Because my order is wrong and it's their fault. It's called accountability. I will never order this again from this restaurant. Or anything from this restaurant again based on the way that they didn't make it right. I even went so far to call back a second time and got excuses as to why they include onion, tomato and lettuce in an order that is excluded on tomato, onion, and lettuce. Onion makes me sick and everything had an onion flavor to it so I spent $20 at Grubhub to not have dinner and when I tried to explain that to the manager, she said well so many people get upset because it says that it comes with that. So I told her I said that's fine. I told her that I'm got these things going on and it's not her fault the Grubhub delivery driver isn't her fault, but the reason that the order was wrong on several different levels, not cut in half no mail on the sandwich not extra pickles not extra napkins, not extra salt, etc. etc. and everything tasted like onions so of course I don't wanna eat it and I got excuses so I told her I won't use her restaurant again and she said OK. I would recommend that she don't go there because they don't fix things when they screw them up. I have no intention of ordering or going to that restaurant ever again.
