We've been here several times always had an issue. Missing items we've paid for. Small portions. No communication when they're out of things and you go through the drive thru lane. One kids meal didn't have lettuce. When we figured it out and I went back up there to I asked where the lettuce was they said they didn't have any because they ran out. The only positive about this chipotle location was the parking as clearly everyone else but knew not to come here. The store was dirty, with trash strewn across the floor. The food looked as if it has been sitting in the hot pan all day as most things were crusted on top. The last time we ordered food here we were disappointed in the customer service & missing items/quality of food. It's been over a year and we decided to give it another chance. Bad choice. Food was not ready during pick up (they said they were making it and it was already past the promised pick up time), and then when I got my food, I checked to see if they put everything in there and saw chips were missing. When I inquired about it, they said they ran out of chips (like... maybe tell the customer that before giving them their order...). To make it worse the employee wasn't willing to do anything to make up for that. No extra flour tortillas, no refund, no nothing. He said there was nothing he could do. So we basically paid for something we didn't get. Once home, I discovered the flour tortillas were completely cold, and the salad/greens looked like it had gone bad. Would not recommend this location. Literally every time I have come to this location they are out of multiple things, the employees are rude and are on their phones. I gave them one more chance today and today is the last time. We arrived at 5:40pm I wanted white rice, they were out. Said it'll be 20 more minutes. How does rice take 20 minutes, in a fast food restaurant. Offered me brown rice. I asked to try a sample. She gave me a small bowl of it to try. No spoon. Looked appalled when I asked for a spoon. I wanted black beans. They were out. My daughter also wanted black beans. The "trainee" (is what my server called her) got her black beans from the drive thru stock. But I couldn't have any bc "the trainee didn't know better". Her words, not mine. They were out of chicken. She asked if I wanted queso for an up charge. I said "it really shouldn't be an up charge for all the other things I wanted, you're out of." She looked into my soul and said "it will be an up charge". The portion of brown rice was minuscule. Seems they run out of the less expensive items every time leaving the customer to pay for the more expensive items or be up charged. My bill was $41. For 2 bowls (hardly any ingredients in them), a small fountain drink and a small bag of chips. Then...to top it off, they put a sign on the front door stating they had staffing issues. At 6:00, staffing issues. On a Friday night. And locked it. Who's ever managing this particular store, needs to step up their game. Horrible service. Walk in at 7pm and there's like 7 kids standing around talking behind counter. Got a burrito bowl and wasn't told this before they started my order but they had like nothing.. zero peppers (and no one was even making any just all talking in a circle) and when I got to the veggies there was only quac,cheese, lettuce, and sour cream available. Was told they didn't have anything else but I find that hard to believe. When I asked for a regular chip they were "all out" they said and only had large bags left..maybe make up more?.. Definitely need some form of management or change of management because that was actually so embarrassing. Unacceptable. Literal half scoops of rice and beans. I typically can't even finish my Qdoba bowls but I was still hungry after this chipotle one. I like chipotles ingredients a little more which is why I decided to come in but unfortunately will not be coming back and sticking with Qdoba for the remainder of my days. The food was ok. Chips were stale. Every single table was filthy dirty. No forks or napkins we had to eat with a spoon. Funny thing is Meijers is right below them. EVERY time I go to this Chipotle they are out of something. Tonight was the straw that broke the camels back. They close at 11 but when we walked in at 10:15 all the food had been removed from the warmers and just sitting on the prep table behind. Not only was the food cold, they had put away multiple things and would not get them out to serve us properly. So no cheese, sour cream, hot salsa or hard shell tacos. Another time I went they said the chicken guy was on break so they didn't have chicken but evidently they did he just didn't look. I've experienced this type of thing at other Chipotle restaurants as well. They may have a modern look and fresh food but it only works if they actually have the food and someone to cook and serve it. What a joke. Do better Chipotle. I received a notification that my online order was ready and when I walked in, it wasn't out yet. Then this girl walks out and looks at me standing there waiting for my order. Whatever she was doing she was burning something and came around and asked if I had an online order, I said yes, she then asked the name so I told her and she placed my order on the tallest rack, where it wasn't supposed to be, instead of handing me my order. The amount of beans, and meat maybe half of what they usually put in a bowl at any other chipotle. Would not recommend this location. I have done pick up orders here twice and both times they have been completely wrong. Did not give me my chips and queso of 2 sides of guac that I paid for. Ordered 3 entrees and none of them were correct. Missing about 4 items from those. I simply don't understand how they could've possibly messed this up so much.
