pm. Two employees were rude to the Chinese bus driver saying they never saw him before and questioned him obnoxiously about whether or not he was REALLY the driver. I get that you might know your regular drivers but there's no need to be rude. The extra star is for the young girl who handed out the order and the older man who took the orders. It was late but they were still nice, polite, and all-around pleasant while handling all the rush of orders/inquiries for amenities. read more

I have to say that this was the best burger from a Burger King that I've ever had. We were on our way back to Philly from Salem and stopped for a bite. The staff was nice and the place looked clean. The burger was nice and juicy and not just thrown together like some places. The cheese was actually perfectly melted and there was a perfect combination of ingredients. This review is about the cashier more than the restaurant itself. The burger King is a usual burger King with usual quality and taste of food. But I couldn't help but notice the cashier 'Mala' who did an amazing job. I was on the way to Boston when the bus guy stopped at this burger King for everyone to get a bite. I only wanted dessert and was disheartened to see the long line I'd have to wait at to get just one order of dessert. But Mala was so high energy. She rang everyone so quickly and energetically and with a smile on her face. It was amazing to see her not grumpy and mad because she had to take the orders of so many people. Good job Mala. The Burger King itself: Typical BK food. Hotter than normal because they are wicked busy. Navigating the Burger King Bus Terminal: 1. Are you in the back of the bus? Did it pull into BK with other buses? Use the bathroom on the bus, it's probably cleaner, and there won't be a line. 2. If you are sitting near the front, and there are no other buses, now is your chance to get first dibs on either food or the bathroom. Choose wisely, because you'll wait for the other. 3. Look at the your bus #. Chances are there are more than 1 Lucky Star bus, more than 1 Bolt Bus, and you DON'T want to end up going back to the city you just left while your stuff heads to your destination. 4. If you smoke pot in the parking lot, chew some gum before you get back on the bus. It's wicked annoying to smell you, stoner! 5. If it's nice out, get off the bus to stretch your legs. You might even be tempted to buy the local CT paper out of the newspaper box! 6. If you're in the back of the bus, don't stand up immediately when the bus stops and try to climb over people. Let people get off before you, it's only right. 7. If you're in the back of the bus and there are multiple buses, venture across the street for food & the bathroom. It'll take less time than waiting at BK. Much cleaner bathrooms, too. 8. Take a look at your bus driver, and remember what they look like. Sometimes they'll go into BK looking for you if it's not a full bus. Don't get left behind. 9. The BK bathrooms might be the nastiest around. Then again, what can you expect with 1 urinal and 1 toilet in the men's room that services roughly 100 people an hour at its peak. I can't believe I rattled off 9 things so easily!
