Great service! Cashier was very friendly, food was hot! I absolutely would come back to the BK.

It's not common to write a review for a fast food franchise but I feel that the Burger King on Clark deserves one. The service I typically receive from this location far exceeds the typical fast-food customer service offered at others. I will always be greeted with a smile and an attentive employee/ I don't believe it is just my impression as on my previos visit a gentlemen came back from his car with four five dollar bills and handed it to the employees for the service he was provided. Another reason I'm writing this review is the food is prepared and packaged excels from other fast-food franchises. The burgers are actually centered and not compressed that resembles a pancake. I typically will ask for it be dressed not as it normally comes. They are one hundred percent correct in their preparation. I assume this location receives good training before they begin serving customers. If you are in the mood for a Burger King visit, you will be suprised with the service you receive. read more

Just picked up two Whoppers w/ Cheese, Fries and a Drink for Super Bowl. Noticed some bad reviews, just want to say the how polite and attentive the Lady at the drive through window was. My wife couldn't remember when she had a Whopper last. Coming from Los Angeles the go to Burger is In & Out. She's on that GLP-1 shot stuff, she wolf'd down that Whopper almost. Staff was nice and looked professional. Ordered a Whopper meal with cheese. Whopper was hot/cheese was melted. Had to wait a few minutes for fries, but they were hot. Soda was ok. Bathroom was clean and had bleachy smell. Overall, very nice visit. read more

Most of the staff here have been the same in the TW0 years I have loyally come here= RARE ... for a fast food restaurant! They are consistent in creating my favorite single/or double beef Whoppers with extra Mayo/catsup sauce. YUM! The young eyeglass wearing, thin male cashier is always great- - recognizes my loyalty, and is gracious fast. I have to get his name and the burger preparer's name to praise them online. Beautifully wrapped, very warm, crisp lettuce, tasty pickles and the onions and tomatoes have great fresh FLAVOR! The bun is soft but durable enough to hold your ultra thick sandwich together in one piece... and I LOVE the sauce! My Most favorite burger of all! Enjoy! One of the SLOWEST Drive-Thru service I've experienced in my life ~ Bottom 10 easily. Literally 25 minute wait with 3 cars in front of me. . excruciating. . couldn't get out of line either. . I was TIRED, driving home, 8pm, 3 hours to go and didn't want to WASTE 25 more minutes in my truck than I needed to. To be fair, the guy at the window was also cooking and taking the $$$. Understaffed to be sure. . .BUT, they could have warned me when I was ordering. . so it was my choice if I wanted to wait 20+ minutes for a Whopper Jr! To top it off, the burger was terrible. . huge chunk of Lettuce, no condiments, etc. . .fricken horrendous. . I've been going to this store for a while now. Recently, they've been repeatedly closing the store early. Several times, I've had to contact support on the BK app to get my money back for my incomplete online orders. I had no problem with this, because I kept getting my money back. However, I just recently placed a larger order this past weekend, went to go pick it up at about 6:30pm. I get to the BK, once again, closed. Tried to get my refund through their awful automated app system, only to get an email later in the day saying "due to an elevated pattern of refunds on your account, we cannot offer you anything" I spoke to the manager "Savannah" and she claims there's nothing they can do and that the app is separate from their store. Makes no sense, the store should be getting the revenue. I paid for an order that I never received. I contacted support directly and multiple times I've gotten the same exact automated response saying they can't refund me. The worst customer service I've ever experienced, and it's largely due to this location closing early because they're not busy. A lady I spoke to on the phone a few days ago stuttered, saying "we closed early that day due to the construction that was going on" I was at the store, there was no construction. This location isn't busy and I'm sure that's why they closed early, but they didn't want to admit that and take any responsibility. I'm sure this location won't be open for much longer read more

