Burger King is extremely disappointing, I waited 30 minutes for my food just for it to be unsalted and soggy. Though, I will say the new building is nice and there is decent costumer service. But the speed and quality could definitely improve. It was also so hot I was literally sweating, it was like an oven i there and I waited so long I began to cook, unlike the food. Their service is crap, cant even answer the phone becaude they know you're going to tell them they have your order wrong. My boyfriend ordered a whopper, he asked for no lettuce, no tomatoes, no onions and no pickles and he asked for bacon. I got a whopper as well and asked for no tomatoes. They had put his bacon on my no tomato whopper and had put pickles on his whopper and mixed his coke with sprite. That place is filled with lazy and really rude people!! This usnt the first time they've messed up our order and I'm sure it wont be the last. They messed up my boyfriends granparents order a few times in a row. By far the worst fast food establishment I've ever visited judging by their lack of customer service and food quality, I'm amazed that they are able to pass health inspections. Looks like a couple years ago other people complained about how this BK likes to make cars pull forward and wait, today they're still doing the same bs. Absolute zero customer service, not sure if employees are socially awkward or just rude. Hopefully one day the owners will see what a disaster this place is and replace management and possibly turn this place around. Absolutely the worst Burger King experience ever! The manager was worthless had no solutions to any problems, they ran out of bacon, they were out of half of everything. first thing of interest is that the manager didn't even seem to know what my order consisted of it was a king stacker meal but there was "no bacon" on my meal so it shouldn't be a problem. in my humble opinion that least the manager if not all of the stuff in the building should know exactly what goes on every sandwich. No, we can't do anything that we can't do anything what can I make you instead ... I ordered on their new app, they want you to use the app because everything's moving towards the apps but if you can't get what you order when you get to the store what's the point of an app? Over a month ago I went to this "restaurant" via the drive through on my way back home, which is over 25 miles away. Our order was for 4 Whoppers with cheese, 2 with only mayo, ketchup, pickles since 2 of us have allergies to onion & tomato. The other 2 should have been regular. The order also should have had 2 large fries. When I got home and looked in the bag, there were 3 Whoppers, NO cheese, everything on them and no fries. I called the "restaurant" repeatedly for over 2 hours and nobody ever answered the phone. I wrote a complaint to the corporate office and the next day I received a call from "Martin" who said he was the local manager and was told by his boss to call me. He said the phones were out in all of Thatcher when I was trying to call, which was a lie, I know this because the phones at Safeway, Bashas, and Taco Bell all worked fine and are located just feet away from Burger King. All he did was apologize, never offered to make it right until I told him that I wanted the correct order replaced. He agreed, and my Grandson drove the 50 mile round trip to get the food the next day. Surprise! Not only were the burgers (again only 3) made wrong again, the fries were missing! I again called him and he agreed to make it right. I told him I was not going to waste more gas to drive back another 50 miles that day, but I was going to let corporate know. He said if I called corporate they would basically do nothing, just contact him again. Long story short this happened a total of 4, count them, 4 times and still not right. I had my Grandson go inside the building the 5th time to have the correct order made by Martin, and he refused to make it unless I was there. I am disabled & only go into town for doctor appointments, and explained this to Martin. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!! IT IS HORRIBLE! read more

Very disappointed with this Burger King in Thatcher, Arizona. This establishment has fallen below the standards of other Burger King's I've eaten at. We were at this Burger King on Sunday December 16, 2018 and wanted to get a quick burger and head home for the evening. The lady told us that the drive through system wasn't working, so we decided to go inside and place our order. What a surprise! The young lady that was more occupied making cookies, walked up and told us they were out of the large hamburger buns. At this point I had it with this place. The restaurant was very dirty with what appeared food and paper on the ground. Overall this Burger King has now gone seriously below standard in comparison to other Burger Kings. I hope this town doesn't end up closing this Burger King! Honestly, they should if they can't find a manager and team to keep up this fast food place. Terrible place! It's very apparent that the management and employees don't care and don't have pride in their restaurant. The health department should inspect this establishment. It's a small town we live in and this is a good example why businesses are closing their doors.. read more

I saw their poster for a Halloween Whopper. Service at this location has been sketchy in the past, but I decided to go in and get the special burger and a vanilla Coke. I waited in a slow line for the single register, only to be told they are out of the Halloween Whopper and they are also out of vanilla flavor. My daughter still needed to eat, so while she ordered, I went to get a table. The place was only a third full, but every empty table was dirty. I asked if they could clean one. They said it would be a while, but I was offered a wet rag. Sigh... I can see McDonald's out the window. read more

Quite good overall. The new manager is energetic and helpful. The food is consistently tasty. I also love the soda mixing machine.

Came through the drive thru around 6pm. Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and an order of chicken nuggets. Drive thru cashier asked which sauce and I requested BBQ. I did not think to check if it was there as they asked at the time of order, how could they forget? Get home and there is no BBQ, meh, shame on me for not checking. Pull out my double bacon cheeseburger, and there is only a single patty there with NO BACON. How in the world do you mess that up?!?! It is in the name, Double Bacon Cheeseburger!!!! My daughter whom is 16 applied for a job at Burger King. My daughter killed the first interview and was invited to attend a second interview with the district manager. Burger King picked the day and time for the second interview. That day and time came (my daughter was at the spot of the interview 10 mins before the time the interview was supposed to have started) The time came and went. My daughter was sitting all alone, waiting for the district manager to show up. Eventually someone else from Burger King approached my daughter and said, " Sorry the district manager will not be here to do the interview because she forgot about the interview. So the interview will need to be rescheduled." My daughter said no thanks, this is beyond unprofessional and she does not want to work for a company that cant respect their employees!!...My daughter never received notification that the district manager will not be able to attend the interview. read more
