I won't be going to the Burger King in Sparta Michigan again. I go to BK because they have good food at a good price. The problem I have with the one in Sparta is that they cannot find good people to work there. Every time I go there I have to wait a ridiculous amount of time to place my order, either inside or outside. Once th order is placed it takes even longer to get what I ordered. I found that out when I stopped for breakfast on my way to work and when I came through on my way home from work. Today I had to wait a very long time to place my order inside only to watch the takeout orders being placed processed one after the other (over five in a row). It wasn't until I said I wanted a refund that they finally put my order together and gav it to me. It was like once they got my money I was invisible. I'm done with them. This BK was closed for a few months like it had been closed for good. When it was reopened I was hoping it would have better service. It was for just a few weeks but now it's as bad as it has been. They'll never get there together. If they do it will be too late for me. read more

I'll start by saying that it costs nothing to be kind, and while the line was backed up and it was taking a minute for the food... the ONLY employee working both windows, taking orders, payment, making the food, and serving it, was incredibly kind. I don't remember his name, but I remember his attitude and I will definitely go back as long as he's working there. Don't be a jerk about your fast food experiences. This is the absolute worst Burger King. I even worked at a Burger King when I was in high school; so I'm not bashing Burger King. This place has awful window service. They are rude and slow. It's ridiculous to have to wait and then get stuck with cold fries. Last time I ate there, I got sick... Good luck getting the correct order. Go to a different BK! read more

Such slow service. Only 1 car ahead of me in the drive through and still took 10 minutes to get my food.

Honestly I'm never one to post a review unless I seriously feel like I'm being pranked lol. They forgot all of our sauces besides the ketchup we asked for at the window. They handed me my food and just stared at me up and down and made me feel completely uncomfortable. They forgot a straw. We ordered spicy sandwich's and they were soggy and disgusting. Ok so it's a Burger King and the foods not going to be luxury or anything but still it tastes ok. But I things it's very unnecessary to take ten minutes to make a shake. It took so long. The internet says 12, the building says 12 but yet at 11:25 they say they closed at 11. Only certain days though, other times they stay open. Didn't realize the employees get to pick and choose. On 2 separate occasions in a 24 hour period we left because even though we were the only one in line, we stood at the front counter for 10 minutes and was ignored by the male manager working Friday morning as he ran back and forth from the kitchen where he was preparing food without gloves!!! To the front drive window, and to the cash register, handling money, and not once washing his hands before going back and making more food for the drive thru. When I yelled are you going to help us, he said, "give me a minute" that was after we stood there for 10!! We walked out!!!! Then Saturday morning at about 1245 am we went through the drive thru and basically had the same experience except the girl told us. "I'm only one person and the car in front of you has a huge order!" We waited another 5 minutes and pulled away. As we came around the building, there was a car with only one male in it, and the female manager had her head hanging out the window talking to him!!!! There was no HUGE order!!!!! I took a chance from a couple of years ago and decided I wanted to eat at this Burger King. My order was taken ad I stood back I ordered 2 original Chicken Sandwiches 14 minutes passed and 4 people behind me who ordered after me received their orders. While I was waiting I heard a couple of people behind the counter yell out 2 original Chicken Sandwiches. I requested my money back and asked the manage who refunded me did he have to go kill the Chicken. I will never stop at this Burger King again. Poor service, tables dirty. read more
