Our order was taken from the drive-through, with a man in uniform, standing in the heat of 84 degrees? Paid him. Onward to the pick up window, that whole thing took less than 10 mins. To me, about 5. We both have a Chicken Delux, mine without cheese. Two slices of tomatoes, ripe thinly sliced, and lettuce (they were not even soggy, and the tomatoes, ripe & tasty). I picked Honey Mustard for my sandwich, I didn't even open them, I ate the sandwich without, and they were still very good. This was the first time, I have a PEACH MILKSHAKE! I think, the fresh finely chopped up (?) peaches were a bonus. They not only the perfect addition to our ice water (I asked), they were the best satisfying to have with our sandwiches, on a hot day as today. Amazing service. Great energy from the workers who love to serve. The chick fila sandwiches are solid. The chick fila biscuit is my favorite item on the breakfast menu. Good price- only $4.85 I do wish that they had breakfast opened a little later on Saturdays. That is the one day where people usually get to sleep in and it is difficult to get there in time for breakfast. Why do I have to have someone staring at me while I tried to read the menu, just to get my order wrong and have someone else argue with me about it when I try to get it fixed at the window. I was not asked bout cheese and they put pepper jack?!! I had to come inside to get it fixed and I was trying to beat traffic so that really set me back. I am a season ticket holder at the Hillsboro Hops and Chick-fil-A handed out cards (of great quality) for your choice of the options listed if the Hops scored 5 runs. I gathered a few over the summer. I have gone to this location at least four times and felt compelled to comment on the quality of the food and service. The sandwich each visit was hot as it was just prepared. The assistance at the drive thru lane has been amazing each time. I did a 7 hour drive today (was supposed to be 4) and by the time I got to this chick fil a I was very sad (chicken fixes sadness, obviously.) When I pulled up to the drive through line at 9:00, the diva that took my order took time to compliment my earrings and my nails, and made me laugh, which was very needed. Came at 10 am. Only wanted a spicy delux. They will not cater to anyone for lunch items during breakfast even when there's less than 30 minutes left. (Google told me the could if they wanted to so I had high hopes, I'm pregnant and craving what I want) The breakfast items are all on extremely dry breads/biscuits with no options for veggies (lettuce tomato pickle) and just nowhere near the quality of the lunch items. Not sure what's going on at this location lately but they being super stingy with their sauces.. there's been 4-5 times recently I've gone and asked for a specific amount of sauces and then if I notice not all are in there and ask for more, I either get told "there's like a lot already in there" or I get an eye roll... otherwise I like this location. Drive thru takes 30+ minutes. The drive thru was great The first two years they were open. Apparently they moved the new manager away who knew what they were doing so they could replace them with someone who was set on making people use the app. If you use the app you can go in the third lane and pass everybody that's not using the app in the other two lanes. If you don't use the app be prepared for at least a 30 minute wait in line. I remember when all three lanes were just for anybody and the line would be going out the driveway and down the road yet you were able to get through it in 10 minutes or less. Tonight I was "on my own" for dinner and I will be honest. I was really wanting to go to Wing Stop on Canyon Rd and try one of their 12 "sauced and tossed" chicken sandwiches. Unfortunately I was in Beaverton and didn't feel like doubling back on 217 before going back to Hillsboro. I remembered that I still had a free chicken sandwich coupon from the Hillsboro Hops game. It wasn't that busy inside when I got there at about 6:30. I decided to hold on to the coupon (for a while at least) and I just got a Deluxe Chicken sandwich combo. The sandwich was really good. The waffle Fries were tasty also, but they weren't as consistent in crispness. Some were super crispy and some were really soggy and greasy. After finishing the combo, I was still hungry so I broke out the coupon and added a peppermint stick shake to top it off. I honestly don't go to Chik-Fil-A very often, but the help is really good. Yikes... what happened to this place? This used to be the most reliable spot in all of Oregon. I hadn't been here in a while but stopped by twice in two days as we don't have Chick Fil A at the coast and I was in Portland. I ordered the same thing (2 separate sandwiches) on both days, and both sandwiches in each order were wrong - literally nothing I received was how I ordered it. First order was for a spicy deluxe w/out tomato and chicken club w/out tomato - sandwiches only, not meals. By the time I get to my hotel I realize I was charged $19.03, both sandwiches had tomatoes and the spicy deluxe had no cheese. Nearly $20 for two sandwiches, both of which weren't how I ordered? How does this happen? Two days later I swung back by and ordered the same thing, certain that my previous botched order was a fluke and they'd get it right this time because this place has never messed anything up until now. Well this time I was only charged $13.34 instead of $19 which seems more accurate, however... I ended up receiving a regular Deluxe (still with tomato, despite ordering a spicy deluxe without tomato) and this time the chicken club finally had no tomato, but also had no cheese nor any lettuce. Literally just a bun and a room temp piece of rubbery chicken? I was so