This establishment is a great example of poor customer service and when a chain hires mediocrity. Drive thru: requested twice to have extra lettuce on my sandwich. The lady said "yeah" twice. I guess is difficult to say "yes" properly. Anyway, I got home and of course there is no extra lettuce (twice"). I can understand that you do not like your job. It is not my fault. Also, no gloves and/or mask when the food was given to me. This particular established has very poor customer service and burger are subpar. I guess is my fault to keep coming back. $13 Dr Pepper. I went to the drive thru on lunch break and ordered a double whopper and Dr Pepper. Paid at the first window and got the drink at second window and was told to go around front and wait. Every car behind me was also pulling around front to also wait. After 20 minutes I had to leave to get back to work on my 30 minute lunch break. No pictures because I paid for something I never got....what's that called? Anyway the Dr Pepper was not worth $13 and I am still hungry but at least I can rest in the knowledge of where I will never go again. read more

This is the cleanest, friendliest Burger King I have ever been in. I never thought I could rave about a Burger King but the staff here is always so nice, helpful, and engaging that I never fail to be impressed. I've been here on several occasions and dealt with different cashiers. All of them are so helpful! Alot of my orders involve coupons but they walk through the challenges Burger King has at the cash register effortlessly and professionally. Normally it's above and beyond the call of any fast food service when they bring the order to you at your table because they have to make something very fresh and cutomnfor you. Still, these guys have done it for us very kindly, repeatedly, and always without request. I want to again emphasize how clean this place always is. Somebody should nominate this place for Burger King of the year! read more

The only reason I give them two stars is because the hash browns are legit always fire. But on another note, here's why I rated them so low. The first day I tried their breakfast, I had a ok experience besides the rude ass ladies who work there and have a sassy tone with you. It's not pleasant and they act like they don't care if you get what you order or not. Btw I got a sausage biscuit and hash browns both times. This morning I decided to return because my first experience tasting the food was okay. I reorder what I got and the sausage turned out to be a hamburger patty and the biscuit was nasty looking. Although the service is good, the Burger King is placed kind of funny in a strange Parking lot! Walking distance from the BW plus and neighboring hotel! Food was well prepared and plenty of it! Driving across the country. Stopped here on 2/27/22 at 1:59pm (the time on the receipt) We pulled into the drive thru right behind the car that was ordering. We got our food 32 minutes later. Employees were inside yelling at customers, not one, but multiple yelling at different customer groups. So bad that we called the number on the window that states to call for comments. We called the number same day at 2:25pm. Was told to call again if no return call by friday. Well there wasn't. So we called back and Lamont finally returned our call. He said nothing he can do for us since we didn't live in Tallahassee. What ???? There are burger kings all over the U.S.! We had ordered 1 chicken nugget, 1 lg fries, 2 chicken sandwiches. We only got one chicken sandwich. Which of course we had no idea as we were already on the freeway when digging into the bag. So, if you are travelling, do not stop into this burger king (or any other) as they will not 'fix the problem' unless you live in the city where it happened. This is of course according to Lamont, the General manager. Since it took 32 minutes, we could have stopped into a neighboring restaurant and easily ordered a meal to go and got it faster than the 32 minutes in the drivethru. read more

Had a power outage at the house so we came down here for breakfast. It's very clean with a good number of tables to sit at. Our service was excellent as was the banter between us. They went so far as to fry up an order of fries just for my friend because he didn't want the tator tots, and they delivered our order to our table. The bacon & egg croissant was great as well as the coffee. The are in a great location & have many hotels nearby within walking distance. I think they're giving the Mc Donalds up the street a run for their money. read more

Horrible drive through service 20 minutes for a cheeseburger and order of chicken nuggets

I was really bummed when I went through the drive thru this morning. There were 2 cars ahead of me and it took about 20 minutes to get to the window. I ordered a crossssaaaandddwiiich and 2 3 piece French toast sticks. The sandwich was luke warm (guess they're not using the microwave anymore) and French toast was burned. Last time I went there everything was on point so I can't give them less than 3 stars because of that. I'm not from around here but I come every few months so the next visit will be the final review. I had to put one star but honestly it's a 0! Avoid this location at all cost! In all my years of life I have never been more disappointed and disrespected at the same time. After waiting a long time for our food and having to pull around. I went inside to get our food and was treated very rudely. You should never have to be at a fast food restaurant over 30 min. After I came back to our car my husband went up to the door and told them it was the worse service we've ever received and that they were a joke. The employee decided to follow my husband outside and scream at us in which my husband screamed back. This ended in the employee kicking my driver side door and slightly denting it. I was sent on behalf of my grandmother despite my not wanting to go due to the ABSOLUTELY APPALLING customer service that this location is NOTORIOUS for. 07-03-2017 12:03 pm I go to store #6288 on North Monroe St in Tallahassee, FL.I am served by a "Tiffany" via the drive through. I place an order for 2 Whoppers, a plain bacon cheeseburger meal with a coke and fries, an original chicken sandwich meal with onion rings and a sweet tea, and a kids cheeseburger meal with a chocolate milk. Upon arriving at the window I ask if I can add on a mocha frappe. it is at this point I was told by Tiffany i will need to go all the way back through the drive though AGAIN to add any items onto my order because of THEIR drive through TIMER. That is RIDICULOUS and HORRIBLE customer service. So I say forget it. I leave. I then find that I am missing the chocolate milk with the kids meal so I turn around and go back. I leave again. This time i go to run an errand whereupon I find that my order is also missing the plain bacon cheeseburger which meant i ONCE AGAIN had to return back to this location for my original paid for order! It amazes me that for such a common sense minimum wage job this location CONTINUES to hire INCOMPETENT IGNORANT employees who have no customer service skill whatsoever. Had Tiffany been LESS concerned with her timer and MORE concerned with getting my order RIGHT the first time, then maybe I'd not be to the point of being so utterly DISGUSTED with THIS company. I will make sure that NO ONE I know or my family knows EVER gives business to this establishment. I am to the point of filing with the local newspapers about how DISSATISFYING the customer service is ALWAYS at this location. NOTHING has changed since the last time I had to file a complaint about this branch and clearly reporting issues via email does not fix this ONGOING constant problem.
