The sushi ingredients are fresh. It has Eel, Shrimp Tempura, Cucumber, Avocado with Mayo & Eel Sauce. It's pretty fulfilling. Karage has good texture. Crispy. Not as juicy inside but it's not dry for sure. They serve build your own bowl, burritos and salad. The staff is nice. You will receive a buzzer to wait for the food. Pretty efficient. I was surprised how good this place was for being in a mall food court. The salmon was so buttery and soft. Really good and high quality. Loved the topping options. If you make your own burrito I would say less is more. I only did a few toppings and it was great. Service was fast and nice. Burrito was pretty decent portion and 15$ which to me is a good deal. My friend got sick from this, and the quality was not the greatest. The cucumber were very bitter, and left an awful sour taste. Along with that the fish WAS NOT fresh. The rice was both wet and dry at the same time. Never eating here again. read more

Fantastic mall food! I really held off on trying sushi burritos in general for a long time, because I don't like feeding into gimmicks. The fact that it was in a mall also made me hesitant, as I was fully expecting too much rice and far too little fish. Boy, was I wrong. The salmon was plentiful, and the veggies and avocado were even more filling. The sauce was delicious -- familiar and distinctive without taking the spotlight from the fish. I got a poke bowl and an order or the takoyaki balls. They were both great! The poke bowl was filling and they do not skimp out on the amount of meat they put in. Would be nice if there were more toppings offered (more picked veggies), but either way my bowl was flavorful and delicious. I was skeptical about ordering takoyaki balls from a food court mall bad wasn't disappointed. They were flavorful and not as mushy or liquidy on the inside like I've had before. I would order both again and eat here again in the future. For a food court mall sushi place I would recommend it. It was better than a food cart place I've been to in portland, especially for the price. The staff were all very nice as well. If you're looking for restaurant quality food, this is not for you. I love this place so much bc the food and the sushi burrito concept is amazing however the service I got today from the boys working there (they look new) kinda made me lose my appetite... I was so hungry and excited for some poke after a long time but right in the beginning as I ordered my usual poke bowl, the boy working there gave me literal half a scoop of salmon and then tries going back to get more to look like he filled it but only filled it with one sliver of salmon.. I literally NEVER ask for extra or ask others to add more of something but this boy's scoops were ridiculous. When I asked for a little more to make him realize that wasnt even one scoop, he says "well it'll be extra".... safe to say I got it anyways bc at least the second scoop filled the first one but paying an extra $3 for that is crazy. It's alright. Don't know what it is, i think it's the crab meat, but when I first bit into it I got a chemical taste. It's just weird tasting. I'm sure it's okay to eat but it wasn't near an "oh my gosh this is heaven" first bite. Was a bit disappointed they don't have furikake. Avocado is an extra $1 and crab meat is an extra $2.50 which is way too much! Total price for this was about $16. I would consider myself to know what a good sushi burrito tastes like, I've tried a lot of places around oregon and California. I would prefer to go to sushi burritos places in Portland over this place. Overall though, the ahi tuna is fresh and they give you a good helping, the burrito is fairly big. I don't know how this place has 4.5 stars. It's 2 stars average at best. Not the worst but definitely not the best. The burrito crumbled in my hands, the takiyoki tasted mediocre and the food was pricey for what it actually tasted and presented itself as.