sad I could've wept ;`( How could Chick Fil A get everything wrong on both orders? I used to love how reliable this place was but this 2nd meal was so depressing to even look at so I just trashed it. A total of $32 dollars wasted on mediocre food across 2 days. Did this place get bought out? New franchise owner? How does a place I've visited so many times and never had a single problem with suddenly seem incapable of getting even just a single item correct? I used to look forward to swinging by here when I'd come in from the coast, but the combination of botching everything plus both times I had to wait about 25-35 min in the drive-thru... well tbh, waiting half an hour to be overcharged for the wrong food may work for some fast food masochists but count me out. I could get a fabulous order of 6 stricken strips, not 4, at most any pub in town or Red Robin for a dollar more with free Ranch dipping sauce and a huge side of fries included. Here, they charge extra for a tiny bit of sauce. Wrong. The Mac&Cheese was good, had real cheese not processed powdered cheese. It was actually much better when I heated it up at home and ate it the way it was meant to be eaten, hot with melted cheese! You should have to take fast food home and heat it; defeats the entire point of "fast" food. I was curious; I tried it; no reason for me to come back. Great food. Kiddo loves it. But the five star rating is 100% for the staff. My kiddo accidentally left her retainers in a napkin and they were thrown away. ‍ We realized it 45 minutes later. Husband grabbed us takeout after work. He had the chicken sandwich and I had the 8 count nuggets. Everything was good until we got to the fries. I got towards the bottom of my fries first and when I took a bite of a fry, the most disgusting taste spread across my taste buds. I immediately tried to spit it out. The taste was overwhelming to the point I wanted to throw up. My husband kept eating his fries for a bit until he experienced the same thing with a fry. Hubby had a hankering to try the new peppermint chip shake late last night so we decided to give it a whirl. I ordered the cookies and cream shake (Oreo). I wasn't very impressed with the flavor of the Oreo shake at all. It tasted like plain vanilla icecream with a very small hint of cookie pieces mixed in. My son had the same shake as me and said the same thing that it was basic vanilla. Hubby said the peppermint shake was good, not hit you in the chin over the top peppermint but it had an okay flavor with some candy cane crunchy pieces throughout. I tasted the peppermint and it had great texture, very thick and had a subtle peppermint flavor not over the top. I will probably not go back to this place for shakes since there are a few other fast food places that have a better than average milkshake. I also ordered two 8oz Chick-fil-A sauce which comes in a squeeze bottle for the holidays. (They also have a 3 sauce holiday pack.)After we paid and got to the window even after the guy called ahead to check the specifications with the sauces in the holiday box vs purchasing them in a single bottle, they told me they were out. They had to refund the purchase. Sad face I was buying them for my niece for a stocking stuffer. My teen wants you to know that we vote, we won't shop at Walmart or Hobby Lobby, we donate to the ACLU, Human Rights Comission, Planned Parenthood, and the Southern Poverty Law Center. I mean we are LIBERAL. But we have a Chik Fil A problem. We researched and it appears they still support anti LGBTQ causes with corporate donations. So we tried giving it up. We really did. I have friends that were lobbying hard for us to stop going. We really like their food. My kiddo is addicted to the Spicy Southwest Salad. We tried duplicating it at home and I got "good but not the same." So today after a particularly hard doctor's appointment we were morally weak and bought salads. Yummy salads. Fresh greens, tasty chicken, interesting toppings, and tangy dressing. We are bad people. I do not know what to tell you. We make clear concious choices to do the right thing whenever we can but in this situation we suck. We are going to try not to go again...as teen points out we will probably fail. As visitors from Hawaii we wanted to eat at Chick-fil-A since our island has yet to get this restaurant yet.  Area had ample parking.  We decided to dine in for a late lunch. We were immediately greeted. Staff was very friendly and professional, they also brought our meal to our table when it was ready. Restaurant and restrooms were really clean. My husband ordered the Spicy Deluxe Chicken Sandwich meal and for my son, we ordered a kids chicken nuggets with a fruit cup and apple juice. Both really enjoyed their meals and ate it all. Condiment station was well organized and well stocked. A worker walked by and started a conversation with us, very friendly and welcoming. Definitely recommend to others! read more

Today my order came with the wrong type of cheese and so i went back inside to get it "fixed." I should have actually checked before driving back home. The epitome of quality fast food, however quality comes at a premium. FOOD: Everything you find here is FRESH, or tastes fresh at least. Biting into a nugget from any other chain doesn't make you think "I'm actually eating chicken!" SERVICE: As FAST as it could be. If they don't give you the food right after paying at the register, someone will bring it to your table. The fact that the employees come and clean the tables often and ask you if you need condiments makes it a great place! PLAYGROUND: SMALL but enough for the amount of clients at any given time. FREE WIFI makes it easy for you to connect if you have issues with coverage or if you want to bring a tablet with no LTE.
