My dad recommended this place to me yesterday because I'm a big wing person & am also very picky about my wings. I went last night and got the 10 wing combo (5 sweet heat and 5 garlic Parmesan). When I tell you I almost finished the whole plate before my boyfriend got his to go food from Wendy's, I mean it! That sweet heat sauce is SO GOOD and the wings themselves were crispy but not over cooked. They don't skimp you on the sauce either. Against my better judgement, started patronizing this place again to give them a second chance and I was quickly reminded why I initially stopped coming for a while. The owner refused to serve me and had her employee tell me that I left her a bad review and she didn't feel comfortable. The owner also called me after I left to further explain why she didn't want to serve me. She mentioned my bad review and said she didn't want anyone saying she poisoned me or anything negative so she did not want to cook the food but I was welcome to come back when another cook was there. She also mentioned that this restaurant was her bread and butter etc etc... I told her that I did not lie in my bad review and that everything i said was true, she did not dispute that. To the owner: If this business is how you feed your family maybe you should focus on improving your customer service. You have several bad reviews other than mine so apparently other people feel the same way I do. Not happy after trying them a few times. They left food at the store on two different occasions. Both times we were told we would have to come and pick up the food that they forgot or settle for a credit on a later date. How crazy!!! The first time oh well I guess. The second time for real!? Came by to check out there wings and I'm glad I did the lady at the counter was really nice I ordered 20 fire wings all flats witch fire is the hottest they have the wings didn't take to long to come up when I opened the bow the we're still steaming hot with a good amount of sauce just how I like my wings and they were still crispy they we're pretty spicy and I have a high tolerance for spice and they had a great flavor definitely some of the better wings I've had in villa rica if you haven't tried them yet I would say go check them out for sure read more

Got either a busy signal or it would ring a couple of times, and then make a clicking sound like they answer and then hang up. It's happened another time too. We really enjoy the wings from this restaurant and we usually get a family pack of 50 with tea and fries. We usually get lemon pepper and the sweet & spicy, but we have gotten the dry ranch and garlic as well. All of these wings were great! Their blue cheese is STELLAR! They also deliver, which is great! The only problem with this restaurant is the crappy attitudes of the cashiers and sucky customer service. Several times we have had small issues that could be easily remedied that were handled badly. Used to be one of my favorite places so we decided to grab a bite while in the area. It took 45 minutes just to get a chicken wing and a burger combo. By then our drinks were hot so we bought a gallon of lemonade out of the cooler since combos only come with a canned drink (NO refills. Seriously people, get a drink machine already). Despite the ridiculous wait, the fries were lukewarm and small broken pieces like they were from the bottom of the bag. They have amazing customer service! They have homemade drinks and they're delicious! However, I won't be back for the wings, MAYBE for a strawberry lemonade. The chicken tastes funny to me (I've tried 3 times). I can tell the orders are cooked upon placing an order because I can call in my order from home (10 minutes away) and still have to wait 15 minutes for my order. The fries are small and dry, and my portion of the fries were always small. Also, on the picture outside, they have a combo showcasing a 5 or 6 piece (can't remember) with fries and drink. This place only gets 2 stars from me instead of 1 because their food isn't terrible, it's their customer service that has proven to be down right insulting on numerous occasions. I work night shift and there are only a handful of places that deliver past 8pm, GC Feathers being one of them. The first time we ordered, they were pretty unprofessional on the phone, telling me I wasn't ordering my food the right way (who says that??!?), then they'd said it would be out to us in no more than 30 mins. 2.5 hours later our food arrived but it was hot so we gave them a pass. We ordered from them again tonight. It was a fairly simple order, fries, salads, onion rings... Nothing fancy. I heard the girl who ordered the food name off all of the things on the list. The delivery guy showed up without onion rings and when questioned about the onion rings he said "Not my fault. I didn't take your order." We just kind of looked at him and asked for the receipt, which he apparently had lost. When he located it somewhere on his person he said "not on here either. Not our fault..." We called back to let them know the onion rings were missing and before we could even say anything to the effect of "maybe you didn't hear us, sorry about that" or something polite, the super rude woman who answered the phone said "you didn't get them because you didn't order them!" Nasty attitudes on numerous occasions from at least 3 different employees. They've lost our business for sure. read more
