Slowest bk I've ever been to, they don't care about timing, 3+ people in there and they don't answer the speaker quickly

If I could give them a zero star I would I went there few weeks back late one night on the way home I ordered my food and I waited for over 45 minutes inside and some black lady comes up with her kid and she gets her food faster than me and when I had asked after 20 minutes and they said said cracker u will get ur food when it done then finally when I got my food the order was wrong and they refused to correct after I showed them my receipt with what was supposed to be the right order and they just said we don't fix it for white folks read more

The service is so terrible here 100% of the time. One time I waited 25 minutes for them to give me my food and they gave me the wrong order. This time the lady who took my order was being really rude and had a nasty attitude. They also charge 25 cents PER LITTLE PACKET OF KETCHUP. this place is a joke dont waste your time or money read more

If Burger King Corporate had any brains, they would shut this location down. Somehow, paying $ 6.50 + tax for a Whopper with cheese isn't a good value. It's obvious that the ownership can't keep enough staff to actually run a drive-thru lane. You place your order at the speaker that you have to repeat about 3 times, get up to the window and wait to pay, then you have to always pull forward and wait again for someone to walk out with the found. I tried going inside to a remodeled dining room, which was nice, but the same slow service. I worked at BK as a kid and I could push the food out faster, fresher than this crew. I know what the problem is but I can't verbalize it due to politically correct concerns. read more

After ten minutes of sitting in front of the drive thru intercom with no one talking to me through it, I went inside. There was a line in there, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Bad idea. From the look of things, the staff in the back weren't really making any food and didn't seem to care about their customers. I had to drive to a different Burger King to get some actual service, and so did four other people in the line. One guy at the front of the line admitted he was standing at the counter and waiting for his food for twenty minutes. That's just downright horrible service. My advice is that they hire more workers who actually want to make money. Maybe some managers to keep everyone in line, because this is just awful. I don't plan on going here again, which is a shame because the other Burger King is twenty minutes out of my way whereas this one is three minutes closer to my house. read more

This is without a doubt the worse Burger King I have ever been in. The only menu on the wall behind the counter was for chicken. There was NO organization or order to the entire operation. I will not ever go to this location again and strongly advise others not to go here . After 15 minutes of disbelief, I walked out and went to the Burger King near 20th and US1, which was fine . This place is getting run down. The order menu at the drive thru was out and the monitor screen for your order is out. Apparently they are always short staffed and have to pull around and wait for them to bring the order out to you. This review is for the 2 ladies working yesterday afternoon. I was so embarrassed when my car stopped working in the drive thru lane. I had no clue what to do and the two woman came out and pushed my car through the drive thru into a parking spot. When I finally got my car working again they peaked their head out to make sure I was okay! Stand up women right there! I usually like BK for their flame broiled burger but the management at this place is lacking. Several times that I visited here, i given an excuse that "We ran out of fries. Bad experience here with this BK, the ones in Sebastian or down the road in Vero are better. This one has poor management, they treat customers poorly and/or discriminate. I paid on my app and then they did not have what I ordered when I got there and they wanted to give me something of much lesser value, it was their fault not mine that they were out, the manager was not at all nice nor was the employee who refused to listen to me. I had to complain to the BK app people. Nonetheless, the bad experience here does not make me ever want to go back to this BK ever again. I did drive through the first couple times because my dad really wanted it. 15+ minutes in the drive through with maybe 3 cars in front of me. Unfriendly people behind the speaker and unfriendly at the window. They either didn't make the burger right or forgot something. Went inside and was so grossed out at the facility. Again, unfriendly people at the register, had to wait and I was the only person at the register, and watching them run around like they had no idea what they were doing. Of fries, weak drink, and again, the wrong item in my bag. The choice to work there was theirs. The choice for me to eat there mine. Tonight at 11:45 I went here and order 4 whoppers with cheese. I jokingly told the workers please I know it's late but can I have them warm. Lol. She replied and said of course fresh off the grillers!! I didn't believe her because it was 10 minutes until closing but I proceeded anyways!! Haha!! Visited this BK on 4/16/18. Restrooms and dining room were FILTHY. Had requested dine in, but ended up taking food outside and ate in the car. Food was ok, but wonder what the kitchen area must look like if they don't bother keeping public areas clean. They had "wet floor" stands throughout which was a joke because it was clear the floors were filthy. There wasn't an attendant wiping tables after customers left. Ordered a whopper with bacon and bbq.. The girl couldn't figure out how to add the bbq sauce to the order, but said she knew how to add the bacon. Alright, possibly new..?? I went here last night for the first time in years, since ALL of my last three visits ended with (tmi alert) all night affairs with my toilet bowl. From both ends mind you. My stomach only reacts so violently when the quality of the food is terrible. I went to Burger King today and ordered a crispy Bacon and cheese chicken sandwich meal when i received it there was no bacon or cheede on my sandwich even though the receipt charged me for bacon and cheese. I took the sandwich back up to the counter an showed them so the threw my sandwich away and said they would make me another one. So 20 minutes later still no sandwich so I go back up to the counter and ask for a refund while waiting for a refund the kitchen staff is laughing about the incedent. well never go back to this location. read more

I went thru the drive-thru, ordered a Sriracha Club sandwich. I then gave one girl at the window a $20.00 bill. Another girl gave me my order and I continued onto work only to realize that no one gave me back my change. When I contacted the Store, I was told " oh I just counted out her drawer and it came up even. First - I went thru the window at 12:55 pm, the height of lunch hour. Got back to work at 1:10 pm and called immediately. Who counts out a shift drawer at 1:15 to 1:30 on a workday?? Than normally gets done at the end of the shift. This BK has ALWAYS provided perfect food and service to me. I drive by many restaurants, as I live very close to the Vero mall, so I have many choices. I was bummed when they closed for remodeling, HOWEVER, the "new" store is beautiful, the service and food are perfect in this very competitive market. I met the manager (as she was clearly keeping an eye on every aspect of the operations), Kimmy. She, and the rest of the staff were outgoing, friendly, and served exceptional food for a "chain" restaurant. Trust me, people - check this place out. It has had an entire makeover, and you can't beat the value. IF you have an issue, folks, why not call the store before leaving a negative review? I'm confident they will do everything possible to make it "right." And, NO, I am not in any way affiliated with BK, nor am I friends with anyone at BK.
