I have to start by saying, I AM a fan of Aunt Louise's pizza. However, I did a review in January 2024 questioning why they offer a lunch special that includes large slices of pizza until 3pm yet when we went, we were told there were no more slices for the lunch special. We happened to pop in for the lunch special on Sat. Jan. 18th at 2:00 pm. 2025. Can you guess what we were told when we went to order the sliced pizza lunch special? Again, the server told us "We are out of slices, and "he's" not going to make anymore." There was a full hour left until the lunch specials ended at 3:00 pm. I really, really don't understand this. You ARE a pizzeria... but you aren't going to make more pizza for your advertised lunch pizza slice specials? We were going to leave but had brought guests with us. We didn't want to order a full pizza, so 2 of us had to again select something else. Very disappointing. We heard another person in the booth behind us also request the sliced pizza lunch special only to be told the same thing. Please, MAKE the pizza so it is available through your advertised time. Don't be lazy about it. It won't go to waste. Also, it broke my heart when an older man with a cane with obvious back issues was offered seating at a front table. He asked if he could instead have a booth. The hostess told him booths are reserved for parties with 2 or more people. I watched him hobble over to the table, struggle with moving a chair out of the way to get seated at the table. Have a heart next time. The comfort of your guests is important. And what's worse? There were 3 open booths. I know we'll try again, but please can you try to get it right? 3 stars this time because of not having fixed the lunch special issue reported before (a year ago), and for inconsiderate accommodations for an older man with an obvious need for a booth. read more

My dine-in experience at the restaurant. Well decided on a day off a Monday to go in for 3pm, place wasn't super busy and was seated shortly after arriving. All good signs. Well as I sit and wait for my waitress with no menu, another gentleman comes in and is seated we are all being sat near the door oddly enough. So while I wait for the waitress I eye around the restaurant and it has a cozy feeling but man are things dusty a lot of surfaces has webs and slight dust build up. Not the kind you see on kitchen nightmares but enough that says august may be the last time anyone wiped things down. Now the waitress arrives and take the gentleman who came in after me orders first and attempts to leave when she realized I am there. (This is a good 10-15mins) well now I'm getting some where. She returns with my drink and service would be once much better. Ordered mozz sticks 5 for 8.50 seems steep but I can't tell if they are hand made or frozen. Breading was light which I like and why I wondered if handmade. Next I ordered a sausage calzone, and by god did I get one. Ate a 1/3 of it and took the rest home, also bought a small cheese because why not? I'm at a pizza spot that makes good pizza so I took that home for dinner and shared with my pops. All this and I was out the door for 44$ (38 + 6$ tip) would do it again maybe not. But I am definitely a fan of the food. The 3 star was for the restaurant itself inside not the food! Out of control tipping culture. I thought I'd try this for the first time and ordered online at their website for a pickup. Of course there is the usual asking for a tip in the process. If I don't sit down and get served, I don't tip. When I went in to pick it up, of course there is the big TIP jar on the counter. I give them my name to pick up the order. They turn and tell the kitchen staff the number. The kitchen staff walks three feet to hand it to the girl behind the desk. She hands it to me and says, we need to you sign this. It is bill for the food, with the price line filled in and a blank "tip" line with a blank total. I tell her I've already paid online, and she says she knows but I still need to sign. Three things here: 1. I don't need to sign anything - I've paid online and my card has been charged. 2. At best this is another to bully me into making a tip for a take-out 3. At worst, if I just sign and walk out, they can add whatever tip they want and I would have that charged to my card. I put ZERO on the tip line and matched the total to the food cost, and walked out. I should have called for a manager and gone over this with them, but I was too angry at this point to think of that. Even without this annoyance the food would only have rated a 2 star review. It was greasy and fairly tasteless. Lesson learned. They lost me as a future customer tonight. read more

Always the best! Whether pizza or entrees, eating here is a treat! This time I had the linguini with white clam sauce. Although I make this at home, having it from a professional is always good! Strip mall Italian menu, all old school pasta. Pizza crust has nice char, slight yeasty aroma, good chew. Sauce was sweet, not overly garlicky. Topping's were fresh & generous. for over 10 years we have been eating here. We often stick to lasagna and Stromboli but we have had other things and can't ever remember a bad meal. Service has always been friendly and efficient. its always clean and for this time period prices are decent. Rollatini, eggplant parm , chicken parm, pasta with alfredo ( i get that as a side with my chicken in place of pasta and tomato sauce) are all very good. pizza is great also. I absolutely treasure this family restaurant. The only suggestions I have are to improve the salad bowl quality (the cheap wooden bowls are depressing) and most importantly to improve the bread. Pizza is a such a subjective thing. I drove here with one of those late night pizza cravings and wasn't disappointed. But I wasn't overwhelmed either. The pizza (16") seemed small, like a oversized personal pizza. The flavor was very good and it had a nice crispy crunch to it. In fairness, I did take out--so the 15 minute drive and a cooled down pizza has to be taken into consideration. I think It would've been much better to eat it there hot out of the oven. I also could not resist an order of garlic knots and a bowl of pasta fagoli. The garlic knots and marinara sauce were great. I was happy to see that the pasta fagoli was white instead of red and i am a big fan of white pasta fagoli but it lacked flavor and I think it was because they didn't use a smoked ham hock when they cooked it. That's what typically gives it that nice flavor. The patrons were mostly locals from Sebastian and Barefoot Bay. Salt of the earth types. All in it wasn't a bad experience, but will continue to search for better pizza close by. read more
