I used to visit this location several times a week. A few weeks ago, I had an issue with my order and called simply to report it, hoping it might help improve service. I asked for nothing--no credit, no replacement. Instead of a quick apology and thanks, two supervisors (already mentioned in other complaints) sarcastically asked if I wanted a job application so I could show them how to prepare the food. Worse, they pulled up my caller ID, stated my name, and even referenced how many points I had in their app--an invasion of privacy that customers should be aware of. After contacting corporate, the owner left one voicemail with no apology and no attempt to understand the concern. When I called back, I was told he is rarely at the store and didn't know when he'd return. I left a message asking for a call back--two weeks later, still no response. Corporate then informed me the store had closed the case as "resolved." There is something seriously wrong at this location. Like others have noted, I will be avoiding it going forward. If this is how they treat customers over the phone, I would not trust the food they are responsible for preparing. read more

This Chick-fil-A location is awful. Service is awful, they always forget things, and the food is always cold like it sits for awhile. Tonight the chicken in all of the meals was dry, overcooked and chewy. We will make sure to always go to the Fruitville location from now on, they never disappoint. Always good This Chick-fil-A was one of our few go-to places for drive thru food during the pandemic, and we continue to frequent the place mostly for their Market Salad. I haven't written an updated review until now, waiting until I dined inside. A few days ago I finally did go inside, not for a Market Salad but for a breakfast Hash Brown Scramble Bowl. It was good, like all of their food. The name of the bowl almost describes itself, scrambled egg, those deep-fried tater tot kind of hash browns, and a bit of cheese. But this is Chick-fil-A, so there is also chicken available, in my case sliced nuggets. While small, the bowl also has a small price. My order taker did well and my food was ready in just a couple of minutes. In response to some of the other reviews about orders being wrong, that has happened to us more often than it should. They got the bowl right for this review. I would recommend just checking if you are getting a bag of food before you drive off. read more

Let's start with the food, I tried out the new menu item, Chedder Pretzel Club Orignal, and all i wanna say is that it was phenomenal. The bread was very doughy and tasty. The bacon was also a nice touch. The food was great and left me full but it didn't satisfy me. I could have easily eaten 2 or 3 more chicken sandwiches. Moving onto the service, incredible. I think the cashier that I had was Mumbert or something like that and he was just great. He reminded me of an older brother. The ambiance of the place was decorated with animals like gorillas and elephants and, although feeling out of place at a Chick Fil A, it was a nice touch. I came to this fine establishment with two acquaintances solely for the purpose of acquiring the new spicy pretzel cheddar bun sandwich and that I did. My server mubert was a respectful young man who delivered my meal very efficiently. After indulging in my sandwich I would have to give it a review of 5 out 5 stars I did enjoy it very much. The chicken was nicely breaded and it was very juicy it paired nicely with the Polynesian sauce. One last thing I didn't mention was how the setting and ambience of the establishment was just very immersive. The theme was jungle, and there were a bunch of animals sitting around and monkeys hanging from vines. Overall I really enjoyed my visit here and would definitely order this sandwich again. I have ate at plenty Chick-fil-A restaurants all over Florida and this was the worst experience ever. Employees were racist and showed no interest in serving me or my family. From the moment we ordered to the moment we left it was nothing but stairs and whispers. Went up for refills with my son two employees walked right past us and didn't stop to ask what we needed until another employee from the back came up. Went here a few weeks ago around 30 mins before closing and had a fantastic experience. Ate inside, and though the drive thru line was long, it was not busy inside at all- it was very quiet and relaxing. The workers at this location are so polite and have outstanding customer service skills- I was so impressed with how they interacted with their customers- friendly and professional. The place is nearly spotless and you can tell that the staff works as a team as we observed them taking part in the closing duties. Also they are so efficient. I just had an issue with my online order. I picked it up in the drive thru, but when I got home I noticed my sandwich didn't have any chicken in it. Also the 5 Polynesian sauces that should've come with my order weren't in the bag. It also didn't have the pickles on it that I asked for but that was the least of my concern since there was no meat. I drove back to the restaurant and I explained what happened. The staff were extremely kind and understanding, and they immediately replaced my entire meal without hesitation. They didn't even have to give me new fries but they did anyway to compensate for the inconvenience, and they also gave me a cookie. They were really busy when I returned, so I felt bad for them because I'm sure they were stressed out. But despite this, they were still extremely professional and very apologetic about the situation. A younger tall blonde guy and a younger blonde girl with glasses were the ones who assisted me and they were nothing but kind and professional. I wish I knew their names. My drive through experience was absolutely phenomenal. I was in my 15 passenger van, because I have so many offsprings: Chad, Jared, Penelope, Sam, Jesus, George (my stinky poo), Phlem, and my three beautiful baby triples Gertrud, Angus, and Leslie. My babies were crying so I pulled over to this fine establishment. I automatically knew they wanted my breast milk when I saw their teeny faces. Mixed feelings about this chick-fil-a. As an avid consumer of chick-fil-a's every where I go I love how consistent they are as a company, same polite employees and delicious chicken at each store. I came tonight to try the new Mac and cheese after work and got a spicy chicken sandwich like always. After eating over 100 this is the first I could not eat. The chicken was rubbery and unfortunately inedible. The Mac and cheese how ever was amazing! And my fries were nice and fresh but would have been nice to have some Chick-fil-A sauce with them haha. The service was outdoors, fast and friendly, I mean the drive thru lines were operated by employees standing outside personally greeting the clients. This drive through was operated by people instead of talking into a mic. There were several different stations with people. An order taker. A cashier. A Delivery person. All were masked, friendly , and efficient. I felt very safe going through this process. They did an awesome job. No one needs to say how good their sandwiches are (I didn't eat one since I'm a vegetarian, but my husband's was awesome) and they gave him a lot of sauces. The Cobb salad was very tasty as well. The only problem with Kale side salad was it was a side salad, it was so good I wish it would've been full size. From someone who doesn't see chain restaurants often, this was a nice change.
