I decided to try the Cameron - Shrimp Diabla style. The dish included a small salad, beans, rice and choice of flour or corn tortillas. The shrimp was cooked correctly with vegetables in a spicy sauce. Delicious! I used the small tortillas to make four shrimp tacos garnished with salad that included avocados which was a perfect cooling counter to the spicy shrimp sauce. A unique culinary delight. A blend of American pop and Mexican music provided a nice ambiance. Decor was traditional Mexican art and bright colors. Highly recommended!
