Greetings my little festerlings!! For those who don't read my reviews, and see five stars for a fast food joint, might automatically assume that I hand out five star reviews like trick or treat candy. Ohhh, but I DON'T, and especially at fast food spots, EXCEPT THIS TIME. I've eaten at this location at least three times, throughout the past year and a half... I personally never had any sort of issue, but from other reviews, I can see that others had. Right when I walked in, my man James, whom is at least the manager, but should be the owner, greeted me. I was having an issue with the app after playing a stupid Burger King game so I had to uninstall it and reinstall it, but he offered to help me if I couldn't get it going, but I'm about as tech savvy as they come. I finally got the app to work, and order my food while standing in house. James was greeting every customer coming in, just a great dude out there hustlin like no other. Super interactive, professional, just great all around. I ordered my signature Whopper with heavy all... I can't say that I've always encountered so much enthusiasm making my pain in the ass burger, but after The order came through in the back, the people making my food were just that, and strangely had a sense of excitement to make it!!! Hahaha never seen that before, but they're telling me it was going to be messy, and if I needed a fork, but no fork needed, and messy is how I like it. That's how burgers are supposed to be!! I had a free four piece chicken nugget with my order, and as I was getting ready to walk out, James stopped me and told me to wait for a few minutes, because he dropped some new ones for me because he didn't feel the ones that I had were fresh enough.. super nice gesture!! I'm not too sure what happened before with the old staff and management, with James is definitely bringing this place back up to par (and to be fair again, it's always been normal for me) but I'll tell you this, if I can finally buy a restaurant that will finally close escrow, I'll be coming up here, because this guy needs to be working in a high-end restaurant!! I sort of drove all the way here to Temple just to come to this Burger King honestly, so now I can pay it forward. The restaurant was really clean, and everybody that works together, for the most part, looks like they enjoy working together. He's put together a pretty cohesive unit, the customer service is tip top! read more

Coming back home after a five day backpacking trip, hungry, tired and wanting something besides trail mix, I stopped off at the Burger King on Carrollton Street for my favorite: the Impossible Whopper meal. From the very first, the order taker at the drive through was professional, concise and cheerful. He went over and above to make sure my order was correct and that I was completely satisfied. And he did it all with a wide smile. Whoever was working the drive through around lunchtime or a little after on 10/3/25 deserves a bonus. He's that good. So I have no clue what anyone would actually use the mobile app, you will still be waiting 20 plus minutes to get a wrong food order. Or my favorite missing items! This is like the third time this has happened resulting in either multiple trips to BK or spending over an hour at the location! Nothing on that menu is worth any of that! the service is terrible! the entire staff ignores the front end and are only focused on drive thru. We asked if the drive thru was the only thing open because we had already been standing at the register for 10 min the staff saw us and knew we were there but chose to ignore us. we will definitely not be coming back to this locatio. read more

I had food poisoning from bad onions at the location in Roswell Georgia next to the Home Depot on Woodstock Road. They didn't care I now avoid all Burger Kings every where in the World. I called customer service at corporate and they also could care less. The Boeing of fast food. read more

Great and timely service! We came in with a school bus full of hungry wrestlers and I was blown away at how quickly they served us. Unlike, others in Carrollton, Villa Rica, Douglasville and Lithia Springs who can't listen and pay attention and it even lists my correct customizations on the receipt taped to the bag. Our family of 6 came in to eat. First thing I noticed was how clean the restaurant was. All tables were clean, no trash on the floor. It was not busy at all, yet our food took a little long to come out but other than that we had a great experience. We will be coming back. read more

I have ate there three times total since they have opened. The first time it took 47 minutes going through the drive-through. Second time was ok but I saw two people mad because there food was wrong. The last time I decided to try the drive though again. I should have left when I saw another person get mad and leave as soon as I got in line. When My front bumper gets to the window but still can't see the menu I here someone say welcome to Burger King go ahead with your order, so I start trying to order from a car link away from the speak. Then I hear her say (I said hold on a minute).In return I say, ok. After that she ask the women in the other drive though what she wants and that lady was further away than I was. The lady in the other drive through had to start yelling out her window because of the backed up cars in front of her. After they finally taken her order, I figured she will come back to me to order. I was mistaken and they ask the same drive though but next car what they wanted. I had enough at this point and went to Wendy's. Candace the manager is Rude, likes to talk over her customers, says you will listen to me first. She had EXCUSES on why our food was wrong not once but TWICE!! she is disgusting as a manager and although it wont put them out of business in Temple. We wont be back.
