City Built is open on Mondays, but they only do bar service and Street Chef Shaw provides all the food. You can order to go or for dine in at City Built. The QR code at each table is specific for that spot, and they'll bring it right to you when it's ready if you're dining in. I was super hungry, so I got the chicken tikka birria burrito and a cheese quesadilla, and Nate got one of the features, a spicy Jamaican chicken sandwich. The food came to our table really quickly! The cheese quesadilla was very good, super cheesy and delicious. I liked dipping it in the consomme that came with the burrito. The chicken in the sandwich was super crispy and had a bit of heat. Finally, the burrito was my favorite - it was pressed on a grill and super hot inside. I liked the ratio of beans, rice, and chicken.
