We love Bojangles and it's a must when in Tallahassee for breakfast! Drive through on a Saturday was busy but the wait time was worth it and service was excellent. The Bo rounds are so flavor and so good , we inhale them lol . I love the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit combo and an order of Bo biscuits ! The strawberry cobbler was a 4/10. Way too sweet and not comparable to the peach cobbler one which is 10/10 But overall this is always a must for me and bae ! read more

I have always heard of Bojangles from my friends whenever they drive up to the northern parts of Florida! I am so happy that I was able to finally try it when we went to Tallahassee. Bojangles was so yummy. Their fried chicken was flavorful and I loved pairing it with their dirty rice. It was so yummy. The service was also good, I really enjoyed the southern hospitality. For a fast food restaurant, this place was also very clean. Would for sure recommend if you find yourself near FSU. read more

Everything was good, except for the mashed potatoes and gravy, it was horrific. We had to throw it away outside of our hotel room, tasted and smelled like melted plastic. Terrible service ordered food thru the drive-thru and they left 2 of the only four ingredients on my biscuits but definitely charged for them. I had to go back in with my receipt to get them correct and the young lady looks back Jordon the supervisor for approval he doesn't even look at me or apologize and tells her to give it to me. Not sure what he's giving me but all I want is what I purchased. He then comes up grabs the bag still without a word or even a look and takes the food that had been handed to me out the drive thru window and handled by me and puts it back on the line to be reserved to others. Once I get my correct to do's I leave to the sound of the drive-thru operator snickering as I left. Bo knows biscuits but in this location he don't anything about service food safety or simple manners. read more

One of my friends and her kids in the DFW area loves bojangles, so when given the opportunity when we finally were driving past one we pulled in to try it. It was a pretty slow experience, staff was nice but it was almost like they were swamped while not actually being swamped. It kind of annoyed my husband as he wanted to move on with the last leg of the drive. For the food, i almost wish we would have been getting breakfast which my friend recommended. We stuck to tenders, fries and Mac n cheese. All of it was just ok. I was extra sad they were out of the seasoning they sell so I could bring her one. Will I give them another shot to try breakfast, yes, will I try other items ... yes. I might stop at another location vs this one to give it a more fair shot based off this experience. read more

At the end of the meal I would have to say I was not impressed. I was really looking forward to this Bojangles. We used to have them in Fort Lauderdale in the 90s. So whenever I see one I want to stop. When we first walked in the place presented well. Clean and neat. We ordered. Everything appeared status quo. Good so far. They gave us a # and called us about 10 minutes later. When the food came up the order was wrong and on the wrong plates. I ordered 2 thighs and a leg. I got one leg, one thigh. My gf beans was on my plate. The food was bland. No kick. The spicy chicken was not spicy. It was bland. The sweet tea was suspect. It has an odd taste. The unsweetened tea was good per my gf. We refilled with lemonade but it tasted like it was cut with water to make it go farther. Not c ool! This Bojangles disappointed me. read more

The food is always good. I've always like Bojangles. I'm glade they finally went back to the old chicken. I wasn't a fan of the hand breaded stuff... kitchens are nasty. It's better to go from freezer to fryer... but that's besides the point. Every Bojangles I've ever been to in the whole southeast except this one serves fries with breakfast. It seems they are too lazy to throw a handful in the fryer. They are very rude when you ask and act insulted that they are asked if such a thing. They used to not be this rude. The restaurant is clean and usable. They are out of unsweet tea every time I come. I suppose every restaurant has its bad eggs. This one is one of them. read more

First timer at a Bojangles. The place had a few people sitting but it took us 40 minutes to get our chicken. Very slow service and the chicken was fair at best. Chic filet has no competition with this stuff. Chic filet is run like a fine tuned machine and Bojangles is run like a back woods shack. No one knows what to do and the product is sub par. Went through the drive thru and got 2 sandwiches and a dinner meal. They had me pull forward and wait 15 minutes for the 3 piece dinner, which was fine. The problem came when I got home and found the center of the chicken breasts on both sandwiches were raw. I waited all that extra time for them to make fresh, bone-in chicken, and they give me inedible, raw meat in my other items. I love Bojangles chicken, but I'll be visiting the location on Tennessee St instead from now on. This was by far not my best experience at Bojangles and as a result my advice about this location is to be sure and check your order before leaving. I went through the drive through as I was on a road trip and ordered a two piece leg and thigh plate with mashed potatoes, cole slaw, and an added pimento cheese biscuit. I got down the road and found that I was not given the pimento cheese biscuit. Also, the chicken had clearly been sitting for a while as the bottom was soggy and greasy. The portion of cole slaw was barely a third of what I usually receive. As I wasn't given a receipt, I also can't be sure if l paid for the missing biscuit or not. Next time I'm passing through I'll probably skip this location. read more

The purpose of a drive thru is convenience, when you are asked to pull forward and it takes 10 minutes to get your order it's no longer convenient. Then to top that off they didn't give us any napkins or condiments so I had to go inside anyways. Just because you can't make the time requirements you shouldn't inconvenience customers. Just stopped in to eat with my family, been on the road for hours drove an extra two hours after we decided we where hungry just to eat here because my family has never eaten at Bojangles. We entered the restaurant at 8:20 the simpleton behind the counter had the nerve to ask me if we wanted chicken and said if we did it's to late because they stop making chicken and only had a couple wings... what else would we be coming to eat? I have never in my life had anyone at a fast food place be as friendly as the cashier and manager. Cashier just got done working his second job straight to Bo's and he was so up beat and friendly. Manager asked us a couple of times and the table next to us if we needed anything not once but twice!!! I've never had their food, as I'm from Cali. I must say their crispy is definitely crispy and Cajun has a nice kick to it but not overpowering. Mac n Cheese is real good! Went there for lunch and it was meh over all. Dont get me wrong the chicken was great. The main reason we came. However, there were a bunch of things that detracted from the meal for me. The cole slaw was wet like soup and it wasnt very good too much...something like mustard but obviously not mustard. They dont have butter, they have a "buttery spread". It was gross and ruined the buscuit i was going to eat. The soda station was outdated, not to mention sticky. The Cajun chix sandwich was good too. My wife had recently done some hurricane relief work in North Carolina and had eaten at Bojangles for the first time up there. She said the chicken was exceptional and persuaded me to stop at this particular Bojangles as we returned home from Thanksgiving in Arizona. I am glad she did. The gentleman who took my order was delightfully friendly and upbeat. The food was prepared perfectly and served quickly. We were then checked on by the general manager who wanted to be certain everything met expectations. Everything did and then some. This level of friendly interest is not often seen in a "fast food" restaurant. My fried chicken thighs and leg, biscuit and coleslaw were excellent. Wife's fried breast, mashed potatoes and brown gravy with a buttered biscuit were equally good. I just need to figure out how to get a Bojangles near St. Petersburg because Tallahassee is just a little too far to drive--even for chicken this good. read more
