We ordered the Whopper meal & when we received our food the patty & buns were very cold. The patty was also VERY dry as if it had just been sitting out for a long time. When I voiced my concerns to the manager he seemed bothered & annoyed. He sighed & asked what we wanted him to do about it so we requested that he would remake our order (just the burgers). The manager remade our order, placed the burgers on the table without a tray, offered no apology & walked away. The burgers were still cold & dry. Unfortunately the food did not taste great & it was cold. Later that night we were very sick to our stomachs. This is my second & last visit to this location. I don't leave reviews - ever. However, the service at this Burger King was so awful I felt had to. It was Sunday afternoon Feb 1 2026 when my daughters and I went to this BK for a kids meal. When we got there were no cars in the drive thru. The wait at the ordering screen easily topped 5 mins. we were told 3 times to wait they be with us soon. When someone finally took our order, they were unfriendly as could be. we finally made it to the pick up window and it took at another 5 mins for our order to come out. the workers I could see thru the window were hanging around talking- not working. Btw, there were no other customers inside the restaurant. When the order finally came out, I mentioned how long we'd been waiting. The response I got was "I only work here, I am not a manager" and she slammed the window shut. My 10 year old daughter said she saw the window come unhinged. I hope a manager reads this and takes action. read more

1* for the ok service and the fact that I actually got cheese on my burger. Simple order. Whopper and order of chicken fries. What I actually got was a cold patty with even colder cheese and a bag of... well. I don't really know what these are but they are stale and cold as well. The cashier was super friendly until I paid them she practically slammed the window in my face. Almost as if she was afraid I might notice the cold/old food before I left. The 2.2 star for the Seguin store is generous. My experience with the store gets a 1 star because 0 is not an option. I ordered using the BK app.I arrived 15 minutes after the order was submitted. I had to wait another 20 minutes for my order.When I asked why it took so long the cashier blamed the app.My opinion is customer service is low on the employees list of cares and to make a bad experience worse there were items missing from the order. read more

Yes, they charge 29¢ for extra sauce. No they will not waiver. The soda machine doesn't work in the front so they will pour your soda for you. Good customer service. Clean Play center where adults sit but my son said the inside feels icky. read more

There are currently 3 young men working today during our visit at this location (1200 hwy 46N). The place is clean and the guys are friendly. We were greeted. Our food was brought out to us in the play place area. The food was fresh, hot, and yummy. The wait was a little longer than we are used to, but the customer service and freshness of the food made it worth it. These 3 guys are doing a great job! The one working the register put together a crown and placed it on my grandson's head. He even told us goodbye and to have a great day as we left. Super nice guys. We had a great visit. read more

I had the number 10 on the menu. The sandwich and fries were great. The drink however was almost straight carbonated water with a little syrup mixed in. After just a few sips, I pitched it. This was the first time and last time ordering at BK in Seguin, to start off I ordered in the FAST food drive through lane and it was anything but fast , arrived at 5:10 didn't leave until 5:30 . They were out of so many items , I ordered two kids meals and a chicken sandwich . Kids meals did not have any toys and they did not substitute for ice cream , however they did provided expired milk . Chicken sandwich had wilted lettuce , and it was not chicken it was FISH!? Not to mention there were over 5 employees standing around with only two other cars at the restaurant 1 in front of me and the other behind , I'm not sure what the hold up of service was for this food was not freshly cooked . I tried calling the restaurant to dispute the charge since I live 35minutes away and it's a huge inconvenience to drive back , however their phone number is not in service. Terrible service! I ordered a burger with NO Lettuce specifically telling them I AM ALLERGIC to LETTUCE! I also ordered heavy mayo so my burger would NOT be DRY! My burger had HEAVY LETTUCE marked on it and NO MAYO! There was so much Lettuce on this burger that I had to throw it away. It was impossible to get all the lettuce off of it so I could eat it. It was also dry bread and meat. I kept the receipt and called the phone number printed on it but it was a non working number. I looked the phone number up only to find the number listed was another non working number. I consider all 4 of theses issues to be VERY POOR practice from any business! read more

Got the drinks but had to wait on the food. While waiting we were rear ended (not fault of BK). Called an officer and had a "report" made. Blah blah blah fast forward to 7 days later go inside to order food this time and bathroom break...placed order and asked to speak to manager..asked about footage from last weekend and she said she talked to her boss and he asked if BK had any fault in the accident she told him no so he said it wasn't there prob. It took almost an hour to get three meals and then one was wrong. Last week they got the same thing wrong twice. I did tell them when I was leaving that even though it was none of my business their bathroom was out of toilet paper...I will NEVER return to this Burger King not only because of the slow service but because of their being so rude to their customer because when we told them the orders were wrong they acted mad. This store cannot serve food as advertised. I got two bacon whopper melts. The bread was barley warm where it is supposed to be toasted. The worker told me they could not toast it because the sourdough bread did not fit in thier machine. If they cannot serve it right they should not serve it at all. It tasted like crap. We then went inside to see if the food could be given to us and the people were very rude and someone shouted from the back that that wasn't how it works.
