Dined in at this location on the weekend, and the male cashier was very kind. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating. The restrooms were clean also, but they needed more toilet paper. I came for a quick bite near my office, & have had good experiences before, but this was a big exception. I've worked in customer service over 10 years, work for a tech company, & received the worst customer service in my life. I had difficulty processing my credit card on the self-serve kiosk and encountered various errors (apparently it didn't like my Google Pay). I stood openly discussing this with my colleagues as several workers looked at us from the kitchen. No one came to a register or offered to assist us or the group standing next to us for 10 minutes. When I did get my food, it was THROWN down, & the worker briskly turned & walked away. They prepared it Dine-In & didn't give me my drink cup. I said excuse me, a worker looked directly at me, & continued preparing food. My colleague basically yelled for help to get someone to acknowledge us. When someone finally did, the worker said, "Just a sec", then handed me a bag & quickly walked away. I had to get their attention AGAIN to ask for my cup. It's not all their fault. There's things like the cleanliness of their dining room that they could be a bit better about. The service varies from OK to just plain dismissive. The wait times vary by time of day. They do seem consistently understaffed. The worst thing about this place is the SMALL dining room and the terrible parking lot and drive through arrangement. The location is terrible, hard to get in and out of. We were just here 10 minutes ago and we ordered three hardshell tacos, a crunch wrap and a bean burrito and asked them to substitute the meat for refried beans on all of them. Not only did all of our tacos have meat on them, there were no napkins and none of the sauces we asked for in the bag. Before we pulled away we asked for straws and the young man there affirmed they were in the bag. They were not. The Crunchwrap was soggy and falling apart, but that really didn't matter because it had meat in it and I could not eat it. My partner, who has been a vegan for 26 years, was horrified to find ground beef in his taco after he bit into it. Definitely one of the slowest Taco Bell's in Oregon. Possibly in the USA. On some late nights you can expect a 30 minute wait in the drive through. NOT KIDDING. Not sure if it's understaffed or what. The people working don't seem to be in a hurry at all so it's probably just that. Pretty insane tho. But, can't say too much bad about the employees. They were nice and the order was correct. After a twelve-hour road trip, I was starving. I had no idea where to go. I just exited and tried my luck - turned out I wasn't so. Some Taco Bells are open 24 hours, some are not. It was close to 3am last night and I pulled up to the drive thru because the sign was lit up. I get to the speaker and the girl on the mic said, "Sorry, we're out of food and we close in two minutes." I thought, okay, I get it. I've been in that situation before. I hate it when a customer walks in, with even 5 minutes to close, expecting service. I was at the speaker, window down, cold, hungry, when I asked, "Do you know if anything else around here is open?" The girl replied, "McDonald's is across the street and they're open 24 hours." I said, "Thank you" and went on my way. Every single time I've gone to this Taco Bell they mess up my order and I'm over it, get a manager in that location that knows what they are doing, train your employees to NOT ONLY make food correctly, but LISTEN when they take orders. Also when the man working the drive through offered me the survey his boss told him not to say anything about it because there was an issue with my order. It's unacceptable for the manager to decide to decline my possibility to do a survey just because they want to control their scores. Good gods this parking lot situation is a horror. If you're coming from one direction and the drive thru is busy, you can't get in at all. If you go to the other side it's the same issue, it's just less likely for the cars to line up back there. If you park and the drive thru gets busy, since the drive thru goes through the teeny parking lot, you can't leave! It's madness, MADNESS. That being said, we come here late at night where this isn't too big of an issue, so we've only watched it happen if we pass by during busy hours. Our orders are usually taken very quickly and the staff is quite a but more friendly than most late night places are. So far we haven't had a single order wrong, so this is a huge bonus considering the nightmare of the lot. In all, I'm happy this is close by and will keep coming for late night munchies. read more

Used to work at this location, management sucks and they were pretty understaffed at the time. People constantly would come back to get their orders fixed due to missing or incorrect items. Closest one to my house and it varies each visit. By far my favorite drive through person is the sweet stoner girl who always gets our order right with a nice smile. Otherwise service is ok besides tonight where we for some reason went inside and waited 30 minutes to get our order and the staff was very grumpy and unfriendly.
