Literally my favorite Taco Bell location! They have the most friendly fast food employees I have ever experienced. They are also smiling and so happy! They actually make me want to fill out the survey on the receipt when they ask me to do it to win something for their location. The food is always a better quality than some other locations I've been to and it's always hot. Never seems like it's been sitting for a while. I haven't gotten a wrong order from here either. The location looks newer and is a nice looking building and it nicely landscaped. They also get through the drive thru line very fast even when I consider it to be quite long. read more

i've been coming to this taco bell for years with my friends; however, the hires lately have been so disrespectful. Tonight me and my two friends put in each of our own orders (so three SMALL orders) and this one old lady with short curly red hair told me i couldn't get my third order because i could pick up two online orders a car PER DAY. i understood at first that this was protocol, but i already made my third order, so we just came back around to pick it up. She cut me off when i was talking to the intercom, and then shoved my bag out of the window without saying a word. Don't expect much, other than extremely long wait times for no reason. I normally order a black bean crunch wrap supreme, but every time I go they always give me beef no matter how loud or clear I say it. They never say anything like "we are out of black beans, do you still want that?". In my last drive thru I ordered something simple was basically just 3 sides it took them over 15 minutes starting from them having me wait at the menu board to the window for my food. Food always seems good and fresh. They are however, incapable of including cinnamon twists if you order them in drive thru. Happens to me everytime. If you are lucky enough to notice while you are in the parking lot you can get back in the drive thru line and wait until it is your turn again to order. Hopefully this didn't take too long and the food you did receive isn't cold yet. Or you can drive all the way home assuming you got everything to discover your items are missing. Then drive back to get what is missing while your food cools off and your 4 year old cry's because they didn't get anything to eat. read more

Literally every time I've been here the staff has been helpful, the food has been at the bare minimum what you expect from Taco Bell but normally much better, they don't judge me when I show up at 1 am and order $20 of food all for myself and 12 Cinnabon delights also for myself, and the staff appears happy and friendly, which is a lot more than you could say for many places, Preston G. Can complain about waiting a couple minutes all he wants but it's not their fault that he decided to show up most likely at rush-hour and expected immediate service. The world doesn't revolve around every single customer especially when the drive-through lane is full. You can storm out in a hissy fit if you like, but you're the one that needs to find somewhere else to order food now so you really played yourself. After a lengthy wait and even talking to a manager I ordered two grand slam to grande scrambler's and they even got that order wrong and ended up with something like two crunch wraps instead of what I ordered. They may give me is quite the hassle at the beginning probably because I was trying to use an entertainment book coupon which they said was not valid there even though I did not say on the coupon at that specific location would not be valid or eliminated that location from being Valid.Also in a recent visit there I had a lengthy wait at the counter and somebody had mentioned that somebody would be right with me even though nobody ever showed up and then eventually I think the manager mentioned that there was somebody at the front counter waiting still nobody showed up so I just walked out of the store without ordering anything.
