It is Burger King. It was ok for about 4 years, then suddenly everything changed. Orders took forever, the whoppers were sloppy, and it was not as clean as it used to be. Something went horribly wrong. read more

I ordered online on their App. They overcharged me though. They had a promo if you buy something for $3+ you get a wrap for free. So I bought a sandwich for $3.39. It should be 24 cents tax for a total of $3.63. However, they charged me $4. Not sure why, the itemization just show $3.39, then goes to $3.74, and added more tax, 26 cents for $4. It makes no sense, I did not get any add on. I asked at the restaurant, but the manager dismissed me right away, not allowed to ask about the app, she was rude, indifferent and dismissive, bad attitude. I tried to resolve in online on the App, but no luck. I emailed and ask for a refund, no luck. They said they would give me a $5 coupon, but it never showed up. I reinstalled the app, nothing. They lied and never made it right, and overcharged me and there is just no way to get resolution. The App overcharges, the store cannot help, the App online emails do nothing. It is frustrating. I do not think I will eat at Burger King anymore or use their App. They always make a lot of mistakes here, never get anything right. The place is filthy and the employees are not helpful. Now I need to make a complaint to my credit card to dispute the overcharge and will send to BBB. This store and the BK APP are very problematic and no one from BK seems to care. When it comes to big chains like Burger King I merely rate them against others in the chain so I won't be comparing the burger I had here against those I've had at a McDonald's or a Windy's. I'll just say that the burger I got here was the same as I've had at any number of other Burger Kings. This is a smaller Burger King but the décor and furnishings are better than at most others. It's spotlessly clean, but the wait staff seems totally untrained hence the wait times for having an order filled are longer. The staff could also polish up on giving its customers a pleasant smile along with a more pleasing statement like "May I help you" or "May I take your order" rather than a "What dah ya wants?" read more

B As usual it's 8:30 in the morning and no biscuits plus the fact the bill varies each day from 30 cents to 6 dollars more than the previous day. It gets old having to challenge the staff on prices on 2 out of 3 visits because of their inability to charge correctly or pocketing funds for themselves..but why are they constantly running out of their menu items before 9:00 am. Not really sure how this location stays open, they ought to tear it down or remodel it and put in a chic fil a but this town is so backwards and full of old cooks. The lack of management and staffing here makes wait times forever and the food is trash and waaaay overpriced. I was in the drive through and ordered chicken nuggets with my food. He asked what sauce i wanted and i told him. I then asked if he got the chicken nuggets. He said " well i just asked you what type of sauce" in a rude tone. I get to the window and got my food. there was no chicken nuggets in it. If you are itching for BK, drive a bit farther to literally any other BK. This one is not good. My husband and I have eaten at this one for a while because it's close to our house and we have complained to the survey line but nothing ever changes. For starters, something is seriously wrong with the drink machines. Probably just the drink machine that they use in the drive through line but it may be both the drive through machine and the eating-in machine. In particular, the Sprite when it is dispensed it is "OFF." And I mean it is really OFF. Not just a little syrupy or a little too carbonated. No; the Sprite tastes and smells like lemon furniture polish. I feel like I could take it home and dust my house with the stuff. It's extremely off-putting to get a drink and smell that as you're taking a drink. The 2nd thing is the sandwiches themselves. It doesn't matter what we order, the sandwiches are always sloppy. Too much ketchup / mustard / mayo / onions / lettuce / pickles. It makes the sandwich soggy and fall apart fast. And no one likes a big bite of ketchup. Just ketchup. Or whatever condiment. The grill masters at BK have no pride in their work. On our most recent trip to BK my daughter asked me what was wrong with my sandwich, as it fell apart in my lap, and I responded with "apathy." The workers at this BK just don't care whether or not you have a good experience at their restaurant. They're just trying to make it to 5:00 or whenever their shift ends. No one seems to care that the product they're serving up is a hot mess (literally). The overabundance of condiments on the sandwiches buries the signature grilled taste of the sandwiches that BK is famous for and it just feels like you're eating any old burger, nothing special. I miss the old BK, when you got a sandwich that tasted like it was grilled and the condiments were in proper proportions and the drinks were refreshing and not furniture polish. If you're going out for BK, drive a little farther and find a better BK because this one is horrid. And you certainly won't get it "your way." read more

Ordered whopper with cheese medium meal deal, took home, had half order of French Fries, whopper Jr burger. Returned it, was told by mgr on duty, OK, Have a nice day, Had call from another MGR next day, told hm I would not return again, and would be applying for refund from Credit card company. Also complained to corporate office, they said they would send a coupon for another whopper in 2 to 4 weeks. Not worth it, inferior work force, they don't need 15$ hour. read more

i have been here several times since my last review. i must have caught them on a good day but since then it takes a while to place an order and then wait for it. that's not so bad, but every time? then today i went up to the counter, the girl was cleaing a machine and looked at me and then went back to cleaning the machine. when she got done she was able to find the time to take my order. unreal. and they want 12 bucks an hour for minimum wage? if the minimum wage was 10 bucks that girl would never get another job, she is not worth 6 bucks an hour. and the place was a pig sty. every table had crap on it. and the floor was filthy with trash. probably time to find a new place for lunch. read more

I never seem to have a problem with BK. Ours in Sebastian is clean, staff is polite. Early in the AM someone is picking up the parking lot which the community appreciates. We are located minutes from 95 so this is representative of a cooperative business. Thanks for the coupons BK! read more