I'm a regular at this place. I almost always go at night. A few days ago though, I went earlier and ran into an employee working the drive thru named Phil. Phil is easily the best fast food worker I have ever seen. I ordered a mustard whopper (mustard instead of mayo) and that was great. Overall big props to the team at this BK. I've never had an issue with my food and they're always polite - despite me witnessing some situations here and there they've had to put up with. Well done read more

Cheap and good Five stars from me too, it was a good BK. I stopped in, coupon in hand, for a couple of Bacon Cheeseburgers with a small fry and drink for 4 bucks. My order taker was nice and there was no problem using the coupon, just the opposite. By the time I got my self-serve drink my food was ready. Both burgers were warm and quite good. A cheap and tasty meal, assembled quickly. The restaurant itself was fine, looked clean and well maintained. There is a small tree in the dining room, leaning a bit but doing well. The staff joked with a few regulars that came in. All in all, one of the better Burger Kings I have visited. read more

The best Burger King I've been to in a while. I've gone through the drive thru a handful of times, usually within an hour of them closing but the staff is always friendly, and the food is always hot and fresh and comes out quick. I'm used to having bad experiences with most fast food drive thru's late at night so I commend this location for always being on point. read more

Why 5 stars for a Burger King? The place was very clean, even the rest rooms, and the staff were all kind and courteous towards me and treated me like a valuable customer. The fresh cooked food took only a few minutes to make and was served hot and tasted as expected. They didn't forget anything on my order and all was good. There was no trash or trays piled up anywhere, tables were all wiped off and clean, and all the workers had smiles and were friendly. This is a well run location, at least for my visit, all went great, so they get 5 stars! This place is located off busy I-75 and Clark Rd intersection. read more

This drive-thru guy was the first ever employee to let me know that he can not do my whopper well done because it will catch HIS oven afire. I really wish the food temperature would've matched the service provided! One thing I've learned working in the fast food industry, the customer appreciates when there is value! Tonight I decided to go to Wendy's on Clark Road which is not far from me because I live on Bee Ridge Road. The dude at the Wendy's was a total douchebag. Totally rude totally asshole only the drive-thru because this was a 10 p.m. I said fuck it let me go across the street to Burger King and the guy on the drive-through for the name of Matthew was amazing and my order was great and everything was perfect at 10 at night. Been to this Burger King two times since my last review. Each time the fries haven't been fresh, they've been soggy and cold. The food was also cold. The only time I had a good meal here was 5 minutes until closing where they were forced to make the food fresh. read more

Food is good, like all the other bk I've ever been to. I'm giving it a five star rating because of their service and cleanliness. The cashiers were polite, friendly, and most importantly.... I tried to be fair with my review but after at least a dozen visits to this Burger King on Clark Road it just doesn't seem to improve. I guess this is a sign that I really shouldn't be eating this fast food. I have been to several Burger King's one in Parrish and one on Manatee Avenue ne on Fruitville Rd so I do have something to compare to.. it doesn't matter what time of the day , what I order, the food all seems to be overcooked or cold. Many times, the Assembly of the hamburger is so horrible that you can barely eat it. I'm 51 years old and have been going to Burger King for a good part of their history and I have to say and most places it has gone down in quality and freshness. Chicken fries, dry, cheesy tots overcook so much the cheese inside is dry today my order was greasy overcooked and there was no cheese in the tots. The Cheetos Flamin Fry's same thing I can buy the same thing at Walmart for 497 for a huge box and make them at home and not cook them so much that I actually can get some cheese out of them. One time what I ordered was so cold and overcooked like it's been sitting out and they didn't want to cook anything else before they closed I did call and let them know I was very unhappy they offered me to come back and get something else I did . same thing. They have lost my business when it comes to food. From now on maybe a soda but I can go to 7-Eleven right across across the street read more

This was my first visit and I will never go back. The fries were not fresh and they were ice cold as was my 2 cheeseburgers. I went to the drive up window and was not acknowledged and did not get any napkins in the bag. The young man truly did not give a damn. read more
