I have had multiple bad experiences at this location. The app apparently is not synchronized with the store locations. The first instance my order went through and the location didn't even open for another two hours. Today when I went to pick up my order I with someone with dietary restrictions. We were informed they were out of impossible burgers. The employee was dismissive and the manager said to offer us something else. There is no other vegan options for substitutions and I requested a refund. I was told to contact customer support via the app for a refund. The response to my claim was "After further investigation, our payment processor has identified an elevated pattern of refunds on your account. Given you have met our threshold, we cannot offer you additional reconciliation at this time and hope you can understand we have further escalated your feedback to the appropriate teams and will be continuing our relentless pursuit of better and improving our guest's experience". Totally disgusted. We stopped around 7:30 tonight for a quick bite to eat while traveling through. We were the on people in there. One employee was throwing fries at another employee. Our food was cold. Had to take it back up for warm food. The fries were literally cold and soggy. While sitting in a booth eating our food, the employees were all talking very loudly and were using disgusting profanity. I got up and went to the counter. They did not even acknowledge me. June 26, 2024 Overall assessment is that Tully New York has to be one of the worst Burger King restaurants in Burger Kings chain! We travel biweekly from Cape Vincent, New York to Chambersburg Pennsylvania. Always stopping at Tully for breakfast. We can say without certainty that our order has never been correct in 2024. There is constantly 2 or 3 of us traveling together. We order the 2 for 6 breakfast sandwiches, Double bacon on biscuits! Some reason Tully can not grasp that concept of a sandwich! Two weeks ago, our guest as for mustard for his sausage biscuit, he was told there was not one drop of mustard in the store! A hamburger joint with no mustard! Yeah right! Then finally today we ordered our normal double bacon on biscuits, I thought this was funny the cook asked while I waited if I needed something but the front girls where waiting for him to make our sandwiches. Upon receiving our sandwiches, the sandwiches were obviously incorrect , they were double bacon croissants! I took too bites from mine, the second bite had an odd flavor, I turned it over it was covered with mold! Then asked my traveling companion, he flipped his over and it was to covered with Mold! Nothing like being poisoned with a 5 hour drive in front of you! I took my sandwiches up to my order taker, she apologized repeatedly, took them to the back showed the manager. Then the manager proceeded to remake our sandwiches. However, the manager never came out to apologize no nothing. At this point, we will never step foot into Tully Burger King again. So to start off I pulled into the parking lot to throw out a bottle in my car but I could not do that because of how full the garbage can was after that I walk into the establishment to order my food and I wait in the front of the line for service but it takes 10 minutes to get service I think nothing of it I order the new spicy mozzarella sticks and spicy chicken sticks a 12pc for both when I get my order I get a 4pc mozzarella stick and a 12 of the not spicy chicken fries I get a cup for my soda and there soda machine was out I had to ask the front to have them fill up my cup also I can't forget I had to nearly overdraft my account to pay because they didn't wanna accept 50s at the time because they cleaned there machine out granted it is 4 o'clock in the afternoon if I could rate this place zero stars I would in an instant strongly recommend not coming here. The shake machine is ALWAYS broken. .. service is hit or miss. Sometimes my order is right, sometimes not. The crew there are very friendly though, and very kind. Absolutely awful experience. Stopped here on our 6-hour drive home and just wanted what we ordered but the people couldn't even deliver that. There were customers that came in for their food from the drive thru because they had been waiting for a half hour outside with no line present. We only got half the food we ordered; thank god we checked before we left. Even after telling them what we didn't receive, they gave us the wrong food. We are out about $10 which could have been used for another meal because they didn't give us a whopper, spicy chicken sandwich, or mozzarella fries. PSA: Burger King has taken measures to insure safe food handling during this highly sensitive COVID outbreak/public emergency. They rearranged food items in the back and were required stricter hand washing, sanitizing and cleaning requirements. I stopped by on my way back from the city. It wasn't clear if they were open because their outdoor icon was turned off. The interior was modern and even had a play area for kids with toys. They have 2 areas where you can order off of a computer. Booths also had games you could play off of a tablet-like device. I got the Whopper and chicken sandwich and a side of fries for under $10. They were doing a deal where you can get two sandwiches for $6. I'd prefer that there be less mayonnaise on the Whopper, but this was a minor preference. There was also a lot of grease on the outside of the wrapper. They have high chairs inside for babies and they have one of those modern soda machines with one dispenser where you select your drink by the push of a button. read more

I took my parents and Aunt to the Burger King in Tully, New York after we went to services for my Uncle in Syracuse, and let me tell you, what an absolutely dreadful experience!! This was on April 22, 2023 at 2:45 PM. The fries were cold. There was no ice in the ice machine, and the drinks were warm and half of them were out. The shake machine was broke. There was also a kid that came in that interrupted us, to ask "Jaz", as we were ordering just to get cups for free fountain drinks, and last time I knew water was the only thing that was free. Every single table was filthy, and the soda machine was leaking on the floor and I actually slipped in it. The hamburgers were not fully cooked. And the fountain area was not stocked. My mother had to reach under the counter to get lids. There was garbage overflowing outside, as well as in the fountain area, and there was ketchup and soda syrup all over the counters. Everyone stayed behind the counter, singing Dixie chicks and not doing anything to keep the place looking nice and safe for their customers. We noticed a few customers came in, looked around and actually left because of how disgusting the place looked. It was a very horrible experience and we will never be back. read more
