Wendy's sandwich or salad is filling but healthier than other fast food places, my opinion. They could have better coffee but for a quick lunch or breakfast, absolutely bomb! This has to be one of the worst run Wendy's locations I have ever been to. The food made me feel sick immediately, and upon entering and trying to order I was told that I would need to go through the drive thru because they were under staffed. It didn't make sense because there were other patrons who had ordered inside eating there before I arrived, it's like they didn't want to serve me on the way I looked or something. This locations food is usually done terribly as well, and the employees here are all checked out and don't really care about adding value to the experience, which is by far one of the most expensive fast food places to eat at. WENDY'S SEBASTIAN, FLORIDA Ordered breakfast for my wife and myself and it was absolute garbage. We literally live 3 minutes from the location and everything was completely cold when we got home. 1) bacon, egg, cheese muffin...... The muffin was old, dried out, the egg was overcooked and there was literally what amounted to a ¼ of a piece of bacon on it. 2) French toast sticks..... The french toast was cold, virtually tasteless, tasted old and only about on an inch thickness, it looked like like some flattened it with their hand. 3) coffee..... Completely cold by the time we got home and we literally live 3 miles (about 2-3 minutes) away. This is the second chance we've given Wendy's breakfast and we're completely disappointed, we will never be eating Wendy's breakfast ever again so we'll the next time we go for a fast food breakfast it will be MCDONALD'S once again. read more

Then looked at the other two workers hey do we have any in the front and then the other workers look at me then the other guy and say idk and I'm not getting one?! This place is awful. I was in line with my son to get a meal and the elderly lady in front of me homemade ornaments and gave them as a gift to the workers and the workers turned around walked to the back mocked the lady (loudly) that was ordering ahead of me, "That it was after Christmas,and that she was stupid and didn't know any better." after she had gifted them some thing from the heart. It made me feel sad to see that workers at Wendy's are making fun of an elderly lady who was being kind . Not let alone they made every single person ask and wait for their food. The frosties were nearly melted after being poured in the cup. I paid for a double burgers and get home and see a single. 2 Cold large fries ! The only thing that was right was the drinks because I made them while I waited 15 mins from ordering time to getting my food . The staff left my food on the counter to sit cold and never told me my food was ready until they can tell I was annoyed with their delay and their lack of work. All of the workers from the back were walking from the back to the front to check out who was waiting in line . It was quite odd like a conveyor belt of workers not working, just getting to the front . They kept stopping to laugh, clap, make jokes about drugs, and never asked if they can help a customer. I also took pictures of the counters how dirty everything was and also my son slipped in front of two workers and they never stopped to ask if he was okay, the floor was so dirty it was greasy and slippery in the customer waiting area. the manager ROODY was also apart of the the joking and breaking the work line. Came to this Wendy's after spending a couple hours at the beach. Looked at the other yelp reviews and almost drove off. We decided most people get on yelp to complain and not compliment places that are doing a good job. I can say that this Wendy's is doing a good gob. The food was hot, fresh, and tasted great. Found a TACK in my 9 year old sons cheese burger!! Had to call the police to see if there was a crime committed. Felt like they were looking at me like I planted it. This is basically your typical Wendy's but it seems to hit the spot every time at all hours of the day and night. The workers are so friendly as well. Every time I have been here the girl taking our order is smiling and laughing. She honestly seems to enjoy her job which is great to see. We ordered the single Dave burger with medium fries. The burger looks like it should be on a commercial. It is made to perfection every time. The fries are also delicious at all hours of the day. Not overly crunchy but not soggy either, just perfect. Very impressed with this Wendy's. Would highly recommend stopping her if you are the Sebastian area. read more
