I order from here often since I live nearby. For the most part, food is always good. Cheeseburgers are pretty small, and my chocolate shake never actually looks and tastes like a chocolate shake, It looks and tastes more vanilla. There have been a few times when some items were missing from my child's kids meal and I have to go back in to get the rest of the order. Same experience as the other reviewers here. Lady over the intercom when placing order got our order wrong. I asked for no ketchup on one of my whoppers and what happens? They put ketchup. We didn't know until we got home. My son was disappointed but I was able to wipe the ketchup off. As for the drinks, I ordered a coke and root beer. We waited 10 minutes at the drive thru speaker to order to the point a huge line formed behind us, asked for two blue raspberry fanta's & she said coke, I replied no please blue raspberry and she said okay. I have never experienced a LESS EFFICIENTLY run fast food restaurant than my particular experience at this Burger King right now. All of these people have ordered and are waiting for their food right now. My group has personally been waiting for 15 minutes and I'm ahead of most of these people. It's also the first time I've heard a fast food restaurant say to customers: "we're not taking orders right now." That's what the person who was at the counter just said, as he turned away 2 consecutive customers. And this was at the instruction of the manager on shift right now. The manager literally just told the kid working the register not to take any more orders and to tell people to come back later. Is it everyone's first day on the job. Is this a new manager. Small turkey burger combo is 5.99. Diet coke isn't good for me but Wtf in for bk in for that too. The turkey burger was stacked with red onion, ok tomato slices, and crunchy yellow lettuce. RUDE RUDE RUDE! We ordered our hash browns, we paid, we got our food, there were no cars behind us, and we needed to situate a couple of things in the car before we could pull away. We sat there for mayyyyyybe 20 seconds when one of the employees opens the drive-thru window and impatiently asks if we need anything else. I said, very nicely, oh no we're fine, thank you so much. At which point she literally says this, with a look of disgust on her face and a dismissive wave of her hand: "Well, we need you to move on because we work on a timer here." She slams the window and starts punching buttons on her screen. Again, not a single car behind us. So I sat there for another minute and waited for her to open the window again. I'm not really ok with people being rude to me when I've been nothing but nice. When she opened the window, I asked her what she said to me? She repeated what she said, only in an even ruder tone of voice than before. I informed her that I would move my car when she asked me in a respectful way. She rolled her eyes and slammed the window again. I had my kids in the car, so I decided to let it go in the moment, but I have no trouble calling this location out for their rude and disgusting employees. Last time I was here the legend at the window gave me a crown absolute G behavior and then this time it was the same kid which is unrelated to the story but I hope he sticks around, anyway I ordered a pick up and my fries/mozz sticks were hot and crispy and they threw a marinara pack in my bag which I planned on asking for but forgot. Never had a problem with this restaurant before. I went to get an early dinner with the kiddos today and brought home the burgers and fries. We live less than 3min away. As we started eating, I noticed my food was cold, (cold fries and cold burger - not happy). Asked the kids if their food was cold and they both nodded their heads in disappointment. Their "Big Fish" carries the following description: "Our premium Big Fish Sandwich is 100% White Alaskan Pollock, breaded with crispy panko breading and topped with sweet tartar sauce, tangy pickles, all on top of a toasted Artisan Style bun." Again, mostly accurate. It's difficult to tell the breading is panko, as panko crumbs are usually larger in size; Wendy's had a good panko fish LTO a few years ago. In any case, I judge it to be slightly better than McDonalds, for more personal tastes, McDonalds fish has always seemed to me like a tartar sauce sandwich on a bun with a fish taste. Seriously overdoing the tartar. In the case of both (and any sandwiches ever, anywhere), I think shredded lettuce is a distraction. Bring on the whole leaves, if it must be a component. I added fries, and my 2 /$5 deal ended up in the $8 range. BK says their fries are "More delicious than ever, our signature piping hot, thick cut Salted French Fries are golden on the outside and fluffy on the inside." I never got to try BK's "Satisfries" which they dumped after only a year. The current product is an extruded fry (not cut from real potatoes, but a mashed potato slurry put through a mold, frozen, then fried), which I have never really cared for. I like fries with a little "bite." But I realize BK is not in business just for me and this type of fry is very popular with the masses, and most people don't know the difference. BK's 2 / $5 deal currently includes a mix and match choice of the fish, ham and cheese, original chicken, and the 530 calorie Big King. Not sure if the offering is permanent or limited time. Their "dollar menu" has fine print that says "starting at one dollar." Most items are more. Recommendations? BK's fish and the ham and cheese are a nice respite from burgers at the big chains. This is not the first time they have been a total mess but this morning a by far the worst. It's was about 945 in the morning I pulled up gave her my order when I pulled up to the window I gave her a coupon. She looked at me and yelled "you need to tell me when you have a coupon when ordering it's Easier this way" but her tone was not the way to explain this. When she was fixing me total she was shaking her head back and forth so I said why the additude she ignored me so I then asked her what her name was so turned to me so I could read her shirt and did not tell me her name I didn't have my glasses so I couldn't read her name tag I then asked where the mangers was at she said he's not in the store never again read more

This was my last stop on my errands. The dive thru was 6 or 7 cars deep, so I decided to go inside. I stood at the register for 10 minutes waiting for some form of acknowledgement. The worker was very rude to me from the start. I stated my order three times and said I wanted to use a coupon from the app. He kept arguing with the drive thru person while taking my order. He handed me the receipt and I said that my order was wrong, shown him the app again, and instead of fixing it, he just yelled back to the kitchen staff. Another 15 minutes goes by, a few people have left without ordering and the other people slowly get their orders. I finally get my order, and of course its wrong. I tell the person that it was supposed to be a combo with fries and now this person wants to argue with me about what I ordered. They finally gave up and got me my fries. My order was phoned in ahead of time, it was supposed to be ready by 5:06pm. I arrived a couple minutes early. Only the drive through was open. I waited 18 minutes in the drive through with only 5 cars ahead of me. When I arrived at the window I expected my basic burger and fries and onion rings to be waiting. After a couple of minutes they asked me to pull around front. I waited another 4 minutes before getting my order. I let the young man who I think was in charge know that my order was 22 minutes late from my pickup time. I clarified this just incase he didn't know how long it took and if he cared. I drove through and ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and fries. When I got to the window the guy asked me if wanted large or small. Small it was. First, there wasn't a napkin in the sack. This is the worst Burger King I have ever been to! The lady with the glasses was being very rude and inconsiderate and messed up our order so we had to go back through the line and when we tried to get it fixed they said they couldn't give us the items and only gave us one of the three items as well as we bought a chicken sandwich and when we opened it, it was a fish sandwich!
